This was our first time hiring from Rent Me Car Hire and it won't be the last. Karen was fantastic, helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. Karen who we booked through was excellent. Very friendly and polite. We only wanted a runaround and whilst we certainly got a "runaround" it did us fine for the 3 weeks we were there and it was reasonably priced.

We had arranged to bring the car back for 10.30 on the Sunday and unfortunately were 20 mins late due to dropping some stuff off with friends. I had a message at 10.45 asking where we were and I explained we would be 10 mins but we're in fact far closer and we arrived at 10.50.

Before we even got out of the car, a bloke came over instantly having a go at us for being late and stating the car was "a disgrace". The car had rain spots with sand on it which is a common thing in Spain.

He started having a further go at us for being late stating it should have been back by 10.30 then explaining it was being rented back out at 12 midday.

He was nothing short of rude and almost aggressive in his approach to the car. Only on me challenging him did he finally apologise but it was a very poor experience without even a Thankyou for our custom.

If you are going to rent a car back out then I suggest more reasonable timeframe. Surely the car has to be checked fully before being given back out.

I've never hired a car out expecting to return it back valeted.

Spoilt what otherwise was a good experience and can only suggest this person who dealt with us on pick up is kept away from customers.

We will think seriously before using them again.

We hired a car for 17 days over Christmas 21/22. The car was small but in good condition and i had no problem and I'm 6 ft 3. Great value for money and you deal with nice polite people. Would recomend 100% we have paid our deposit for this christmas.

Karen was really helpful arranged for collection at Alicante Airport and car was waiting for us at he office and on we went cant thank Karen enough had to extend stay and Karen arranged another car for us i will calling again the next time I am over great wee rental company with excellent staff highly recommend them when staying in the area.

Just rented another car from Karen at rent me cer hire, I have been renting cars from Karen for a good few years now, its very easy and very quick and you only replace for the petrol you use, we have just booked again for next year. The communication is brilliant even during covid, I have hire many a car from different places and this is the best I have ever used

We booked 2 cars Opel Corsa and a Renault Clio, and return airport transfers 9th to 15th October 2021, process was really straightforward and Karen Johnson was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, even when we had cancellations due to COVID, cars were dropped off at our apartment and everything was as expected, no additional insurance, booster seat and a baby seat no extra charge, so stress free and very reasonable package and price, so much easier, cheaper and quicker than driving from the airport saved us about an hour, so could start our holiday straight away. We have booked 4 trips for 2022 and would highly recommend.
