Fabulosa compañía de viajes que realmente hace todo lo posible para encontrarle el viaje perfecto. Incluso organizó una recogida más cercana para mí cuando hice la reserva en línea. Will, un fabuloso representante turístico en nuestro viaje a Guadalest, muy conocedor del pueblo que estábamos visitando. Cálido y amigable. Reservé otro viaje a la fábrica de chocolate y quedé muy impresionado. Siempre he utilizado esta empresa para mis viajes porque son fiables y tienen precios fantásticos.

Mi hijo y yo fuimos al primero en la calle Gerona, no pudieron ayudarnos pero de todos modos somos muy serviciales. Las chicas dijeron que fuéramos a la oficina más grande en el área de Rincón de Loix ya que allí podrían ayudar más, llamaron por teléfono con anticipación para que nos estuvieran esperando ya que estaba bastante ocupado. La señora fue excelente al resolver nuestro problema de pasaporte, llamó por teléfono a la oficina de pasaportes en Belfast que había perdido el pasaporte renovado de mi hijo y con mucha calma y eficiencia encontró toda la información y luego preguntó cómo seguir adelante con este problema. Excelente servicio, personal fantástico. Teníamos las nuevas fotografías del pasaporte y la solicitud se realizó en 45 minutos. Personal bien hecho en ambas ubicaciones de Round Town.

Muy mala experiencia de servicio al cliente con esta empresa. No los recomiendo. El representante me dijo que regresara a mi país aunque fui muy respetuoso.

Una compañía horrible reservó un viaje a la costa y las cuevas a través del Jet 2, se suponía que iba a un antiguo pueblo que no era como se esperaba, el representante señaló un punto de recogida mientras hablaba en español, nos dejó en un lugar completamente diferente para recogernos.punto y ni siquiera esperó a que todos se bajaran del autocar antes de salir corriendo, su compañera trató de explicar que iba demasiado rápido y que era muy arrogante y condescendiente diciendo que nos mostró el punto de recogida, pero nos dejaron en algún lugar de En medio de una ciudad que no conocíamos y ella simplemente se estaba alejando, mi pareja comenzó a molestarse y nos dijo que si no nos gustaba podíamos quedarnos aquí, esperábamos que nos dejaran donde estábamos. Continuó como lo que sucedió en el resto del viaje. El representante fue muy grosero y luego, la tarde siguiente, debíamos hacer otro viaje a las cascadas y el viaje fue cancelado para nosotros porque aparentemente habíamos molestado al representante. Absolutamente disgustado con la empresa y me ha disuadido de realizar viajes en autocar. No recomendaré esta empresa. Esta es la primera crítica negativa que he tenido que dejar.

El personal fantástico, Abbie es muy amable, fácil de hablar, nada es demasiado, lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Día brillante hoy con Leisa y viajes por la ciudad. Tuve un día completo en Guadalest, una visita obligada, las vistas son impresionantes. Muchas gracias

Fantástica excursión, pero lástima del representante, Lynn. Habló de manera inapropiada y grosera con los holandeses, trató con condescendencia a los turistas y gritó tonterías sobre ella, su familia y lo que los productos "solían costar", pero sin ningún contexto; Se sintió como una gira para 'tontos' sin educación (o al menos así nos hicieron sentir).

Tuve un hermoso día en las cataratas de Algar, hice el viaje de la mañana y tuve alrededor de 4 horas de tiempo libre en las cataratas para nadar, un gran día fuera de Benidorm. Nuestro guía Stuart fue genial, nos dio un pequeño recorrido por Benidorm en el autobús y nos recomendó un excelente restaurante para almorzar después de las cascadas con una piscina enorme. Día perfecto

Mi amigo Tom y yo vamos aquí para todas nuestras necesidades de excursiones. Muy variada selección y buenos presupuestos razonables. Todo arreglado, pagado y ordenado allí mismo u obtenga la lista completa, léala y decida a dónde ir, qué hacer y luego regrese, ¡increíble!

Hicimos todo el día Jeep Safari, Jalon Valley, Segway Tour.

After having my wallet containing my TIE card and my Spanish driving licence stolen I went to Round Town Travel for help. The young lady couldn’t have been better. Friendly, helpful and efficient inspiring complete trust and relief in the way that she dealt with what, to me, was a serious problem. I cannot rate them highly enough.

We did the Guadalest and waterfall tour. Picked up very promptly. Long tour around Benidorm collecting everyone. Lynne our guide was so enthusiastic and very informative - brilliant. The scenery was amazing. The town was lovely but the waterfalls were a little disappointing. I would still recommend this trip though.

Another great job done, applied for passports, everthing was done photos, paperwork etc.
Was told roughly 4 weeks, they arrived dhl two days before the due date.
I cannot thank them enough, great service with a smile.

High prices for poor service.
Rep on coach was, evidently, someone who had been doing this for decades as she was set in her ways and lacked enthusiasm for the excursion.

Lynn was very rude, extremely patronising and dismissive of questions from travellers as she would always say she would explain something during her on board talks although she never did.

Enjoyed rambling on about herself as she did the hard sell to passengers to book further journeys and ignored the ones that weren't going to book.
Also charged 1 Euro per passenger to buy a face mask, which we knew nothing about prior to the journey as a covid restriction.
Also seemed scandalous to charge this amount, felt like a scheme of some sort

The excursion itself was absolutely wonderful, was great to explore a beautiful city, very thankful we weren't stuck with gloomy and rude rep all day.

The driver was friendly, nice man, shame they had to drop us off at the bottom of steep hills as opposed to outside hotels.
Was slightly aggravating that the rep was sat down counting all her Euros out on the long journey home, all change from her face mask scheme.

