Great location but.pick keys up a couple of streets away. One set of towels for the duration. Nowhere to dry them, hang over chairs or doors. No coat hooks or any hooks. Not allowed to put stuff to dry on balcony. We stayed in December 2018, no heating in room. One shower you had to climb into bath other shower, the spray did not spray downwards you had to hold shower head and use it that way. Location was the only positive point.

Not a good place to stay. The only thing what's good about the apartment is the location. The rooms are used and not very clean. We had an old couch in the room and it's surfaces is very worn and we had white flaks all over the floor. The shared bathroom is full of mold. It's could be a nice apartment and if the owner would invest some work and money in it. There is no reception and you have to wait outside till someone arrives with the key. Breakfast is a okay.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. I give it 3 stars only because of the location, because it was really convenient and very central. We could walk to the central market within 2 min. Hygiene was okay. Breakfast was very minimal. I would advise to bring some earplugs because it can get quite noisy depending on your neighbours. And our bed was really squeeky. Overall, I think you pay for the location mostly and the rest was mediocre

Good quality for this price. Spacious, quiet room and clean bathroom. Nice breakfast. The terrace was more of a patio. Friendly service.

Check in was easy. Rooms are nice. Location is perfect. Since my girlfriend booked the place I have no idea about the price, but safe to assume it's not too expensive.

80% of the times, you will have to stay too much time outside the building waiting for someone to came and open the door. Not as cool as seems in the photos. Rooms in a big house with shared bathroom. They need an upgrade and better housekeeping. It looks like this is a part of a bigger ilegal appartmets net.

Bellissimo B&B nel cuore di Valencia! Praticamente a 50 mt dal mercato centrale e a due passi dalle strade principali del centro città. Le camere sono molto carine, accoglienti e pulite. Servono la prima colazione in camera che si può consumare nel balcone della camera! Unico neo i bagni in comune ma assolutamente sempre molto puliti. Ottimo per la location, il prezzo è soprattutto per la simpatia e gentilezza dello staff!

The room is quite nice. It has a terrace outside, it is however very enclosed with walls, so no view at all. The air conditioning is centralized, but this is not too much of an issue. The overall cleanliness is very good, and the shared showers and toilets are hygienic.

Superb location for city explorers, nice room with good sound and light isolation.bit far from the beach however.shared bathrooms are not the best.

The toilet is shared. And the bedroom didn't have working bulbs, so i needed to have the blind open and it goes into a balcony that is shared with other room.the breakfast is really poor.
