PUNT ROMA

Small sign behind the till (behind the assistants) that can't be read unless you have very very good eyesight stating no refunds. Of course when you try and return a Christmas present they're helpful enough to pass it across the desk! Nothing else that I wanted to exchange it for and I don't live around here (or in Spain for that matter). Not very friendly service either.

La dependienta, se ha metido en el almacén, no me ha preguntado que necesito, el trato, nulo, 0 amabilidad, ni me ha mirado, porque?
Pues no tengo ni idea!

I always enjoy shopping at Punt Roma. The styles of clothing are modern and change with the seasons. The quality is very good and sizing is very good. Stock of clothing in sizes available is good. Internet shopping and delivery is available. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Covid precautions are good with hand sanitiser in plain sight. Cubicles are distanced for trying on items and all items are cleaned before being returned to the stock. It is a genuine pleasure to shop here and I generally buy something with each visit.
The store is clean, well lit and items are nicely displayed.
Prices are comparable to the quality of the clothing and I always enjoy wearing what I have.
