Gran compañía y excelente personal y precio de mercado. Fueron transparentes a la hora de explicarme las condiciones. Mil gracias a Ana por su excelente profesionalidad y atención, nos supo asesorar ya que reservamos a través de un intermediario y nos resolvió dudas con saber estar y paciencia.

Tenga cuidado con el cargo excesivo por estafa de daños que este lote está ejecutando.
A pesar de devolver el vehículo de alquiler en las mismas condiciones en que se lo alquilamos, nos cobraron 220 € por un desgaste en una rueda.
Se ignoraron todos los intentos de contactarlos con evidencia en video cronometrada para mostrar que había ocurrido antes de la recolección.
Y como el cargo de alquiler original era inferior a £100, tampoco puedes disputarlo con la compañía de tu tarjeta de crédito.
Estafa inteligente.

Alquilé un automóvil hace un tiempo, me cobraron por rayones en la llanta que ya estaban allí, disputé el caso y la empresa me ignoró.

He utilizado otras empresas y nunca tuve este problema.

Absolutamente sin cargos adicionales ni quejas sobre seguros grandes y pequeños.

¡Todo bien hasta ahora! Pero cuando esa noche me hice cargo del coche de alquiler (¡clase premium!), lo encontré con importantes daños en la pintura. Pero como en ese momento no había nadie para recogerlo, no pude informar nada. Como había contratado un seguro a todo riesgo con franquicia, no me cobraron nada, pero aun así tuve una sensación extraña durante el período de alquiler, ¡aparte de que no necesariamente tenía buena pinta!

Súper agradable, amigable, manejo profesional, auto de primera, la devolución también funcionó perfectamente.

Corto tiempo de espera para sacar el coche, sin problemas con el seguro adicional. El personal parecía profesional y conocía su trabajo)

¡Todo perfecto! Me explicaron todo sobre el contrato de alquiler con gran detalle. También en parte en alemán. La relación precio-rendimiento fue buena. El auto era bastante nuevo. El aparcamiento está a sólo 5 minutos de la terminal. El camino hasta allí está muy bien señalizado. Cuando lo devolví llegué muy temprano por la mañana y tuve que tirar la llave en una caja especial. El camino al aparcamiento es fácil de encontrar gracias a la buena señalización.
No se me declaró ningún daño y el depósito se canceló de la tarjeta de crédito después de 2-3 días.
Por tanto 5 estrellas. ¡Bravo y gracias!

El procesamiento fue bueno y rápido el año pasado en Palma y ahora en Alicante en los aeropuertos. El personal muy amable y servicial. Con inglés y un poco de español y alemán te llevas muy bien. La devolución de los autos y la reversión de los costos de combustible fueron rápidas y sin ningún problema. Siempre mi placer!

Mis padres fueron estafados hoy cuando querían recoger su coche de alquiler. ¡Tuvieron que pagar 240 euros adicionales por el seguro mientras que el SEGURO ESTABA INCLUIDO EN EL PRECIO DE LA RESERVA EN LÍNEA! GENTE CUIDADO CON ESTA EMPRESA! ESTAN ESTAFANDO A LAS PERSONAS QUE SON VURNABLES!

Meine Schwiegereltern haben einen kleinen Hyundai gemietet.
Beim zurück geben wurde Ihnen bei dem schon zerkratzen Auto unterstellt einen neuen Kratzer gemacht zu haben. Vor Ort mussten Sie dafür 50 Euro zahlen.
Als Sie zu Hause waren wurden nochmal 300 Euro abgebucht.
Nie wieder dieser Anbieter!
Es handelt sich um Betrug! Passen Sie auf wenn Sie da ein Auto mieten!
My in-laws have rented a little Hyundai.
When they returned the car, which was already scratched, they were accused of having made a new scratch. On the spot you had to pay 50 euros for it.
When you were at home, another 300 euros were debited.

