El apto era aceptable por precio y ser agosto, limpieza bien pero la ubicación estando en pleno centro.no se puede dormir de jueves a domingo hasta las 03: 00h rodeado de pubs. Mucho griterío y meadas en cada esquina.en fin un asco.
Eso sí los anfitriones muy majos
Tienen terraza en la azotea pero las escaleras de acceso son dificiles de subir.

Mi habitacion estaba sucia y el baño olia muy mal. En la sabana encontre pelos de animales y soy alergico, tuve que salir corriendo de ahi. La casa de Herman Monster es un resort en comparacion con esto.

Genial, el apartamento limpio y muy acogedor, José Luis super atento, nos ofreció sillas y sombrilla para la playa, cualquier cosa q hemos necesitado hay estaba el.
Sin duda alguna repetiremos

Reserve a las 4 de la tarde para la misma noche por booking y llamé nada más reservar al propietario para asegurarme k la reserva estaba echa y le dije k llegaría a partir de las 10 de la noche al llegar allí no había nadie para entregarme la llave le llamo y dice k el no se encuentra en los apartamentos me vi tirada en Alicante con dos niños pequeños buscando otro hotel y no me kieren devolver el dinero de l a reserva

If you want one, i think you have to request it in the booking details. The location is as convenient as it gets; bars and cafes just downstairs.its about a 7 min walk to a grocery store and the beach is about a 10 min walk. The views from the room and the rooftop are Instagram worthy. I look forward to staying here again.

Great location for beach, bars restaurants. Host was superb, nothing was too much bother for him. Apartment has everything you need for your stay, only downside was no British channels on tv. Would highly recommend a stay here.
Hopefully be back in the future.

Modest apartment. Bed, shower and toilet. (tv and fridge too)
Quiet area on week but really noisy on Fridays&Saturdays. Pub and Disco right on same alley are open till 04 am. Bring your own earplugs.
Many good restaurants nearby though.

Gran ubicación, 5 min de la playa y con gran cantidad de bares en alrededores, en pleno corazón de Alicante. El estudio tiene todo lo que necesitas y muy limpio. El manager es atento y te da una agradable bienvenida. Repetiré.

Perfecto para fin de semana. Muy limpio, nuevo.en el centro es ideal para la noche de san Juan. Sin ruidos aunque parezca mentira.gracias a sus ventanas dobles de climalit.muy buena atencion del dueño. Gracias José Luis por tus ubicaciones de sitios y tu amabilidad. Volveremos sin duda.

Jose il proprietario è una persona fantastica sempre disponibile a ogni tua esigenza. Siamo al centro di Alicante per cui alla sera nei weekend siamo circondati da locali aperti fino alla mattina.
A me la movida è ok. Amo il chiasso e il divertimento.
Comunque Jose ti consegna i tappi per le orecchie per attutire i rumori.

The apartment is wonderful and has everything you need. It's really clean and the location is perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants. He host is by far the most friendly person you will ever meet, and always has a smile on his face. We always feel so welcome in Santa Barbara Guesthouse. It's a pitty that we can only give 5 stars, cause we would definitely give it 10 stars!

Hubo una fuga en la tubería del calentador de agua en mi apartamento que hizo que se inundara todo. Tras una noche de pesadilla, el propietario me ofreció otro alojamiento en el mismo edificio. Habiendo estado toda la noche con la ventana abierta temiendo una fuga de gas ni que decir tiene que no me quedaba allí. Él mismo dijo que la avería había sido reparada de forma "provisional", vamos chapuza en toda regla. Unas vacaciones estupendas y dinero perdido. Puse una reclamación y todavía estoy esperando una respuesta. TODO POR LA PASTA.

Lovely apartment Jose very helpful host could get a bit noisy at night although it was New year

Very much a city centre apartment. There's no balcony which was a bit disappointing, however you are bang in the middle of everything. Lots of good restaurants with menu del dia for around €10 for lunch.

Excelente ubicación. Inmejorable la atención recibida por parte del personal, muy limpio te sientes como si estuvieras en casa, estuvimos dos semanas y la verdad es que nos sorprendió la calidad del servicio que se ofrece, precio y calidad inmejorable. No se puede pedir más. Volveremos pronto!

Buen servicio, buena atención. Fui para hospedarme una noche por temas profesionales y ha sido justo lo que necesitaba. Ni más, ni menos.

El apartamento es muy acogedor, la cocina esta muy bien. José Luis fue muy amable y comprensivo por el retraso de nuestra llegada y el dia de salida nos acerco en su coche a la estación, el apartamento esta muy cerca de la playa.

I would give minus stars if I could.

If you are female do not stay here! The manager kept sending me messages on WhatsApp, at least 20, then when I blocked him he somehow found me on Instagram and continued to message me on that. It was highly inappropriate, I asked him to stop and it took me blocking him on my phone and all of my social media for him to stop.

I have since discovered that after I blocked him, he has taken a payment from my card without my authorisation! Highly illegal and absolutely theft! I have no idea what this payment was for as I had already paid for our stay upfront!

In reagrds to the apartments, dirty bathrooms, rock solid mattresses, generally a bit worn.

All this grief for a one night stay!

On conclusion, unless you want to be stalked and have illegal payments taken from your card without your authorisation DO NOT STAY HERE!

Por lo que observo, no he sido la única. Con bastante antelación cancelamos la reserva que teníamos, y aún así se nos cobró. Esto sucedió en ABRIL y estamos a JUNIO y aún no hemos recibido la devolución. Diría que son unos ESTAFADORES y que no devuelven el dinero a las personas que CANCELAMOS de FORMA GRATUITA dicho alojamiento. No recomendaría este alojamiento porque no devuelven el dinero y falta de seriedad. Sinvergüenzas.

Appartamenti accoglienti con tutto l'indispensabile per una vacanza, Host molto disponibile ad esaudire qualunque richiesta, palazzina collocata in pieno centro storico a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare, l'unico neo un pub che il venerdì e il sabato sera rompe al quanto le scatole.

Es una torre que en cada piso tiene una habitación. La terraza tiene muy buenas vistas. Está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Alicante, andando se puede llegar a todos lados La habitación es pequeña pero cómoda. El coche se puede dejar en el parking San Cristóbal.

Great place to stay in Alicante, Michael the host is lovely. Location is fabulous and the roof top terrace is unbelievable. If I was being picky only issues I would say is that the bed was too hard for us!

Por motivos personales cancelé una reserva realizada en estos apartamentos. Aun habiendo realizado la cancelación con 10 días de antelación, esta reserva FUE COBRADA. A día de hoy (ya ha pasado más de un mes) no he obtenido NINGUNA RESPUESTA por parte de los responsables del apartamento, por lo que sigo SIN COBRAR un importe que me fue retirado de la cuenta con antelación. No atienden las llamadas ni los emails.

Si no tenéis claro que podréis ir a este lugar, NO RESERVÉIS porque si no estaréis perdiendo el dinero.
