Select Villas have been working incredibly hard during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide buyers and vendors with the best online information possible in the absence of actual potential buyer inspections.
A new innovation is the 360 degrees tour which allows for an overall walk through a property and the ability to view any room and garden from all angles.
As a vendor I applaud this initiative which provides as close to a live viewing as possible. This allows buyers a more comprehensive view of a property in their property deliberation process.

Probably best selection of the quality, premium properties in Moraira and surrounding area. Had dealt with them a few years ago and found them to be in same mould as pretty much all other Agents down there. However, ventured into market again at beginning of this year and met Martin. Things a bit different in there now. Handled our enquiry and negotiations most professionally, swiftly and smoothly. Anyone who thinks buying a place abroad is a doddle, think again. You need a good agent to hold your hand!

If you think buying a property abroad is daunting, then I recommend Select Villas to make it so very easy. From the initial viewing to the actual purchase, I have never experienced anything easier. The staff are absolutely fantastic. We had dealings with Julie, Sarah and Karen who guided us every step of the way. We viewed a number of properties and the one we chose was signed, sealed and delivered within 12 weeks. The team had all the contacts to hand, and although I am not a fan of using a solicitor recommended by the agent, on this occasion it was the right thing to do. A particular thank you to Sarah and Karen for sorting out a slight hiccup which we encountered during the final stage. They certainly pulled out all the stops in ensuring everything went to plan. Brilliant team! Very professional and supportive in the way they handle your business. They go the extra mile to ensure your sale is handled smoothly, helping to resolve any problems that arise along the way.

I first started to view properties in Moraira with them, they constantly showed us properties that had nothing to do with our needs and most of them were out of our budget.
We got extremely upset with Select Villas and went to work with another agency, who showed us properties which matched our needs all over Moraira. However, they showed us one online that was with Select Villas and informed us that the company had it for sometime. This property seemed perfect it had everything we wanted in a property and was in our budget. We wanted to view it with our agency using Select Villas too as we felt that the trust in our agency was far superior. However, we were informed by Select Villas that they would not work with us due to that we had viewed properties with them before.
We were very upset.
Ultimately we bought the house with the other agency and explained the
situation to the owner of the property. I do not recommend anyone to use them as a potential buyer. We have since spoken to residents in the
area and we feel that the management company has a terrible reputation
within their ethics.
They treat their customers with the lowest form of respect and we have witnessed this ourselves.

We are really pleased with Select Villas, not just because they sold our villa but the way they went about it. We had three agents view the villa and Select were the ones that felt right. They were not pushy but gave us confidence right from the start. Not being in Spain we were totally reliant on them and they kept us fully informed of all the viewings together with any feedback. All the staff are really friendly and helpful and there was a number of different nationalities viewing so they obviously have a good distribution network. I would have no hesitation in recommending Select Villas. Thanks very much.

Five Star Estate Agency. Wonderful team, professional, considerate, friendly and approachable. Had our villa on the market from June 2017 until its sale in November 2018. I probably spoke to or had email contact from most of the team during the 18 months, but I would like to say a special thank you to Martin, great sense of humour, and Julia who finally got the property over the line.
