Hemos estado en Navidad en los apartamentos, el recepcionista Patrick y Erika personas fantásticas y profesionales, el alojamiento con vistas increíbles, cerca de todo pero a la vez alejado del bullicio del centro, amplio y cama cómoda
muy buena relacion calidad precio. repetiremos seguro.

Apartamento justito de limpieza, ubicación buena, utensilios que necesitan ser renovados,no se está mal de comodidad,pero le falta renovación en general

Para el precio que tiene no justifica. Las habitaciones son antiguas, con trozos de pared a punto de caerse, suelo sin fregar, papeleras oxidadas o gel en la ducha que no se puede usar porque no funciona. Encima tienes penalizaciones por casi todo, como 25€ por no dejar las papeleras vacías al irte. Demasiado justo de servicio.

Estoy decepcionado por una piedra y por las vacaciones estuvimos una semana, mi familia y yo no me sentí seguro en absoluto.los niños no estuvieron ni una sola vez en la piscina, que estaba muy salada y donde la asistencia no era adecuada para su edad.de mis hijos como jóvenes alcohólicos hombres y mujeres.las habitaciones todos los colchones y el sofá de la sala estaban sucios los cambiaron urgentemente.el ruido catastrófico un montón de jóvenes fiesteros haciendo ruido en los pasillos Toqué el timbre por error a las 4 a.m. Hubo cortes de energía, ansiedad, nunca volvería a ir.y no tuve otra opción, así que tuve que quedarme, pagamos una suma exorbitante, lo lamento (agosto de 2023). Incluso mis hijos tenían miedo.

¡El hotel no se mantiene en absoluto! Durante mi estadía la alberca estuvo cerrada porque alguien había hecho caca en la alberca.además la alberca está borrosa, hay un letrero que prohíbe comer mientras hay latas de cerveza por todos lados, desde colillas de cigarrillos casi en la alberca, sin vista al mar excepto en el piso 20, obtener un reembolso es imposible, y cuando les haces comentarios, se ríen en tu cara, los apartamentos no son en absoluto como en las fotos, nunca vengas en familia, especialmente con niños, ya que hay calzoncillos por todas partes, la gente hace sus necesidades en los ascensores, la gente está borracha.en fin, ¡desastroso!

No se ven las habitaciones donde apestan y están muy sucias ¡LA LIMPIEZA ES ANTES DE TODO! El servicio también es malo. Tuve que esperar 30 minutos para que me pusieran los yesos y para registrarme, ¡la señora se enojó sin sentido! Las habitaciones muy sucias. NO TE VAYAS.

On the plus side, the hotel is clean enough and the staff are friendly and as helpful as they can be. The room is very clean, although a bit basic. The bed is very comfortable. On the minus side, the shower is absolutely hopeless. There is a notice in the bathroom, requesting guests economise with water. Totally unnecessary: the pressure and flow from the (non thermostatic) shower is so low that you have to run around under the shower head to get wet. Another pain is the name itself - Pierre et Vacances - which sounds French, but in addition to that, there is another hotel with the same name - at the opposite end of Benidorm. We asked for Pierre et Vacances Levante.he understood it to mean the one at the east end, up the hill. So for anyone who needs a taxi - ask for Pierre et Vacances EUROPA - which is the road on which it's situated. Better still.choose a hotel with a unique (et pronouncable) name

It's a grate place if you're on a stag or hen party do not stop here if you have children it's a 10 minute walk to the beach and benidorm Square it cost 6 euros in a taxi to the old town and a 20 minute walk back. We asked the staff what time we need to check out she asked what time we are being pickrd up we said 8pm she said 12 midnight it's yours all day. We check out have to pay 30 euros she then said no it was 12pm
But it's wasn't to bad it was clean and a place to sleep

Just got back from staying here. The studio apartment was basic but clean, there wasn't a kettle or any spoons! The young lady in reception was very very rude and abrupt, before we flew out Jet2 advised us there was construction work being done up the road and noise would be to a minimum, this was happening right opposite us waking us at 8am and not finishing until gone 7pm, not Jet2 fault at all, the apartments are up a very steep hill and check in is in the hotel next door also up a steep hill, personally wouldn't stay there again! Not impressed at all especially the 200 euro deposit rule, there is a washing machine in a separate room with cleaning stuff this was absolutely filthy it looked like some had chucked tea all over it, avoid at all costs.

