Asked for highlights and they were done 2.5 cm away from my roots so they already looked outgrown, my hair was cut unevenly and was also refused acrylic nails because the quality of my nails was "too poor". Also very rude as she said my hair "felt like hay" even though she'd cut it a month earlier.
