Playamarina II

This is a tired looking 70’s or 80’s apartment complex that is situated on the Cabo Roig “strip” that itself is truly awful. Our so-called 3-bedroom apartment was in fact a 2-bedroom apartment in which the second bedroom has been divided into two cell-like spaces that might be ok for kids but not for adults. But the main problem is that the apartment was dirty. The base of the shower was encrusted with grime. The shower door did not close properly so that every shower resulted in a flood in the bathroom and hall. The electric socket in the bathroom was full of dirt. The door panels on the bathroom door were covered in dust as was the wardrobe in my bedroom. We stayed 5 nights and the towels and bedding weren’t changed. There was a hairdryer in our apartment that had a British plug. Really useful. It was a pretty dismal experience. The one positive is the staff. Alex and his mum were superb. Many thanks to them.

Just got back from two weeks at playamarina 2.was out third time visiting and as always we had a fantastic time. Apartments are great swimming pool is lovely and the staff are fantastic. We knew Alison and Graham from previous visits and they are great people always helpful and friendly and good for a laugh. This year was the first the we met Natasha and what a lovely young lady she is so helpful and so friendly. We also met Shane who did the overnight shift what a great guy he was and supports a great football team. And for the first time we met Viv who along with her husband runs the apartments. Once again such a nice lady. The atmosphere is great and we met up with friends we had made in previous years and made new friends. We are all sad to be home but have rebooked for next year.

La piscina muy bien el apartamento bien pero el aire acondicionado uno goteaba agua todo el rato avisamos y nadie fue y el otro enfriaba poquísimo comparado con el otro

Situation idéale: retautants, bars, magasins, plages.appartement 214 à recommander, vue frontale piscine.

El apartento con problemas de luz también el aire acondicionado daba agua y para colmo al lado unos jovencitos con música muy alta

Well located modern apartments in the heart of Cabo and a 5 minute walk to the beach and the guys poolside and reception are excellent, very helpful

Nice quiet place during the day worth a stop off too just to relax, cost casual, worth a visit if passing

Graham the barman/night reception is an absolute legend, nothing too much trouble. Good clean apartments, happy family friendly vibe and right in the centre of the pubs, restaurants etc but don't let that put you off as around pool and bar area you can't hear any noise. Great little find.

El sitio está muy bien, la piscina genial, pero es un sitio para extranjeros, ni siquiera la persona de recepción habla castellano

Great pool and bar, on top of all services, close to beaches, shopping centres etc. Amazing! Willbgo back again!

A convenient apartment in Cabo Roig, a comfortable too, but a bit basic though good for the price
