¡Niki tiene actitud cuando cuestionas las cosas y no reconoce sus propios errores y echa la culpa! ¡No volveremos a renovar!

En primer lugar; ¡Tenga en cuenta que si su mascota muere, no cubre el costo que invirtió para intentar salvarla! Su política es que si el animal muere pagan un máximo de 400e, que en mi caso es menos del 1% del coste total, porque por supuesto encontraron motivos para deducir esos 400€. Luego me enviaron una encuesta y Dejé una mala reseña ya que además me tomó mucho tiempo conseguir cualquier contacto, tuve que enviar varios correos electrónicos solicitando actualizaciones sin respuesta. Luego, el agente me respondió por correo electrónico en privado de una manera muy pasiva y agresiva el hecho de que había dado una crítica negativa, ¡esto para mí está más allá! Acabo de perder a mi gato, se niegan a pagar y además me envían correos electrónicos pasivo-agresivos cuando expreso mi experiencia negativa. Suponiendo que reciba más comunicaciones desagradables ahora que publique esta reseña.

¡Mi consejo sería ahorrar los costos mensuales de las primas con esta compañía para que pueda pagar las facturas del veterinario directamente! Nuestro border collie tiene una enfermedad terminal y está demasiado enfermo para realizar las investigaciones necesarias para descubrir qué ha causado que esto suceda. En un esfuerzo por aliviar algunos de sus síntomas, nuestro veterinario lo ha tratado de Leishmaniosis por si le ayuda en estos últimos meses y por ello nos dicen que no cubrirá ninguno de los gastos de sus pruebas o tratamientos, porque no está vacunado contra ella. Para colmo de males, también nos dicen que de todos modos no estaríamos cubiertos porque no tenemos un diagnóstico firme: el veterinario dice que nuestro perro no sobreviviría a las pruebas y, por lo tanto, no lo someteremos a eso. De cualquier manera, la política ha sido inútil. Afortunadamente podemos pagar las cuentas, pero nos hemos visto atrapados en una situación sin salida, básicamente porque nuestra querida mascota está demasiado enferma para hacerse las pruebas. ¡La empresa me dice que lea la letra pequeña tal como está en inglés sencillo! Como director de comunicaciones, puedo leer los términos muy bien, pero los hechos siguen siendo que a) si realmente tiene leishmaniosis, no estamos cubiertos porque no está vacunado (lo cual entiendo) yb) porque está demasiado enfermo y No podemos probar qué lo está causando, de todos modos no estamos cubiertos. Muy decepcionante y parece una excusa fácil para no pagar.

Cannot praise Protectapet enough. Unfortunately, we have had to make 2 claims, but the professionalism of Rachel and Niki has been outstanding. So easy to deal with, excellent communication throughout and prompt payment.

Such a good insurance company for my dog. I had to claim and the process was so quick and easy, (not something you get these days with insurance companies). Been with them 3 years and true to their word the price has stayed the same each year. No complaints, would recommend.
