Round Town Travel

Hicimos la excursión a Guadalest y las Cataratas del Algar. Louisa, nuestra guía turística, no podría haber sido más útil. Ella estaba muy bien informada y era amigable. Guadalest es pequeña, pero increíblemente bonita. Algunas cafeterías para tomar un refrigerio y un café (o algo más fuerte jajaja) y algunas bonitas tiendas de regalos.
Las Cataratas del Algar son increíbles. Si planeas meterte en el agua, ten cuidado: el suelo de guijarros puede estar afilado, así que lleva buen calzado (botas o neopreno).
En definitiva, un viaje fabuloso con una compañía fabulosa, que sin duda volveremos a utilizar.

Tuve un viaje a las cascadas, Wilf, el guía, fue genial, informativo, amable y servicial, también bastante divertido con algún que otro chiste. El entrenador llegó a tiempo para recogerlo. Considerándolo todo un gran día.

Me encantó nuestra reciente excursión desde Benidorm a Guadalest. Hermoso recorrido, guía apasionada y conocedora de Charlotte y conductor de autobús confiable (olvidé el nombre). Excelente servicio y valor, recomiendo encarecidamente esta empresa.

Fui allí el viernes pasado para obtener información para mi cliente, los caballeros que me atendieron fueron muy profesionales y serviciales.

Gran lugar para reservar actividades durante su estancia en Benidorm, reservado unos días durante nuestra estancia, ¡así de fácil! Una vez que hice la reserva, me enviaron un enlace del mapa a mi teléfono para que supiéramos exactamente dónde estaba el punto de recogida (10 de 10 para eso) nos divertimos mucho en todos los viajes y descubrimos que los precios que pagamos eran iguales o mejores que si lo intentara para reservar directamente yo mismo.
Recomiendo este lugar.

Booked Guadalest over the phone for 23rd March 2023 back in February 2023. Unfortunately, I didn't realise the agent didn't put the right month despite me telling her I would be 60 whilst out in March. Didn't realise the mistake till getting on the bus and refused entry. I went to the office but I had to pay an additional £100 for the 4 of us to go on the trip a few days later. Despite telling her at length it was my birthday when out end of March, still got it wrong. CHECK DETAILS CAREFULLY. I THINK THIS IS A SCAM.

Fuimos a gudalest y luego a las cascadas el viernes 2 23 de mayo y no pudimos fallar en el recorrido, Louisa, nuestra guía turística, fue fantástica, nos dio mucha información sobre las cosas en la ruta y el lugar que visitamos, estaba muy alegre e hizo nosotros también nos reímos, ella es un crédito para su compañía, muchas gracias a Louisa y pacco, el conductor, por un recorrido realmente agradable, aunque llovió un poco

Tuve un viaje encantador hoy (viernes 19/05/23) con Lisa, nuestra guía (lo siento, no recuerdo el nombre del conductor)
Lisa fue muy servicial e informativa. Definitivamente reservaré de nuevo.

Booked the Valencia trip through our Jet2 rep with Roundtown travel. We really enjoyed it. Reps friendly and helpful. We did a guided walking tour and the guide was very knowledgable and entertaining. Highly recommend.

Went on the Coast and Caves tour. Kathy was an excellent guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the trip most enjoyable. Highly recommend.

This is the 8th time we have booked apartments with Round Town…the care they give to us is priceless.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Thank you Heidi and your staff for everything.

Reservé Guadalest por teléfono para el 23 de marzo de 2023 en febrero de 2023. Desafortunadamente, no me di cuenta de que el agente no había indicado el mes correcto a pesar de que le dije que cumpliría 60 años mientras estaba fuera en marzo. No me di cuenta del error hasta subir al autobús y le negaron la entrada. Fui a la oficina pero tuve que pagar £100 adicionales para que los 4 nos fuéramos de viaje unos días después. A pesar de decirle detalladamente que era mi cumpleaños a finales de marzo, todavía me equivoqué. COMPRUEBE LOS DETALLES CUIDADOSAMENTE. CREO QUE ESTO ES UNA ESTAFA.

Was on holiday in Altea and did 2 trips with round town travel went to Valencia which was great then trip to Guadalest and Algar waterfallls also great trip good tour guides very helpful and informative enjoyed

High prices for poor service.
Rep on coach was, evidently, someone who had been doing this for decades as she was set in her ways and lacked enthusiasm for the excursion.

Lynn was very rude, extremely patronising and dismissive of questions from travellers as she would always say she would explain something during her on board talks although she never did.
Also charged 1 Euro per passenger to buy a face mask, which we knew nothing about prior to the journey as a covid restriction.
Also seemed scandalous to charge this amount, felt like a scheme of some sort

Enjoyed rambling on about herself as she did the hard sell to passengers to book further journeys and ignored the ones that weren't going to book.

The excursion itself was absolutely wonderful, was great to explore a beautiful city, very thankful we weren't stuck with gloomy and rude rep all day.