Booked an apartment for 10 nights with Roundtown very good clean apartment and service the only grip I have is with the €150 key deposit which is taken and at the end of the stay refunded problem is this incurred bank charges to my loss

I loved the algar falls BUT I went dressed with my swimsuit under my clothes ready to swim the lovely falls. When on the coach I was informed there would be no swimming doe to the weather in march and deaths recently. I was informed if I wanted to swim I could use the nearby venues pools as long as I used their services. We loved the falls and left that venue to as a second best swim in the pool only to find them shut.we spent the next 2hours sitting in a cafe in the car park waiting for the return coach. Yes I would recommend the falls most definitely. But failure to tell me updated information really spoilt it for me as I really wanted to swim. They should inform people of changes or closures before the event.

Fantastic day out to Guadalest and Algar Falls
Out tour guide was Nicola, a bubbly, chatty and very informative guide. She filled us with so much info and always in a happy, bubbly way. I went on the trip mainly for the water falls but really enjoyed the village so much more! We went to two of the three museums and were blown away by both of them, such skillful people have created them amazing!
Went on to the waterfalls which were beautiful but hard work! You have to climb a lot, (And I mean a lot) of steps but also you have to balance on small edges, very slippy, very uneven ground, if you wear trainers expect to get them ruined as you can’t get around unless you walk into water and very sharp rocks, that said they are beautiful as was the scenery throughout the day.
Best day out of my holiday we thoroughly enjoyed it.
One point to remember is when your tickets are downloaded it will tell you your pick up is 9.30 but you need to read right the way down your email and each individual Hotel will be listed, and pick up times, we were stood outside our hotel from 9.20 we waited until 10 then I rung and was told it would be 10.45! So no need for the early start
Especially after a benidorm late night!
Some people had been on the bus since 9.30 so already 1 hour 15 before we set off, luckily we were last pick up at Hotel Gran Bali also first drop off.

Kathy our tour guide and Pedro our driver were definitely 5 stars to Valencia today. They brightened up our rainy day. Kathy explained our tour well. Dropping us off. You could go a guided walk.or free time then the bus met us at 2.14pm took us to the Ocean seaside or you could go on a city tour bus. We would certainly recommend thinking of the caves next week hopefully in the sun.

Kathy our tour guide was excellent. Coach was late but a telephone call to the uk number reassured me that it was 5 minutes away and it was. Coach was warm and Moses drove well. Improvements can be made and we mentioned these to Kathy for feedback to Round Town Travel. A stop just before Valencia for a coffee and toilets would be a good idea. Also the same on the way back. The bus tour is not hip on and hop off and to complete the 2 hours is more of an endurance - no chance for refreshments from 2.00 pm until you arrive back in Benidorm at around 7.30 pm.

A guided walking tour upon arrival for an hour would in my opinion be much more suitable and Round Town Travel are looking into this as an alternative to offering the gruelling bus tour. I can’t comment on the oceanographic Centre tour as we did not do this.

To sum up - bad points … day is too long (for us it was over 12 hours). Not enough comfort stops.

Good points …. Great whistle stop tour to see Valencia if you don’t have much time. Round town travel we’re easy to deal with and always contactable and Kathy was an excellent host

I originally booked pre pandemic and they have been brilliant in forwarding to this Christmas. I also had several changes to the original booking and they have dealt with these changes straight away. Very efficient.

Excellent service all round, went to sort out locater forms tests, boarding pass. Professional friendly service. Highly recommend

The Customers bags were then dragged out onto the Street and left, as though it was rubbish

Found out about this place on Facebook helping us brits take the worry if the anti gen test to get back home and only 50 euro for the test and passenger locater forms

We used round town for our tie card everthing went well thankyou just need to pick up in 4 weeks thanks

Magnífico dia pasamos de excursión en Guadalest y Fuentes del algar. Tanto el chofer Luis como la guía Denis demostraron su profesionalidad y fueron súper amables. El autocar amplio y comodisimo y con las medidas covid pertinentes. Gracias chicos

Booked the airport transfer service.sub contracted to COSTABUS s.l. (martinez)
Waited one hour extra at collection point. All customers collected late on the bus.thanks for a stressful airport transfer service. Would not recommend one bit. Use other companies in benidorm.

Went to algar waterfalls and trip was excellent. Our tour guide Lucy was excellent very knowledgeable and really helpful. Would definitely recommend booking with this company.

They helped my wih my passport renewal, staff were friendly and helpful, only took 3-4 weeks to get my new passport, they provide a lot of services like passport renewals, excursions etc

We have the best service possible from Round Town Travel. Nothing is to much trouble, they are all obliging & always try to solve your problems as soon as possible. Would highly recommend them.

We booked a trip to Les Fonts d'algar with Round Town Travel and they were fantastic! We were picked up on time at the arranged pick up point and the rep Lee was brilliant - fun and friendly and kept us informed at various points throughout. We arrived at our destination and were told exactly where to go and what time to be back and our tickets of €15 per person included travel both ways, entrance and a drink at the end. We had travelled from Denia by fastbus, and unfortunately there was a taxi strike that day and we were confused how to get back but Lee and the office assisted us in this and we arrived back safely.
Thank you Round Town - we would definitely use you again

Booked 2 trips to the village in the hills, Gaudalest (26.06.2018 with guide, Debbie and Algae Waterfalls with?
Easy booking and cheap 2 days wish we'd booked to get away from the madness of Benidorm more.
A beautiful village plenty to see and do and the waterfalls leaves you breathless with the temperature of the water and the scenery fantastic, a word of advise please take a pair of shoes that are designed to go in water with.
