SHA Wellness Clinic

No puedo expresar lo excepcional que ha sido mi tiempo en SHA. Sin duda una de las experiencias más transformadoras de mi vida adulta. La ubicación y el centro son indescriptibles, los tratamientos son de última generación, es la primera vez que hago yoga y no me siento como un bebé elefante (Ileana, eres una maga) y TODO el personal fue absolutamente encantador. 10 de los 10.

Excelente estadía, equipo de habitaciones de primer nivel, dirigido por Agathe, Chloé, Zoé y su equipo. ¡Bravo por el servicio, la calidad de la comida y toda la infraestructura del SHA! ¡Una dirección que hay que ver!

Un sitio muy especial dentro del corazón de la Costa Blanca. Perfecto para desconectar y recargar pilas. Después de unos días en SHA me siento mucho mejor física y mentalmente. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Los servicios fueron impecables y la atención del personal, tanto de la Boutique como de la Recepción, fue impecable.

Quede muy satisfecho con el trato del personal, entregado a la tarea de hacerle la vida cómoda al huésped. Nada que objetar en este ámbito, al contrario, my satisfacción fue plena. Recomiendo asesorarse y elegir tratamientos que le convengan a uno. Hay una gran variedad, pero a mi me convenció del todo y lo aconsejo, la limpieza de colon y sus terapeutas, que consiguen descontracturar, eliminar el estrés y relajar el cuerpo hasta sentirte nuevo. Muy recomendables los masajes, realizados con profesionalidad y esmero.
Las instalaciones excelentes y las vistas únicas. Un lugar para volver siempre que pueda.

El Paraíso en la tierra, entre las terapias naturales (wellness) y las consultas medicas te llevan a estar en un estado optimo, y cuando vas al restaurante te encuentras un servicio y platos dignos de restaurante de estrella michelin"

Fantástica experiencia la de Sha Wellness Clinic estábamos en el Festival de Cine de l'Alfàs del Pi y fue un break estupendo. La comida, los espacios, las vistas y sin lugar a dudas la parte termal increíble. Ojalá volver pronto y con más tiempo que nos supo a poco. El trato es exquisito y siempre con una enorme sonrisa. Salud pura.

Pasé un tiempo inolvidable aquí. El personal es maravilloso y experimentado, las habitaciones muy acogedoras. Instalaciones fantásticas y gran nivel de tratamientos, la comida es una auténtica obra de arte. Es un verdadero descanso para el cuerpo y la mente, 100% recomendable para quienes necesitan desconectar y hacer un reset físico y mental. Dejarás SHA siendo una persona nueva…

Just came back from a fantastic week at SHA. The staff and services received are absolutely amazing. This helped me to relax and disconnect fully from my pretty busy life and step back on what I wanted and needed. A huge thank you to the staff for their kindness, professionalism and warm welcome. And a fantastic well-done to the Chef whose cuisine has been the highlight of my stay, absolutely delicious. Michelin star equivalent for sure.

Being at Sha has been a great experience. The gastronomic service really surprised me, it was simply AMAZING. I had my own diet plan, personalized and created by the head chef Andrés Morán. My intensive 7 days program combining wellness and clinic treatments it gave such a great energy and stength. Total Detox! I can't be more pleased and happy with my change in life. Can't wait to be back and enjoy all the wonderful services including my aesthetic dental treatment: D

Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Je suis heureuse de ne pas mettre fiée aux commentaires négatifs. Mon mari et moi y retournerons c’est sûr. Merci aux personnels qui est toujours souriant et aux petits soins. La cuisine est délicieuse.

Établissement a fuir on vous annonce un prix pour 1semaine tout est fait pour vous rajouter des soins hors de prix en plus donc la semaine vous coûte le double de ce qu on vous a annoncé

Il posto è molto bello e lussuoso. Purtroppo, dopo una settimana di trattamento, ho deciso di andarmene via perché oltre a +14.000€ pagati per una settimana di cura, aggiungono degli extra.
Il problema è che è tutto extra o supplement.

