Preciosa.vistas increíbles, una cueva y minerales para descubrir. Apta para toda la familia si se está acostumbrado a caminar.

El aparcamiento es escaso aunque si no se encuentra se puede probar más adelante pues hay pequeñas zonas donde podríamos aparcar, siempre respetando la salida y entrada de viviendas. Esta ruta es la más larga hasta la Cima, hay que llevar agua y algunas piezas de fruta y/o frutos secos, harán falta para reponer fuerzas. Fácil no es pero cuando se llega a la Cima y contemplas las vistas ……. Habrá merecido la pena.

This is the best access to the South side of the Montgo (you can access the East end via the mountain road between Javea and Denia). Beautiful walk with great views of valleys and sea. The path is clearly marked. The first part is paved and easy then it's gravel and slightly bigger stones best with hiking boots. An interesting cave about 40 minutes up.
As usual in winter if the forecast is for sun, most times of day are fine (plan so you're not there in the dark!). In summer you will need to start early morning and take lots of water.
Parking is not usually a problem but I don't know about the summer season.
