No asiste a las citas, el señor no tuvo tiempo de ver la cita ayer. Por la noche alquila la propiedad a otra persona sin avisar, se trata de alquilar y mucho menos si compras algo, qué sorpresas te encontrarás. Así que los belgas no tienen nada que ver con esto.

Sell ​​2 Go y Kingsley son muy recomendables. Todo según lo acordado, eficientemente y sin problemas.

Kinglsey even helped us install some equipment in the apartment before our arrival so that our stay would be perfect. Kingsley is very helpful and good to go with, he gets your questions answered.

As a comparison we did meet up with other brokers etc in Torrevieja but none of them have been as naturally good as Kingsley, without pushing for anything. He lets you take your decision which other brokers don't always do.

I reserved a rental property whilst in the UK without viewing it. Fortunately it was exactly as described. Initially the internet was not connected however after sending an email, it was connected within 24 hours.
I have received a good quality professional service. The communication is excellent.
I intend to buy in the future and would definitely look at Sell2go properties first.

For any ex-pat, Sell2Go is the ideal one-stop shop and web site for a vacation rental or home in Torrevieja. The owner Kingsley Shaw is a very professional and helpful agent with a lot of integrity.

Awful, toxic, and moldy apartment! There are smelly mattresses and sofas. Be very careful when you deal with Sell2Go real estate agency! We rented an apartment online for four months and when we saw it live we found it dirty and very poorly maintained

Because we chose the apartment online we had no other choice, so we stayed here and we rolled our sleeves up. We spent three days cleaning up!

Please see pictures of “smelly” mattresses and stuff in wardrobes. Not mentioned “sticky” kitchen cupboards, appliances and mold in both bedrooms. A very old and grimy bathroom.
An agent Kingsley Shaw, told us about the mold after we moved out! I wish to know that prior to renting it.

Disgusting!

A long story short, when we moved out we haven’t got our deposit in full. We have been charged for cleaning €70, but this service was not included in the contract. Also, we were informed to pay for utilities that we did not use.
When I contacted Kingsley Shaw he couldn't explain the €70 charge.

Don’t rent it in the winter. The place was very dark without the sunshine throughout the day.

I can't praise or thank Kingsley highly enough both as a letting & a selling agent.
Always polite & helpful, he has been a totally reliable support both with the lets & the sale. Highly recommended.
