Encontramos una casa a través de Idealista y estábamos cerca de la oficina en Dénia en ese momento, así que decidimos dejarnos caer. Este fue un buen movimiento. Alex nos ayudó inmediatamente de forma muy amable en inglés. Hizo arreglos para que un empleado que habla holandés nos llamara en un plazo de 24 horas. A partir de ahí, Martina se hizo cargo de la comunicación completamente en holandés. Buen efecto secundario, ¡la casa también era genial! En 2 semanas tuvimos 2 visitas bajo la agradable dirección de Chris. ¡En esas mismas 2 semanas, el contrato de compra provisional también estuvo listo y procesado! Regresamos a los Países Bajos con tranquilidad mientras esperábamos la planificación adicional para el traslado clave. ¡Esto también se ha producido ahora y ha transcurrido sin problemas y de forma muy agradable!

Compramos nuestra casa a través de Premier Villas en ese momento. Todo salió muy bien entonces y fue una compra muy exitosa. Chris siempre ha dicho que si quisiéramos volver a vender nuestra casa, él lo arreglaría por nosotros. Este fue el caso hace seis meses y vendió nuestra casa.

After a good experience with Premier Villas back in 2019 I reached out for them in the summer of 2021 for a site visit in one of their advertised properties. The property was not right for us but Chris told me he believed a property would come to market which would be a perfect fit for us based on our wishes. He arranged a visit before the house was even on the open markt. And he was right! We almost made the decision on the spot and now we are the owners of this beautiful Villa on top of the Jalon Valley. Both Chris and Martina gave us all the support we needed and more. We bought our Villa from Premier Villas and were extremely thankful we chose them to find us our permament home here in Spain. We had a limited time to search and Chris, Karen and Martina worked so hard to line up viewings of suitable properties. They listened to our wishlist and we quickly found just what we wanted.

Something of a ‘household name’ in the area it wasn’t until we appointed Premier to handle the sale of our villa that we learnt what an effective, and pleasant company they are.
Both Karen and Martina were always friendly and helpful in the office and kept both us and our lawyers updated throughout while head man Chris true to his word achieved an offer, in line with valuation within weeks, followed by a second and then a third as early purchasers dropped out for personal reasons.
Personal contact with the third, and eventual new owner suggests they also found the experience more than satisfactory.

We recently used Premier to sell our villa and we can't praise them highly enough, especially as selling a villa during a pandemic was always going to be a challenge. The service we received was excellent from start to finish, lots of assisted viewings followed by very prompt feedback. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with very quickly, and Martina in particular, went above and beyond, to help us in any way possible. Once a sale was secured, she dealt with all the legal side, eg, the town hall, notary, services etc, and kept us informed every step of the way. My wife and I put our villa on the market with Premier Villas Spain and they very quickly took excellent pictures of the property and their marketing secured a buyer within 3 months. The people at Premier helped us through the selling process including arranging a new Habitation Certificate (it turned out that ours was out of date) and an Energy Certificate. Premier also liaised very well with our lawyer throughout the selling process and were a great help in liaising with our buyer's lawyer to try to sort out the change over of ownership of the services, (electricity, gas, SUMA etc).
Throughout the whole marketing and selling process all the team at Premier were always willing to help and advise us.
We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Premier Villas to anyone thinking of putting their property on the market.

The whole experience of buying our property with Premier Villas was a pleasurable one. At no point did we feel under any pressure to buy, Chris and the team were just interested in finding the right property for us. Once we were ready to purchase everything was sorted for us. Appointments for NIE’s, setting up a bank account, energy companies etc. Infact anything we needed help with Premier Villas sorted for us and always with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble and 3 years after buying our property they are still happy to help if we have a question. I cannot recommend Chris, Karen and Martina highly enough and will always be grateful to them for helping us find and buy our beautiful home in Spain.

Absolutely brilliant service from everyone at Premier, Chris was exceptional to work with, his knowledge of the market was outstanding as was his professional accompanied viewings of our property. We achieved a sale with 6 weeks with Premier as Chris said he would, outstanding especially as we were back in the UK. Karen kept us information at all times with feed back and viewing arrangements and Martina dealt with everything regarding the legalities of the sale, even after the sale has gone through she still gives us her exceptional knowledge and help.
We cannot praise Premier well enough, such a shame the same can’t be said of UK estate agents. Well done to Premier and we wish them every continued success.
