You order a watch listed "In stock" on their e-shop page. A week goes by with nothing delivered. When you ask why the customer support says: "We inform you that thank God, our products are running out and we are asking our distributors for them. "

It's an anonymous reply though; they refuse to give their names/positions. Which is about the only positive thing that happened. Apparently at least they have some awareness that they said something wrong.

Great prices, and amazingly fast shipping from Spain to USA! The watch I purchased from their online store shipped within a few hours of placing my order, and took just a couple more days to arrive on my doorstep on the other side of the world.

This place is excellent - I ordered my watch on Monday 4pm and it was delivered to the UK by Wednesday at 4pm; Spain to UK in no time! The watch is exactly as described and the price - even when I add UK VAT, customs and "handling fees" - was decent compared to the rest of the internet. The service was excellent too - they kept me well informed via email at every stage of my order.

I was a little nervous to purchase post brexit. I reside in UK. I knew I would have to pay import taxes but it was just very difficult to get what I was after. Casio G Shock GWM5000 Japan model. The procedure was very simple. The transit of package was excellent expedited by DHL. As quick as buying from Uk online. The watch is fantastic. A very happy customer. I would recommend. Five stars!

Highly recommended. I ordered a G-Shock watch which was cheapest price in Europe I could find, and was dispatched from Spain and delivered to me in the UK within 24hrs.
