Servigroup Calypso Hotel

Me encanta el hotel, simplemente siento que las habitaciones necesitan ser renovadas, pero no me impediría volver. Gracias de nuevo por una estancia encantadora con un personal encantador.

No puedo criticar este hotel de ninguna manera. Desde el check in hasta el check out, extremadamente agradable. Personal servicial y amable. Hotel impecablemente limpio, excelente servicio de habitaciones. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. La comida se repone periódicamente, estaba bien caliente y de buena calidad. Excelente ubicación. Altamente recomendado. Ya he reservado mi próxima estancia en enero.

Llevamos más de 30 años viniendo a este hotel. Siento que las habitaciones necesitan una mejora. Han tenido el mismo papel en las paredes de los dormitorios todos estos años.
Había un olor a rancio en los pasillos.
Un guardia de seguridad muy grosero se nos acercó de camino a nuestra habitación una noche y nos regañó por tener patatas fritas y nos dijo que solo podíamos comerlas afuera o en nuestra habitación. La única forma de llegar a la habitación era entrar al edificio, por lo que no estoy seguro de cuál fue su problema y su actitud fue ofensiva. Informé de esto a recepción y me dijeron que lo pasarían. La gerencia no se disculpó, aunque la recepcionista se disculpó.
La comida era buena pero no excelente como en años anteriores. Siempre había algo para comer y disfruté mucho de la ensalada y los embutidos.
El chico de la piscina fue bastante grosero un día cuando pedí jugo de naranja y me dio naranja fresca y no Fanta, argumentó que dije naranja y creo que esperaba que lo pagara, lo cual no hice.
Todavía regresaría al hotel Diezmos porque me encanta la zona de la piscina.

No nos podemos quejar de ningún modo. El hotel, la habitación, la comida, el personal. Todo fue ideal, definitivamente usaríamos el Hotel Calypso nuevamente. Una pequeña cosa que me sorprendió fue el hecho de que en mi bono de alojamiento de Love Holidays decía que íbamos a alojarnos en una habitación doble, pero creo que la habitación que nos dieron era una habitación doble, aparte de eso, tuvimos una habitación perfecta.día festivo.

El hecho de que vengamos al Calypso cada Navidad y un par de semanas durante el año demuestra cómo calificamos este hotel.

Siendo una persona ciega de 75 años, el hotel Calypso Benidorm es un crédito para la hostelería. Agradezco a todo el personal por la forma educada y respetuosa en que me trataron. Bien hecho hotel Calypso y muchas gracias

Ha sido una estancia de 10, sobre todo el tema de las comidas, ya que íbamos con mi madre que es celiaca. Rosario, Merce y Alfonso estuvieron pendiente en todo momento con lo que podía comer, preparando exclusivamente comidas para ella, aparte de lo agradables y cariñosos. Os recomiendo a las personas que tengan problemas de celiaquia que este hotel es recomendable al 100% lo que te da una tranquilidad en tus vacaciones. Volveremos, un saludo.

Thought the rooms looked a bit tired simple thing like odd tiles on floor or wall needed replacing. If you stayed on a low floor which we prefer difficult getting a lift at peak times. They tended go straight to the highest floor first.

My favourite hotel in the whole of Benidorm. Absolutely fantastic quality service, food, rooms. The best location too.

Hotel was spotless and the food was absolutely OUTSTANDING as was the customer service from the maids to Marchè (can't remember how to spell her name) in the restaurant.

Mattresses could be a bit more comfortable but that's possibly me being over critical. Still had a decent night's sleep every night.

Would come back in a heartbeat. In fact we're already looking to come back early 2023 if possible.

Everything was very good as usual, got our room and floor we requested, very friendly staff hadn't been since 2018 so really enjoyed out 10 days.

Just home after an excellent first stay at this hotel. Absolutely no doubt we will be back. Great food, lovely staff, very clean. Thank you for a fab stay

Lovely hotel. Very welcoming staff. Great location. Food tasty and always hot. Couple of small niggles but nothing worth complaining about. Room was quite small, our door was really stiff and had to be slammed shut, the shower leaked onto bathroom floor. None of this would stop me from coming back. We travel every year to benidorm and normally go to more expensive 4 star hotels but went here this year and found the service, location and cleanliness really good. Pool area great as well, always beds available. Room decor a bit dated but all in all a lovely hotel that we will definitely return to.