Absolutely horrible staff at the desk, wanted to extend the booking and when I called they said it was possible and car was available however you need to drive back to the airport to do so. That would mean 3 hour drive up and down. When I arrived at the desk and explained that it was crazy that they would not want to extend on the phone the guy behind the counter got upset and said they won’t extend…. I don’t think I have ever dealt with a company that had less regard for its clients. I will never be touching these guys again!

Update: since the response from record go on my review emailed their customer service, as they asked in their response to my review and guess what. They did not even acknowledge my email or respond. So don't believe their fake caring attitude on here

El coche era nuevo pero con dos grandes golpes en un lateral. Después de 5 días todavía no he recibido el reembolso de la gasolina.

Good service fair price i use them 4 times a year so worth joining their club for the best price.

The staff are very helpful and polite. The cars are in perfect condition and the prices are favourable. All in all a good service.

At least fourth time I used them in Alicante airport and defenetly will use again. Make account and get all inclusive special prices. Choose carefree "Just go" option. Everything went without any problem again. Cars are always been new and worthless.

1 points positifs, voiture propre stop et les personne à la réception du véhicule au 3 étages souriantes et gentille. Pas le cas de la personne à l’accueil en bas qui vous remet le contrat de location

Les points Négatifs 45 mn d’attente au bureau et 15 mn pour récupérer le véhicules.
Attention non prévue au départ en louen sur internet débit 124€60 pour l’essence, en ce qui me concerne remboursement 3 jours après. Impératif de rendre avec le plein d’essence, de plus il vous sera demander le ticket car vous devez faire le plein dans une station à moins de 10 km de l’aéroport (bon courage quant vous ne connaissez par les lieux. Autre problème ce jour personne ne parlant français et moi pas espagnol quant il m’on remis le contrat j’avais louer pour une semaine du samedi au samedi après il était Marqué pour retour 6h du matin, je pensais que c’était l’heure d’ouverture de l’agence et bien non … nous avons rendu le véhicule vers 11h mais comme je l’avais louer à partir de 14h je pensais que j’étais dans les temps, et bien non il vous sera facturé et débiter 186€64. De plus la personne qui m’a appelé pour rendre le véhicule était limite incorrect et pas polie. Donc une très mauvaise expérience je déconseille cette sociétés de location avec des méthodes limite et pas commercial. A fuir! De plus vous êtes débiter avec aucune explication écrite ou facture?
C’était la première fois que je louer un véhicule chez Record go. Dommage je me rends plusieurs fois par an Alicante et je ne ferai plus appel à cette société.

En españa siempre usamos Record. Nos da excelentes resultados. Vehiculos nuevos. La limpieza es siempre un punto a mejorar (en todos hemos tenido que repasar el parabrisas del lado interno). El trato de Marissa en la recepcion fue excepcional. Seguiremos usando Record.

Pas contents car à notre arrivée à Alicante, recordgo nous a obligé à payer une deuxième fois une assurance, alors que nous en avions déjà payé une (couverture complète) lors de la réservation chez rentalcars. Donc plus jamais recordgo ni rentalcars. Heureusement que finalement, après de nombreux échanges de mails, rentalcars a remboursé la première assurance complète (70 euros moins chère que celle payée chez recordgo), sinon la voiture: impeccable, elle roulait très bien. Et l'essence à été remboursée rapidement. Peut-être vaut il mieux ne jamais passer par des intermédiaires comme rentalcars.

I have rented 3 separate occasions from Record go and haven't had any issues other than I rented the car for a price weeks before, paid for it, and then the price dropped. I ended up cancelling and re renting with the new lower price. I would recommend them and I would rent from them again.

Deje depósito de 85€ de gasolina.lo devolví lleno adjuntando ticket de la gasolinera.me dicen que la devolución del depósito es automática pero yo aquí sigo sin que me hayan devuelto los 85€ del depósito. He escrito a su mail y no me han contestado. Cuando van a dar una respuesta y mi dinero?