The driver was friendly, nice man, shame they had to drop us off at the bottom of steep hills as opposed to outside hotels.
Was slightly aggravating that the rep was sat down, counting all her Euros on the long journey home.
All change from the face mask scheme.

Great trip, overpriced company, absolutely awful and rude rep

We booked an apartment with roundtown travel in benidorm before covid but had to transfer the holiday for the last 2 years. We paid the apartment up in full 3 years ago and was at last looking forward to going this year. We contacted roundtown travel as advised 2 weeks before arrival to let them know our check in time, to be told that the owners had sold the apartment. The apartment we booked was on a quiet complex with no high rises and fully air conditioned. The roundtown assistant (Lisa) wasn’t very empathetic about our circumstances and said the only apartments left on their books was a Highrise (21st) floor with no air con or an apartment on the noisy strip which we don’t like or a refund. We booked everything separate so I asked if they were going to refund our flights and they said no. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with their complete lack of empathy and the patronising way (Lisa) spoke to my husband. I think this company should be checking up on the properties that they are in charge of letting, especially after taking money in full from me. Will not use again, uncaring and Unprofessional

A éviter! Arnaque! Informations incorrecte. On a réservé un bus pour l aéroport, nous avons voulu faire une modification. Les représentants nous ont confirmé que la modification pouvait être faite le lendemain. Le lendemain ils ont refusé de modifier le transport. Impossible de réserver deux places supplémentaires et plus de transport disponible. Lamentable! A éviter!

This is a good place to go to book excursions. I visited the chocolate factory and it was alright and the member of staff and the trip was good and told us lots of backstories on the way there.

Viaje desde Benidorm a Guadalest un pueblo muy bonito y muy variado con muchos museos y diferentes atracciones, la comida del lugar buena y con precios accesibles, el museo de motos y coches antiguos muy bueno, el chófer del bus Pedro excelente conductor y la guía turística que no me acuerdo bien el nombre no se si era Ángela o Katy muy buena explicaba tanto en inglés como en español, además que era una persona muy alegre y simpática. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Lo único malo eses que dura tres horas y es muy poco tiempo para poder conocer todo con calma

Popped into round town for a holiday insurance, the staff there are so happy n helpful, if you need a day out, tickets for the benidorm palace, or even transport to the airport this is the place to come

We had a early morning flight home, couldn’t book anything on line with the usual operators so we called into Round Town and they were really helpful and booked us a cab to collect us at 3am. Taxi turned up as agreed and it cost us £52.00 on my bank statement no complaints with that.

I went on a couple of trips with them and as always they were excellent. The staff are friendly and the chap who stands outside was chatty and pleasant. I went in to have my locator form printed off and was charged 5 euros which is fine but I was under the impression that it was free if you had booked a trip with them in February. Saying that they provide an excellent service in Benidorm. I booked my transfers with them too and was very happy with the service.

Used this office to book tickets for a special event at the Benidorm Palace in February. Thanks go to Kevin Hogg, for sorting everything out.

About 4 tours now with them, Kathy's knowledge superb really cares about what she does.
Well done to the team there and a big thank you.

Local benidorm office great for anything you need from trips to locator firms and test appointments so easy for a few euros

Very helpful with printing out my boarding passes and transfer voucher. Would definitely visit again for helpful advice.

They were really helpful booking our test to fly back to uk and filling in our locater form and then printing all the paperwork out for airport. Well worth the 15 euros for it all

If your looking tickets or transport to or from an attraction/airport then pop in or ring round town travel. I spent a good few hours trawling the net for a reasonably priced early morning transfer to the airport the day before my flight but there were problems with most or they were far to expensive.you can get good deals if booked 48 hours in advance but I forgot.
I rang round town and within 15 min it was all sorted and at a good price. Sorted! No hassles, so I could enjoy my last day

Can not fault them.i have used the numerous times from changing passport to booking my pcr they offer so much information.

First they do what they say can be done
Second unbelievable for value
Third a office location new you
Fourth you don't need a fourth, go see them if it can be done you in the right place

Round town travel does exactly what it promises. Took two excursions and thought both were great value. The tour guides Katie and sandra were professional and an asset to this company and a special shout out to Katie for going the extra mile to get my hoodie back to me after I left on the coach.

Brilliant day out to Guadalest and Albir waterfalls. Our guide, Tracy a London girl was most helpful and funny. Always available with a quip or remark. It is so refreshing to find someone who is so happy with their job! Well done Round Town Travel for giving our family memories that will last forever.

Open late which is handy. Got tickets for my boat trip to Benidorm Rock. It was open ended ticket thankfully as the sea took a turn for the worse and I couldnt go that day so went a few days later on a much nicer day.

Had a very easy trip to Goudalest with Katie our host. Katie had lots of interesting
information and had time to answer all questions and queries.

Coast & Caves tour. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Bit of a whistle stop tour at the venues but all very interesting.

Booked an excursion to Valencia through our travel agent, our host was very friendly and a great laugh. We weren't rushed and had plenty of time for all the attractions. Will definitely be coming along next time!
