Nos alojamos en el penthouse, un apartamento súper amplio, cómodo, limpio y con todas las comodidases. Y está en el centro de la ciudad. El propietario fue muy amble y servicial. Si vuelvo a Alicante repetiré

Perfect location, right in the centre of town and about a 5 min walk to the beach. Patrick was also very helpful with recommendations and arranging taxi's etc! Also very clean.

Patrick is a brilliant host. Very proactive and helpful. The apartment is in the middle of the city center with great access to everything. Walking distance from the beach, central market etc. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. We will definitely come back.

Alquilamos el atico con unas amigas y fue estupendo. Mucho espacio y todo muy limpio. La opción de las 2 terrazas son geniales y el trato inmejorable! Cualquier duda que tuvimos nos lo aclararon enseguida y han estado muy atentos. Trato muy familiar y amigable. Recomiendo 100%!

This is a review for the penthouse.
Amazing location. A few minutes walk from pretty much every attraction in Alicante.
Great bars and restaurants within a minutes walk, old town 3 minutes away, and the beach 4 minutes walk.
The penthouse is stylish, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The roof terraces are an added bonus.
Patrick and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and accommodating.
We cannot recommend this place highly enough

As described in the site summary, it's like a boutique hotel, but is self sufficient.
The 'drench' shower is powerful and the hand held unit accurate. Unlike other places I've stayed in Spain, the bed was big enough - most of them, my toes hang over the end.
WiFi is fast and easily accessed. Online Check In with their recommended App is easy, and recognized my Passport photo, and accepted the ID details in a matter of seconds.
The location is excellent, maybe 350m to the Marina and the dining places in Calle Castaños.
Finally, Patrick and Ricky were both extremely helpful in booking and in local knowledge. Definitely worth a stay next time I'm in Alicante.

Clase a precio muy asequible. A mi personalmente me fascinan. Trato inmejorable. Servicio fantástico y ubicación perfecta porque esta a pocos pasos de todo lo q te pueda interesar sin molestias de ruidos. Buena construcción y muy buen gusto en sus instalaciones.
