I highly recommend a sound healing session at Ro-Ki. The experience is like none other! Traditional singing bowls are used all around the body to balance the energy. I entered a deeply relaxing trance immediately and came out of it feeling refreshed and in a greatly enhanced mood. You have to try this!

Centro Semilla is a zen oasis in the city, I feel relaxed every time I visit. I have been there for the wonderful yin yoga classes with singing bowls, a very interesting course on health and self care and last but certainly not least: Robert's famous Thai Yoga Massage. It was incredibly healing. My body hasn't felt this relaxed in a very long time. I highly recommend this amazing massage and am excited to try out the other treatments Robert and Centro Semilla have to offer.

Me regalaron un bono de masaje pero decidí hacer un baño de sonido con cuenco tibetanos. Fue una experiencia muy agradable, salí flotando con una sensibilidad al 100%, ha sido como activar un sexto sentido, podía percibir las vibraciones de los que me rodeaban, los sonidos los escuchabas amplificados y al mismo tiempo sentía mucha calma y tranquilidad. Mi pareja, que me regaló la sesión, dijo que notó como había cambiado mi vibración. Una experiencia sorprendente 100% recomendable, tanto que la volví a repetir.

I enjoyed a Thai-yoga massage from Robert. The studio is very nice and clean. It was very relaxing, no disturbing noise. The massage was professional, and afterwards he have me some tip while trinking a cup of tea. When I come back to València I will for sure visit his studio again.

For 1.5 years I have been coming to see Robert at the beautiful center in Ruzafa. Robert is very knowledgeable about how energies work. Especially the sound scales session always work very soothing for me and have a long lasting effect.

I had a lovely experience in this oasis created by Robert in Valencia’s trendy Ruzafa. He was recommended by a British yoga teacher I met in Portugal. He invited me for a discussion and proposed to have a sound therapy session based on what he heard from me. Robert has a deep care for the individual and a nice holistic approach. At the end I even got a mini session on a small energy exercise that I use every morning since then. I enjoyed the encounter and would come back if the wind blows me to Valencia again. Robert is a very dedicated person when it comes to his massages/therapies and very professional as well, not to mention it has a very kind heart. I have had a therapy exchange with Robert, and although I'm looking forward to also experience the energetic harmonization with the singing bowls therapy with him, the Shiatsu and Thai massage were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them. All the little details of the therapy (the music, the incense, the technique, his dedication, the lovely space) created an atmosphere of healing, relaxation and bliss.

Great place to resource yourself. We went to a nice vegan cooking class there and also had a thai yoga massage by Robert.

I love to visit Centro Semilla and receive or learn from Robert or other therapists their knowledge.i feel like I travel for a while to Asia where I like to go every year.
Lately I experienced the Thai yoga massage for hour and a half with Robert and it is an amazing, purifying and relaxing one. I left the Center with more peace, joy and flexibility in my body (I even felt taller!), like I was totally aligned.

After having had covid I had been struggling wi the extremely sore muscles and pain in my joints. As I already knew Robert and Centro Semilla I though I would give his treatments a try and see if it helped. I did the sound healing and already the day after my body felt much better! I now also tried the Thai Yoga Massage and can highly recommend that as well!

I love coming in the center as the atmosphere is always very pleasant and Robert is always greeting me with a good and calm energy.

Totally worth the money, five stars!

The sound healing was a cleansing and uplifting experience. Robert's way of playing the singing bowls is professional as well as his way of meeting the needs of the client. Quite often when you go to a massage or other treatments, you have to hurry to leave because the person does not have time before the next client. However, Robert gave me time to share my experience, which was really nice. One can tell that he puts his whole heart in his work and has an inner drive to learn more. Moreover, the place is lovely: the healing space is decorated beautifully and smells amazing. The energy is calm and healing. I highly recommend to try any treatment!

I decided to try sound healing treatment for first time in my life and it was super powerful experience. After the treatment I felt like I was floating and relieved from stress. All my chakras were aligned and it felt really good. I felt super energetical and alive. Robert is really careful while doing the treatment. And trust me, he knows what he is doing. Great service. I will repeat for sure. I strongly recommend it.

I was totally knocked off by the massage. Totally mind blown. The best therapeutic massage I had, even better than the massages that I was given in Thailand. It is not because of the actual masage, it is because of the energy and intention. Many times we go for a masage and we are treated like a number. What sets Roberto aside is that we puts his heart and you feel it deeply. You get so relaxed to the point that you fall alseep although it is not a relaxation massage, but a therapeutic one, hence it may get uncomfortable sometimes. He soothes the pain using Reiki and other relaxing techniques like aromatherapy, singing bowls etc. I think that Valencia is lucky to have him.

I definitely recommend Ro-Ki! The place is beautiful, clean and full of positive energy. His Thai Yoga massage is nothing like anything I have experienced before! It was a very complete, thorough, balanced mix of Thai massage, Shiatsu, Rei-ki and Yoga; performed in a hamonious Tai Chi style. I left energized and ready to start my week in healthy body and mind.

J'ai essayé les massages de Robert déjà 2 fois et j'en ai été très contente.
Tout est organisé pour se détendre au mieux dans sa salle.
L’ambiance y est zen, ça sent bon, c’est hyper calme et Robert est un masseur très compétent qui utilise plusieurs techniques et outils de massage.
Je suis contente de l'avoir essayé, j'y vais surement retourner et je le conseille à tous!