J'ai toujours été très content de Record Go et je conseille cette agence. Par contre, depuis un certain temps, les prix ont terriblement augmenté! Du coup, je réfléchirai à 2 fois avant d'encore louer à l'aéroport.

El coche reservado no se correspondía con el entregado.

Llevé a cabo la reserva de forma telefónica. Insistí a la persona que me atendió, para que me asegurase que el Renault Grand Scenic que aparecía en la web (y que yo había elegido) estaba disponible. Su respuesta fue afirmativa. Al ir a retirar el vehículo me dieron la única opción del Opel Combo, indicando que no tenían Grand Scenic desde hacía mucho tiempo. Me sentí molesto y de algún modo engañado.

Sin embargo, el resto de mi experiencia con record go, fue buena. El personal de recepción y entrega, muy amable y profesional.

Hicieron todo lo posible para amargarme el inicio de las vacaciones. Es imposible pagar con tarjeta de débito, ponen como excusa que los bancos cobran comisión en este caso. Quieren obligarte a contratar su carísimo seguro por todo los medios. A evitar.

Mucho cuidado. Leer bien condiciones.cuando cojais el coche hacer fotos ya que ellos reniegan a incluir los desperfectos. Quieren hacer caja cuando lo entregues. Coches muy viejos. Decepcionante

Véhicule quasi neuf en bon état. Néanmoins il m'a été demandé de souscrire à une seconde assurance (alors que cela avait déjà été fait via la plateforme Carigami) au prétexte que je ne disposais que d'une carte de débit (et non pas de crédit) pour réaliser le dépôt de garantie. Malgré de vives protestations l'agence s'est montrée inflexible et a reporté la faute sur le courtier. Ce procédé frisant la malhonnêteté a fait plus doubler le coût total de la location.

Use them all the time, so far no trouble, although queue can be a bit of a wait. I have my own insurance which makes it a lot cheaper. Hope I have not jinxed my experience

Do not even consider using this company. Car was ok BUT 14 days after I returned the car which was acknowledged as received with no damage and a full fuel tank, RECORD GO ALICANTE AIPORT have not released my GBP1,400 security deposit. Neither have they replied to my emails requesting the release. Sharp business practice and therefore, added to other reviews from clients claiming damage was falsely registered against them, this is a company definitely NOT to be trusted. Hire elsewhere!

Nice cars and nice staff. However trying to amend a booking to ADD 2 more days on was not possible. Had to return first car and rehire the 2nd one. Such a waste of time. Read the small print!

Horrendous Company. Added insurance without my consent and have failed to reply when I raised this as a complaint on day 1 of the car hire. Avoid at all cost.

Don't bother! Make sure you crawl under the car and check the underneath as well as the bodywork before or these fraudsters will get you on your return

Hired a car which broke down from a rude member of staff at the Record Go desk at Alicante Airport.
They have a customer service system which leaves a lot to be desired, nearly impossible to make contact with the appropriate personnel, and when you do they will just hang up on you.
Read the terms and conditions carefully with these Clowns. Better advice would be to not use them at all.
Horrible company.

I consider this to be the best car agency at Alicante airport. Well worth being a member. I have never had to queue as members automatically get express line. Usually get an upgrade unless it's the height of the season. Friendly staff do their best with stressed holidaymakers and some silly rules.

By far the WORST car rental company I have come across. If could give it zero I would. If there is one word of advice, I can you it is - just don’t bother, spend the extra bit of money to get even a half decent service! We waiting over an hour to be served as we watched staff clock off. At every corner they are trying to exploit more money from you.

These are con attests we fill the car with full at a near bye station, they said we left it empty, they say it was damage on the wing mirror send pictures 2 month later we sent picture of the car 30 seconds after we left it no evidence of and damage.if you have booked with these take videos before you and after also show the time you took the video and film the petrol gauge CON ARTTEST!