Dont believe the negative reviews about these apartments I had a lovely stay here the rooms were the cleanest I have ever been in absolutely spotless friendly staff everything you need for a break I will definitely be returning

AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOUR A STAG/HEN PARTY! PEOPLE THROWING GLASS OF BALCONYS, LEAVING GLASS BOTTLES AND RUBBISH ROUND THE POOL! SHOUTING AND BANGING ALLNIGHT MY KIDS WERE TERRIFIED! SHOULD BE ADVERTISED AS STAG/HEN HOTEL!

Was pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews, but the hotel was great for a long weekend stag do. Clean room, friendly staff, not to far from the main strip and beach and nice pool area to chill out having a few drinks. Perfect for what we wanted for a stag do and would stay again.

Decent location for the strip and local bars but that's about it. Never stayed at a hotel where you are asked to remove the bins, let alone take them out the back to the wheeley bins. Whatever you do don't leave the key in your room, it's €50 for someone to let you back in, not talking lose your key but locking yourself out. The beds are uncomfortable and the staff are rude, particularly when aggressively telling you the list of rules and the cost involved in breaking them. At least they tell you to have fun at the end, better make sure you do though as that will probably cost you €50 if you don't

Absolute scumhole who expect 4 men to share a room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. They only give you 2 keys a room so that they can charge €50 a time to open the door if your alone. When you get there they will insist on a €200 deposit per room. It is a bad walk up a hill after the sesh too. Avoid Avoid at all costs.

Stayed for 3 nights on a stag, perfect to pass-out in absolutely steaming drunk and to wake up, shower and hit the pub again. Room looked like it hadnt no infact it actually hadnt seen a mop, brush or duster in a very long time lol we actually left it cleaner leaving. Big pensioner on the front desk the day we left gave our cash deposit away to a poltergeist lol the big dopey couldn't even point who he gave it to from our group (maybe because he hadn't actually gave us is it, more likely he kept it for a night in champions and some sniff sniff) he just blatantly ignored us and continued to yell that he gave it to us already but hey ho.

It does exactly, what it says on the tin, comfy enough, but 200 euro deposit for room, is over the top.

La habitación y las instalaciones sucias, la piscina es una broma, desde las fotos da la perspectiva de ser grande pero es de pena. Menos mal que en recepción amables, no lo mismo de la cafeteria de al lado, un tanto prepotente el chico. A parte de querer clavar productos a un precio muy elevado. Tosatadas quemadas para clavarte un pastizal. Una decepción.

Hemos estado muy cómodos, encima admiten mascotas. El personal super amable. Todo muy limpio y con el equipamiento necesario. La opción del parking se agradece si tienes intención de moverte.
Repetiremos seguro.

Fatal, el servicio sin ninguna respuesta, la la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, de hecho a través de los cristales no se veía de los sucios que estaban, las barandillas del balcón eran blancas de polvo aunque en realidad serían rojas. Te piden 200 euros de fianza y no te devuelven el dinero de la reserva en caso de no tener los 200 te dicen que te apañes con booking y no te Dan ninguna solución. Mucho ruido, lo se puede dormir.y bastante lejos del centro y de la playa. No volvería nunca.

Yo quieria preguntar que si hay hora para llegar al hotel o siempre está abierto y también quería preguntar si se paga una fianza o algo de eso porque e leído un comentario de que un señor a pagado 200 de fianza y si cuando llegas tienes que pagar algo nose me podeis responder

Los Apartamentos están bien. Falta un poco la limpieza y cambiar los colchones, son muy viejos. Alguien busca dormir bien por la noche, lo tiene complicado. No solamente por los colchones. Hay mucho ruido porque está en una calle central con mucho tráfico. Nosotros tenemos la mala suerte tener unos vecinos que hacían todas las noches fiesta. Tiene que dejar una Fianza de 200€, no entiendo para que. Después si no bajas la basura a hora de salir, tienes que ir otravez a sacarlo, si no te devuelven el dinero de la Fianza. De verdad no volveré a este Hotel. No es muy caro, por eso a la mejor no lo pueden limpiar bien, no se. Pero lo dejas sucio o con basura te quieren cobrar algo. No se. Nunca me pasado eso. Por todo eso solo 1 estrella. Hay sitios mejores a mismo precio.