Sono consapevole che sono posti di lusso riservati ad una clientela che ha certe possibilità, pero' è una presa in giro. Sconsigliatissimo.

He estado del 17 a 22 de mayo. Es mi tercera estancia en los últimos 3 años, y solo puedo decir que es una experiencia única. Son muy profesionales y muy majos! En el gimnasio quería destacar a Borja, Iker, Ismael y el chico que es Ingles, son entrenadores con los que he entrenado y son top!
En el departamento de los tratamientos:
Gala es la mejor en el tratamiento de limpieza de Colón, Alexey y Maksim en la sección de masajes, y de los tratamientos de cara hice varios con las chicas que lamentablemente no me acuerdo el nombre, pero eran muy top también!
El restaurante shamadi… inmejorable, tanto la atención como la comida, a pesar de que es prácticamente vegano todo, están muy bien conseguidos los platos. Volveremos 100%

Make sure you join some of the complimentary group activities, helps interaction and also are interesting breaks

Maybe don’t pack your agenda too much to have time to also unwind on your own and also to visit the spa and other areas

Few technical glitches stopped me from giving 5 * and will address those directly

Nice clinic, doctors, specialists, helpful receptionists (especially Lusia) and energizing fitness instructors (especially Oxana). Thank you all!

Parents have stayed here a few times and swear by it. Their reservations process can be a bit slow.

Rooms not nice food huge let down customer relations manager said i needed to talk to a therapist because i didnt like it or feel comfortable on the other hand the rest of the staff were very friendly and kind all in all an awful stay i was meant to stay for two weeks left after one day as i felt uncomfortable and self conscious. Please do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else

Don’t go there. Totally over priced, staff don’t care about your wellbeing, just trying to get more money from selling other services/treatments. Furthermore staff is not prepared. Positive notes are the quality of the food and the location. That’s it. Won’t go back and suggest you to stay away from this place.

This place is pricey, that is for sure, but it is worth every single penny.

The staff is kind, attentive and highly knowledgeable and professional.

The food is succulent, making you realise that vegan food can be healthy and very tasty.

The facilities are stunning, with breathtaking views and a soothing and peaceful vibe to it.

If you can afford it, book it. It is truly special.

Buen servicio, instalaciones fabulosas, impresionante sala de lectura. En un entorno natural espectacular en El Albir.

A great experience, very relaxing and amazing atmosphere. I was there for 5 days, by the end of it I was slimmer and glowing.

The staff were very polite and friendly and no request was to much for them. The food is amazing, I was worried I would hungry the whole time but it was quite to opposite. And I still lost weight!

The only thing that stopped me from opting for 5star was that on my day or arrival there was nothing planned, which I suppose gave me time to relax and explore the spa, however I didn’t see my agenda planner until 13: 00 on the second day, by this time all the treatments I wanted to do were booked up and I was put on a waiting list. I knew what I wanted to do on arrival but I was told to wait to see the agenda planner. This also meant my first 2 days were relatively empty and the last 2 were jam packed.

I think there should be an option to request treatments before arrival so therefor the agenda planners don’t have to cram everything into 48 hours.

Assides from that everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend!

The atmosphere and area was absolutely astonishing. The architecture was a piece of art and it was quite a chill area. During the day it was a little loud, probably because of them expanding and building. The area was around a 20 min walk from Alibir. There are a ton of Norwegians in the area Service was alright butt the language barrier made some difficulties

This is the pretend hotel and spa where Martin and Kate met Martin's mother in the ITV show 'Benidorm'! Finally found it. Looks beautiful though I must say.

This place is the suburb maximum of luxury I have seen. It starts with the aroma of the lobby that initiates the magic of your stay. Words won't do justice experience it to feel. Staff is polite, professional and attentive and speak a good level of English.

Hotel para descansar y recargar las pilas. Es un hotel solo adultos, con lo cual el descanso está asegurado. Increible el Spa y las habitaciones (con Jacuzzi si lo deseas)
Le falta una opción de comida no Macrobiotica para los que no necesitan perder peso ;-)
