Very unimpressed. Bought a water filter and cartridge (in Javea), but due to a manufacturing fault it leaked. I went to have it changed and waited an hour to be told that nobody in authority could help. Returned again only to be told that it was 'used' so they could not exchange or credit. No effort to help me out in any way. Just told to buy another new one. 70€ down the drain.