Apartamento amplio.terraza grande.utinsilios de cocina insuficientes.nevera pequeña (de hotel). Piscina pequeña. Playa algo retirada y debido al covid has de reservar plaza por internet.

La terraza de la habitación lo mejor. El encargado David un gran profesional. El desayuno muy bueno. Por otro lado no me gustó que el baño olía muy mal, el agua de la ducha era muy escasa y las paredes de la habitación tenían mocos con sangre pegados.

Friendly staff, clean lobby, decent sized apartments for the price. Lacks on decor, have to hire a kettle, iron etc. Very strict on rules.

Malísimo! Tuvimos que sacara basura, te obligan, instalaciones muy antiguas, en el hall central en el medio un cubo de fregona para una gotera, el sofá cama era un sonajero, si te movias se despertaban todos!
Menos mal que dormimos solo una noche.
No lo recomiendo para nada.

Beautiful apartments, but the 200 euro deposit you have to pay is a bit expensive especially when your on your the 1st day of your holiday, also you have to pay a deposit for the kettle, toaster and iron, which should be provided for in the apartment.

I condotti dell'aria condizionata sono probabilmente colonizzati da qualche muffa perché l'odore si sente. L'area è inoltre una specie di melting pot per blatte varie che se mangiate sul terrazzo vi salteranno in faccia da ogni dove. Potreste trovare roba scassata già all'arrivo quindi attenti a non farvi fregare la caparra dalla direzione.

Muy buena relación calidad - precio. Personal de recepción y seguridad muy agradable. Lo mejor de todo es que admiten tanto perros como gatos y ha sido el primer año que he podido viajar tanto con mi perro como con mi gato. Repetiré el año que viene

Aparthotel antiguo pero reformado. El personal de recepción encantadores. El aire acondicionado potente. No está en primera línea de playa pero en 10-15 min caminando estás en cualquier punto de interés. Lo del cambio de toallas y de sábanas parece q les cuesta, recomiendo traer de casa porque se acaban necesitando

Mi esperiencia no fue mala cabe decir que fuimos de lunes a viernes y ya la última noche entró una peña que no dejó dormir en toda la noche por suerte fue la última.
La piscina cierra muy pronto a las 7 por lo demás bien
El de mantenimiento estuvo en el apartamento arreglando un pomo de una puerta mientras no estábamos y al parecer se lavo las manos después de realizar el trabajo con nuestras toallas y la dejó negra y llena de grasas tirada en el suelo del baño algo que no veo nada lógico sabiendo que te cobran por cambiar las toallas no lo recomiendo para familias con niños

No existe un lugar en Benidorm con más ruido, botellon y borracheras que este establecimiento.
Me reafirmo, no apto para familias, muy apto para hooligans, despedidas de soltero y demás eventos de juerga.

Wouldn't let my dog sleep in this place. No bar had to clean our own room before the maids came in to clean and then you get you €200 back if it's clean enough. They only give you clean towels and bedding if you stay more than 7 days.

Résidence sale un jour je suis aller demander des coussins il m ont dit de revenir dans 30 minute pour 3 coussins 30 minute après on me dit désoler on peut pas vous donnez de coussins aussi la piscine est toute petite et elle ferme trop tôt et les la propreté des chambre peut être améliorer

Personnel gentil, réactif mais manque de moyens. Appartement pour 6 spacieux mais non équipé. Nous sommes 6 et nous avions une poêle pour 2 personnes. Carence d ustensiles de cuisine. Appartement propre en surface seulement, pas très bien entretenu: manque des boutons à certains radiateurs (un de nos fils a pris le courant), spot terrasse HS, poignée de sdb HS, lampe de chevet défectueuse, meuble de cuisine mal monté donc on se prend la porte à chaque fois. La literie est vraiment nulle. 2 chambres et un canapé-lit. Ce dernier une fois déployé est en forme de cuvette sans compter les ressorts et les draps trop petits! Bref zéro. De mémoire, Pierre et Vacances est une enseigne de vacances familiales, j ai un doute! Jeunes autour de la piscine avec de la alcool, bruyants. Vacarme jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.si vous voulez plus d avis, allez également sur le site.bref, c est dommage car bon potentiel mais là Pierre et Vacances s écarte de ses valeurs.