Great week we had here, hotel lovely and clean, rooms cleaned daily, food fantastic loads of choices always plenty of sun beds round pool great position for beach and local bars will be back.

I would like to suggest that there are tea and coffee facilities at our dinner we don't mind paying for it we love a wee cup of tea at dinner time

I was very pleased with the hotel, room was spotless and the food choice and quality was amazing. My 3rd ever visit and will definitely not be my last. The position of it was also a bonus.

I would suggest that information cards on what allergens are in the food served at the buffet. I have a gluten intolerance and the staff were fantastic in offering me alternatives from the intolerance menu however I may have been able to eat from the buffet if there was information on what allergens were in the food served. Can't thank the staff enough.

All staff very pleasant and helpful second to none I book every year and the room 416 was very small request move and was allocated another 401 lovely and spacious although I do like a front street view this was not possible on this occasion. Hotel very clean and food very good always something to eat even if you fussy all staff work very hard to accommodate visitors need. I shall be booking again and recommend hotel to all. Exceptional.

Please put kettles in the room, and use proper larger glasses for beer served in the bar at the front. All of the lager is served in bitter glasses so it goes flat. We have been before and this was the case so we never used the front bar at all on our stay this time which is sad because we enjoy the entertainment

The hotel and food is good and staff are friendly the only let down is the music at the pool very outdated and old fashioned songs, the last time I visited the big screen played mtv hits, this time music was through the speakers and the screen was on mute, I had a 17 year old with me who was bored of the music as was I, asked if we could get better music on and was told it’s random songs played throughout the hotel

Excellent hotel, staff friendly hotel spotless and food was excellent keycard usage for lifts, pool access and rooms keep you very secure would highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed in the Calypso several times, each time requested a room at the front of the hotel and only once have I got it, so maybe requests are not being recognised, other than that I really enjoy my Servie Group experience, looking forward to next year already

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Calypso, the only thing I marked down to a 4 was the room as I found the bathroom a bit cramped but immaculate all the same.
I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed there in March were there when the shutdown started. They were brilliant and we were all well looked after. Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were excellent hope they are all safe

Stopped here late morning early afternoon a couple of times at the outside bar to enjoy the sun. Good prices and service.

VERY NICE CLEAN HOTEL, FOOD REALLY NICE AND PLENTY OF CHOICE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO COUPLES OVER 50 ESPECIALLY OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD. GREAT LOCATION, 2MIN WALK TO BEACH AND SECONDS TO GOOD ENTERTAINMENT PUBS.

Just spent a week in the Calypso over New Year. First time in this hotel but from now on definitely my hotel of choice in Benidorm. Food is very good, staff are friendly and well trained, the hotel is clean and welcoming, can't fault it. Brilliant position for the local show bars too, straight across the road from Morgan's. We loved this hotel and will be back for definite.

Been to this hotel loads times can not fault it food is great rooms r comfy. They have entertainment but it’s ballroom but just over road there r loads of tributes also love the little bar outside hotel. Don’t take notice of negatives keep up the good work. Brilliant

Un hotel para repetir. Buena comida, buena animación, buenas instalaciones. Si duda uno de los mejores hoteles calidad precio. Me sorprendió el servicio de mantenimiento. Disponible siempre que se le necesita. Enhorabuena!

Excellent food comfortable beds and rooms poor use of entertainment areas no decent entertainment

Only good thing about this hotel was the shows by Shaun and his daughter charlotte and the staff at the pavement bar Shaun was a great entertainer and was a great asset to the place.the front desk staff were not at all helpful. Do not go there if you are disabled they are the most unfriendly disabled hotel i have ever stayed in. Thanks Shaun for making our holiday enjoyable.

All I can say the hotel room, the food and the hotel itself is perfect. Very clean and service is very good, no complaints.

Love to come to this hotel, once again not dissapoited comfy beds which is a must for me, clean&spacious rooms got the floor we requested. Food is well presented & something for every taste. Entertainment is good on terrace bar with all round friendly staff,

The prices in the Terrazzo cafe out side are different on the menu than on the till. Expect a surprise when you pay. 1.1 euro extra for a milk shake.wow. 3.3 instead of 2.2.

