Rent a Car Dénia

El servicio increíble y el personal son muy serviciales. Me encantaría darles más estrellas. Mi coche se había averiado y llamé a Rent a Car Denia, tenían un coche disponible lo antes posible y entré y salí de la oficina en 10 minutos. El personal habla un inglés excelente. Nunca iría ni recomendaría otra empresa de alquiler de coches que no fuera esta. Gracias Rent a Car Denia.

Alquilé una camioneta para pasar la mañana y el personal fue extremadamente servicial y amable. Toda la experiencia y el servicio fueron nada menos que excelentes. Recomendaría totalmente esta empresa para el alquiler de coches o furgonetas mientras esté en Denia.

El 10 de enero de 2024 recibí en Rent a Car DENIA un Opel Corsa nuevo 6.590 km. El Opel tenía daños en la parte delantera izquierda por accidente que aún no habían sido reparados: el guardabarros y el parachoques estaban claramente separados. ¡No me informaron del daño de antemano! CONDUCIR EN UN COCHE DE ALQUILER POR ACCIDENTE NO ES UN ÉXITO.me ofrecieron un intercambio o cambio el segundo día. FOTOS BAJO PEDIDO.

Alquilamos una furgoneta de vacaciones con 2 días de antelación. Todo salió de maravilla. Incluso conseguimos un vehículo de mayor calidad que el que reservamos. El personal era muy amable y servicial. La próxima vez estaremos encantados de volver a reservar.

Servicio rápido y excelente. Conseguimos un buen fiat 500 por un buen precio. Todo está completamente asegurado para que no tengas que pagar un depósito. Definitivamente lo recomendaría sobre otros alquileres de autos.

Una mala experiencia que he tenido y la mala atención al cliente por su contestación que casi me iba a pegar por teléfono no pongo mas detalles y sus coches por lo que se ve no revisan la ultima vez que alquile el coche no tenia anticongelante y tuve que poner yo mismo el anticongelante

Most agencies have a maximum age limit, I am over by a few years. Budget Cars Denia have a higher age limit & are competitively priced. Would recommend

Una empresa con una amplia flota de vehiculos y comerciales. A unos precios muy buenos, vehiculos nuevos. Recomendable

Ehrlich und unkompliziert. Spanisch, Deutsch, Englisch. Mit dem Auto von Valencia oder Alicante entlang der Costa Blanca. Rent a Car Denia hat keine versteckten Kosten. Abholung und Rückgabe sehr simple.

Rápido y sencillo. El coche era muy nuevo y todo en perfecto estado. Al dejarlo, fueron amables y nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en la oficina para ir a comer hasta la hora de salida del ferry.

Nous étions en train de loué un camion encore disponible à un prix qui nous correspondait deviné quoi son collègue loue le dernier camion et la personne nous propose un autre camion plus cher c'est pas du tout professionnel j'ai jamais vue ça éviter cette agence

Je répond à votre commentaire non vous n'êtes pas professionnel du tout, le camion était bien disponible et il était sur votre parking donc libre à la location donc n'inventez pas en disant des choses imaginaire je ne vous recommande pas du tout et j'invite les gens a ne pas aller chez rent a car Denia

Really poor customer service and they couldn't care less.
I put all my details including my credit card details into the website to rent a 9 seater minibus.
I had a message on the website to say it was accepted and that I would get a confirmation email.
After 2 days I had not had this so I emailed them with my booking request details attached. I had an email back saying they had no record of my booking and they attached a form that they asked me to fill in, again asking for time and type of vehicle etc.
It was not possible to fill out this form so I called them and was told that they do not have a 9 seater available.
Explained everything and was told that filling out the details on the website, giving credit card details and having a confirmed message on the screen was no guarantee of a booking.
I asked why I wasn't told after my email that a vehicle wasn't available and the chap said he didn't know. He didn't apologise and sounded like he didn't care either.
To cap it off, in the time I've been trying to deal with this shambles of a company, Another company who I had also looked at have increased their price by €150.

Great rental company, very honest and helpful. We’re flexible with timings and you can hire a van for half a day, which is a bonus. Deposit returned same day. Highly recommend.

Muy satisfecha. Es algo más barato que el alquiler más asequible en Valencia, que era lo que más cerca tenía por la ruta que iba a hacer. Además está bien ubicado y es fácil acceder. Me lo habían recomendado porque un familiar les alquilaba furgonetas con regularidad hace años y no me han defraudado. He alquilado en varias ocasiones en otros sitios y tengo experiencia con diferentes firmas.
Desde aquí agradecer al señor que atiende su servicio y paciencia con mis dudas. Si lo vuelvo a necesitar iré primero a Rent a Car Dénia.

Was recommended this company as wanted a short term hire car and also did not want a huge pre authorisation on my credit card so wanted to pay the full insurance with no excess, firstly the price was amazing! Secondly they very kindly waited until my ferry came in which was late so i could collect the car before they shut for their siesta which could of cost me a couple of hours hanging around Denia, excellent service I arrived paperwork all ready in mins and of i went, communication was excellent also beforehand via email all round fab experience I will def use again if I choose to visit the mainland again thanks so much!

Very unreliable. Rented car for 4 weeks, but due to the Corona crisis, we had to cancel last week. No problem. The company promised to refund the rent for last week, but we never saw the money. Embarrassing bad behavior.

Answer: It is the complete opposite of what you said when we handed over the car.