I'd absolutely recommend this place for the following reasons:

*Excellent value for money
* Very good location (people who said it's far away in other reviews are obviously lazy and not used to exercise)
*Apartment was spotless and big balcony
*In the middle of old town and the lively bars at the other end
*Ten minute walk to the beach - all straight down no winding between streets to get there
*Shops right next to it and a big supermarket 10/15 minute walk away
*Sun loungers were always available
*Hotel staff situate the rooms carefully, I.e. Quiter or family groups away from those who want to session

Overall, a brilliant time and would book through them again.

The rooms are better than you would think at first sight, hotel is ok but very much a stag and hen party hotel so be aware. Staff could be more friendly, but then I guess they have to put up with a lot. Check in took us over an hour, I presume we just arrived at a bad time for them. Pool is small but does the job.

Overall a decent enough experience but it is definitely on the budget side, oh, and be ready to clean the room before you leave, this isn't like most hotels!

Went here in june 3 ov us was great location and was clean and basic but just what we needed for 4 nights of partying.was ace our bedroom wardrobe was broken and it was mended immediately.felt safe there aswel xxx

Staff were friendly but did not have great English. P
remises in need of repair. Very noisy throughout the night and beds not comfortable. No cleaning without paying extra for towel and sheet changes. Location is good but probably won't be returning.

The rooms are cleaned to a low
standard. There is no kettle in the room. You have to hire this.
The maid didn't clean or change towels in the 5 days we stayed here. We also had to replace loo roll.
The apartments are situated on a round about and is a 10 minute walk to the strip.
On checking out of our room the receptionist checked our room before giving us the deposit back. There is a luggage room but no where to shower

Logement petit, en bon état, grand balcon. Pas de lave vaisselle, pas de casserole ni de fer à repasser mais pour le fer on peut le demander à l’accueil. Mais très bruyant car près d’un rond point. Télé petite et pas de 1080 p et c, est la tnt espagnole la réception moyenne par moment. La 4g passe très bien alors si vous pouvez y branché un autre moyen de réception par le net allez y.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the 200 euro deposit on arrival seemed abit much but you do get it back when you check out. The pool area was small but did the job as the sun stayed over it most of the day. Down fall is that during your stay you are given all of the keys so the maid wont have access to your room but you are provided with cleaning supplies. The only fault we had was the bedding had alot of stains on it an we couldnt really use them as we wernt sure if they were clean and it would have been nice to have clean towels as we were only given 1 each for 4 days. The hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the beach an strip so close enough to the action without all the noise.

Apartamentos sin mas, lo justo y necesario, la cocina y el baño con carencias, lo mejor la terraza, segun que plantas mucha queja de vecinos, la piscina justita y las zonas comunes lo que te puedes esperar.

Just stayed here for three nights and to be honest it was ok. The appartment was clean and tidy and adequate for what we needed. I'd previously read horror stories about not getting back your deposit however all 15 of us received ours back without any issues. I can see why they take the deposit but if you look after and respect the place u will receive it back. The only problem on check out was one man had to check every room before u got back your deposit. On the whole I would stay here again

Great location, had a sea view room. Accommodation was clean and well maintained. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

El personal es bastante serio, sobre todo el abuelo de por las noches, muy antipático, el hotel necesita un lavado de cara super urgente, cambiar suelos de los pasillos, luces, puertas de emergencia, escaleras, paredes, ventanales, celosías, son de cuando inauguraron el edificio y parece que ni lo hayan pintado nunca y la limpieza mejor no hablar.