Lovely hotel stayed there twice now, the food is excellent massive choice and friendly atmosphere, it's worth a look

This is the sixth time I have stayed here. Great location, good food, good rooms, could not ask for better.

Just got back from here yesterday although we had a really nice week and the bar staff and entertainment staff were a good bunch we couldn’t say as much for the receptionists he was grumpy and rude when we reported our room keys wasn’t working and was accused of scratching them even though we had only been there a matter of hours! Hotel is very clean, good location, food is good for 3 star and lots for all but we will not be returning.

Hotel bem situado, comida excelente e com reposição constante, pessoal bastante simpático e profissional em todas as áreas, quartos de área razoável, limpos e com limpeza diária. Resumindo podemos dizer que a cadeia Servigroup nunca nos decepciona.

Great hotel to stayed at. Food is excellent and staff are friendly. Room is good, as is the pool area. Always a sunbed available what ever the time.
The only downside to this hotel is the entertainment. It's none existing so not great for kids to keep them entertained with mini disco etc. However if you want a quiet place to stay and relax this is ideal.

Stayed for 7 wonderful days end of June 2019. Best holiday hotel I've ever stayed in. Top class service, modern and exceptionally clean. The food is absolutely marvellous and many of the other guests I spoke to have been coming back for 3,10 and 20 years! The food is better than most restaurants and is of top-class chef level. It includes English, International and Spanish dishes and you get a choice of about 20 different meat and fish dishes for every lunch or dinner, PLUS several healthy, tasty vegetable/rice dishes and several potato dishes, like rosti, boiled, steak fries or chips. It's worth going just for the fabulous food! Very friendly atmosphere, super entertaining and efficient waiters in bars and very professional and efficient service in the restaurant. I went alone and soon got chatting with other nice, English guests. Singers in bar every night. Lovely pool area - hot weather - very quiet inside hotel and mostly older guests. Excellent security system, too. I will be going back. Special thanks to Melche, Rosa, Catia, in restaurant, Elaine on Reception, Karim, Ramiro, Lawrence, Jose and Ivan in the bars. Muy buena atención de recepción. Habitación limpia y completa. El buffet muy variado y la comida estaba buena. Cerca de la playa.
En general es un hotel agradable para pasar unas vacaciones.

Just home from calypso hotel benidorm, fabulous hotel, great food, rooms lovely and kept very clean. Staff really helpful and friendly nothing a bother to them.central for entertainment.would recommend this hotel to anyone going to benidorm on holiday.

Great Hotel, stayed many times. Food is, always excellent. Pool area has loads of beds and never a struggle to get one.
Comfy beds and large balcony. Everywhere in hotel spotless and staff are brilliant.

I have been to benidorm many many times and stayed in a lot of different hotels but the calypso is by far the best, its modern very clean fab staff great food and a pool area that is great for relaxing, it also has a front terrace bar with nightly entertainment, I would highly recommend this hotel for a great holiday stay

Just had a week stay it's the third time we've been rooms were clean and the staff very helpful food could not fault it and the new outside area at night was great beer prices for a hotel was good would definitely go back again

Stayed for 5 nights. Brilliant hotel. Staff very efficient and kind inc chamber maids, bedrooms kept spotless. Food excellent, put 7 lbs on. Well run for such large hotel. Would highly recommend it. Also very well situated in Benidorm itself.

Es un hotel aparentemente bonito, el servicio muy deficiente al menos para el público español, yo si voy, es por ver a Pepe Hernandez, que es el que sabe entretener con su música.

Great hotel we love it, food is great, bar is great, location is great, it's a buffet type of restraint you help yourself to anything you want.

I enjoyed everything in this hotel, from the brilliant staff to the lovely food. It made my Christmas and New Year really memorable and I will definitely be coming back.

Had another fantastic stay at the Servigroup Calypso, the hotel staff are so pleasant and can't do enough for you, the food is spot on and every thing you want, the location is near enough to the beach and transport to other resorts if wanted, all in all FAB
