Gran servicio al cliente. Entré solo para recargar el teléfono móvil y recibí ayuda adicional para configurar un teléfono nuevo.

Grandes profesionales. Me proporcionaron la mejor solución a un precio muy razonable. No podría haber ido a un lugar mejor. Te lo recomiendo mucho!

Acabo de ver si los muchachos pueden ayudar con el iPad de mi esposa. Llevamos horas intentando resolver un problema. Amablemente lo resolvieron de inmediato mientras esperábamos. Servicio de primera a un costo muy justo. Muy recomendable.

Very patient with a total technical incompetent. Paul sorted out all our difficulties in transferring info from old mobile phone to new mobile, especially WhatsApp. Also, previously, he transferred 1400 tunes from old iPod to a memory stick that now works perfectly. Not very knowledgable unless you want something very simple. They advised I paid 69 euro for a laptop battery warning me it might not be the battery but explained the laptop was a good one and worth repairing which they would do if it wasn't the battery. The new battery did not fix the problem and they were unable to find the fault so now I am 69 euro out of pocket and they don't want to know, in fact the man in there was quite rude to me and not the sort of customer service one would expect. With still no working laptop after them having it for over 2 months. Went to a reputable company and was told it was too old (5 years) to repair and get parts for, so why didn't Quesada computers warn me of that before getting me to buy a battery from them. They advertise a lot on one of the local radio stations (Harmony FM Spain) so I guess they are short of work, not surprised really.
In response to their reply - companies do not normally charge if they fail to fix the problem.

These guys really know their stuff. Very helpful and knowledgeable team that will help you with all your computer questions. What ever you need this is the place to get your computer issues resolved.

No muy bien informado a menos que quieras algo muy simple. Me aconsejaron que pagué 69 euros por la batería de una computadora portátil y me advirtieron que podría no ser la batería, pero me explicaron que la computadora portátil era buena y que valía la pena repararla, lo cual harían si no fuera la batería. La nueva batería no solucionó el problema y no pudieron encontrar la falla, así que ahora tengo 69 euros de mi bolsillo y no quieren saberlo, de hecho, el hombre que estaba allí fue bastante grosero conmigo y no el tipo de el servicio al cliente que uno esperaría. Todavía no hay una computadora portátil que funcione después de tenerla durante más de 2 meses. Fui a una compañía de renombre y me dijeron que era demasiado viejo (5 años) para repararlo y obtener repuestos, entonces, ¿por qué las computadoras Quesada no me advirtieron de eso antes de que les comprara una batería? Se anuncian mucho en una de las estaciones de radio locales (Harmony FM España), así que supongo que tienen poco trabajo, no me sorprende realmente.
En respuesta a su respuesta, las empresas normalmente no cobran si no solucionan el problema.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, helped me clear a "screen lock" on an iPad. Also, they sorted a very slow running iMac desk-top computer by replacing the hard drive with a solid state unit.

I had real problems with my Labara Phone service, where it was essential that I retained the same number for phone and WhatApp calls.
I called in to see Paul at Quesada Computers. Paul was very helpful with what turned out to be a faulty SIM card and everything is now back up and working. I would mention that I also had tried another computer shop where I normally purchase credit for our three phones but the total lack of interest in my problem means I will be using Quesada Computers in the future.

Sorry about the mistake on my last review - the cat jumped on my lap and my fingers hit the wrong button! My experience yesterday was as usual excellent. I have been using Qesada Computers for more years than I care to remember and they have been unfailingly helpful, cheerful and always reasonable with their charges. Keep up the good work boys!

Only went in for ink cartridge but the girl in there was so helpful and friendly as was Richie when I could not remember which cartridge I needed

Excellent service. The man in the shop helped me in 2 minutes with a problem I had with my emails. Def go there in future and not expensive

After buying a new printer (not from Quesada Computers) I was unable to load the printer driver onto our computer, after trying a number of times I contacted Quesada Computers for advice.
They explained that this was a common problem and suggested that I could take the printer and computer into their shop and they would carry out the setup procedure.
Next day they said that the hard drive was damaged and suggested that it be replaced with a solid state drive, this was carried out and all the existing information transferred onto the new drive. Later that day I collected the computer and printer and have been impressed with the speed of the new drive and the work carried out.

A really friendly, helpful and efficient service. Not knowing too much about the inner workings of a computer, I think there's always the chance of being told there's a lot more wrong with your laptop than there really is, adding more to the bottom line price. In this office I found the opposite, the technician took time to explain the problems, suggested I take it away and look at other options, or get a price for the components. At this point I felt confident with this, having agreed an approximate price for the replacement parts, then only to receive a call informing me that as it was black Friday, they had been able to source the parts at a 20% discount. So with the laptop running faster than when I bought it and at a cheaper price that I had agreed and expected I can only praise the arrive they delivered. Honest, straightforward and highly recommended.

Paul, the owner of Quesada Computers is an excellent computer Specialist, and a fine gentleman. He is knowledgeable, polite, helpful and understanding. He provides assistance in all aspect of computers and Internet equipment. Nothing is too much trouble for him although he often works under pressure.
He has a range of computers and accessories in stock and always ready to order products to match one's requirements.

What a fantastic shop, staff are very very helpful, especially Sam his patience with me today was amazing, helped me for an hour downloading location forms could not praise him enough, thank you very much Sam.

I'm not really that great with computers but needed to copy download and send documents via email and the staff were so helpful in fact they did most of it for me, they were so professional and polite I cant recomend them enough

I'm not a particularly technically minded person but I think I'm on a par with the so called experts in the shop, one thing they are experts at are charging extortionate prices

I bought a WiFi printer and couldn't get the printer wifi to connect. The responses were arrogant and unhelpful. They were more interested in quoting for a call out charge because they were too busy with customers. They were very happy to take my money for the printer the day before.
I do not recommend them and strongly suggest you search elsewhere for professional services.

The guys at Quesada Computers are really good. Took a tablet to them that had been donated to our charity and was locked.
They got it all sorted out and at no cost, their contribution to the charity. Thank you so much guys, will definitely recommend you in the future.

Most expensive ink I have ever bought - and it was a compatible not original!
Would have refused if I hadn't been desperate to get something printed.
