Recibimos un Fiat 500L nuevo que luego pudimos devolver en el aeropuerto. Pon la llave en un recipiente especial y listo.

Excelente servicio de alquiler de autos. Fácil recogida de un coche de buena calidad en el aeropuerto de Alicante durante una semana, devolviéndolo en el mismo lugar. Tenía el asiento de seguridad para niños pequeños instalado y listo para funcionar. Precios justos y buenas opciones de seguros. Gran comunicación desde la oficina. ¡Lo recomendaría altamente!

Coche listo en el aeropuerto. Nos esperaba una persona a las 2 de la madrugada con la llave y todo listo, precio muy atractivo. Los empleados fueron muy amables y muy receptivos al enviar mensajes. Explicaciones claras y fáciles.

We have never used Giner rentacar before but I can 100% say that it was the best experience in relation to hiring cars abroad. We always receive a hard sell from every other company for additional insurances. Giner cars were so relaxed, the cost was the cost with no excess and we didn’t pay anything until we took the car back, this was in case we wanted additional days hire. We also got a free lift back to the villa we were staying in in BENISSA. We collected our car from the Benissa office, just a shame that they only serve Alicante, Valencia & the Benissa office.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Excellent stress free car hire. No queueing at car hire desks, just Paco waiting for you and if its late at night the car is left in a parking spot waiting for you to collect it. Same when you get back just leave it in a designating parking spot. All exclusive hire so you're not worried about having a card charged at a later date. Last time we were out in April the windscreen wipers needed replacing, we went to the main office but the mechanic was at lunch, so the owner of the company rolled up his sleeves and replaced them. Can't fault the service hence 5 stars.

Just back from a week in Moraira having hired from Giner. This company is a breath of fresh air. The hire arrangements are to say the least a bit unusual but it works based on trust. I sincerely hope they are still there for me next time I visit the Alicante / Valencia area.
