Es mi segunda reserva con esta compania, y destaco el estado del cuidado de los vehiculos. En esta ocasion ,tanto a la llegada como en el dia de la entrega , me ha atendido Nicolas en la terminal de Alicante, muy correctamente en ambas ocasiones y muy explicativo en todo, como tambien muy organizada la comunicacion con el Staff.

SIXT alquiler de coches aeropuerto de Alicante (11/2023) Agente súper amable, sonriente, acogedor y buenos consejos, porque tuvimos problemas para llegar esa misma noche para otro alquiler con otro competidor. Este señor nos ofreció el vehículo que queríamos y rápidamente porque era muy tarde por la noche. Otras agencias fueron cerradas excepto ellas. Recomiendo ampliamente SIXT Aeropuerto de Alicante (España).

Este lugar no es real, incluso después de todas las quejas sobre sus estafas de scratch y las quejas, lo hacen una y otra vez. Nos cobraron 1200 por dos rasguños de menos de 10 cm que encontraron debajo de la parrilla en el frente. ¿Puedes ver el patrón f.n aquí? ¿Cuántos de nosotros hemos pagado por los mismos rasguños?
Creo que es hora de involucrar a la polis y emprender acciones legales en estos asuntos.
También pagamos un seguro superior, a mi modo de ver, debería haber podido caminar sin costo adicional incluso si hubiera chocado todo el Audie.

El agente de alquiler fue amable y agradable. Se tomó el tiempo para responder las preguntas adicionales que teníamos sobre el tamaño del automóvil (comodidad de los pasajeros, equipaje, etc.). Al final, propuso una opción mejor que la 'aplicación de reserva de chatbot DIY' para nuestro viaje.

He alquilado dos veces en SIXT en el aeropuerto de Alicante. El servicio es de primera clase.

En lo que respecta al alquiler de coches, es simplemente la mejor experiencia que hemos tenido.

Agentes muy amables, profesionales y agradables. Lidia me recogió y fue súper rápido. Muy educado y paciente conmigo. ¡Nada como esos agentes rápidos e insistentes que no puedes entender una palabra! Déjame elegir el color de mi auto:)
La entrega fue sin complicaciones y un agente muy educado me indicó dónde estacionar y obtuvo la llave.
Definitivamente regresaré por ese servicio.

Por un retraso justificado en el avión ya aterrizados por menos de 15 minutos nos cobraron tarifa nocturna por recogida más allá del horario estipulado. Nos indicó que aunque lo reclamásemos no se iba a poder hacer nada. A pesar de la justificación de hacer estado parados ya aterrizados más de media hora en el avión, no entró en razón. Al final, te toca pagarlo porque lo necesitas. Y no suficiente con esto, fue dejar el coche en otro punto de Sixt, en este caso, Sixt paterna, polígono fuerte del jarro, y nos quisieron estafar, reclamando unos daños que ya estaban hechos en el coche. MENOS MAL, QUE CADA VEZ QUE COGEMOS COCHES DE ALQUILER, ANTES DE COGER EL COCHE HACEMOS FOTOS Y VIDEOS EN EL PROPIO AEROPUERTO, PORQUE ES PARA FLIPAR LO QUE INTENTAN ESTAFAR, LO QUE PUEDAN SACAR LO SACARÁN!

Reservas un vehículo de lujo online pero luego recibes una llamada telefónica de la empresa indicándote que canceles la reserva y que en su lugar reserves un vehículo económico que será mejorado en la recepción (probablemente los empleados reciban algún tipo de bonificación por ello). Sin embargo, cuando llegas, el vehículo mejorado es mucho más caro de lo que era inicialmente. Si esto no es trampa, no sé qué es.

Buen servicio, pero toma fotos cuando tomes posesión del auto. Ya había daños en el coche, que Sixt informó al devolver el vehículo pero no al entregar las llaves. Como habíamos tomado fotos no pidieron nada de lo contrario estaban dispuestos a denunciarlo y lo hubiéramos pagado caro.

Cuando nos registramos en el aeropuerto, a primera vista encontramos a un hombre muy amable que quería ayudarnos más. Durante la conversación, sin embargo, resultó que solo quería vendernos un automóvil más caro (un Audi Q5 en lugar del VW Troc ordenado) + todos los seguros opcionales. Esto al darnos además información incorrecta sobre los riesgos que correríamos. Algo que nos ha dado una sensación muy desagradable durante todo el trayecto mientras usamos el coche. Los otros empleados con los que hablamos, una dama en la entrega y la dama en la entrega, fueron muy amables. Pero lamentablemente nunca más Sixt para nosotros.

DO NOT USE. ANOTHER SCAM! We recently hired a vehicle from Sixt at Alicante airport. The vehicle had some minor marks to the bumper and wheel when we collected the car. The attendant was advised and verbally acknowledged this although we requested that they physically inspected the car they declined. We then returned the car 4 days later and requested another inspection which the next attendant also declined. Three days later we had an email saying we had damaged the alloy wheel which we hadn't. They have since failed to reply to emails. DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS FIRM

Entregué el coche con el depósito lleno, con factura de combustible incluida y me cobraron 40€ por concepto de llenado. Una verdadera estafa, había confiado en ésta compañía para mis alquileres y me siento engañado.

La verdad que en la recogida del vehículo, en la oficina del aeropuerto de Granada los datáfono no funcionan con contactless y si no tienes tarjeta física no puedes pagar la fianza. PARECE MENTIRA que una empresa de alquiler no esté actualizada en ese sentido. La entrega perfecta.

Everything was perfect, quick service and smooth operations as well as for picking up the car as for returning it

Worst experience ever. 30’ minutes waiting whilst there was only one customer ahead of us. Thé IT system was problematic and of course it’s not the agent’s fault. Then, when we finally got the paper set up and went to collect the car, they couldn’t find the key…. Really, go somewhere else. All together, more than 1: 30h to get the car. This is obviously the worst car rental experience I have experienced

Paid fine on time (same day) using their own service called easyfine.and now they said its not paid and new ticket is coming from "authorities". A few days gone by for sending mails to spain, and to Finnish sixt to solve this case.

Always a good, quick and efficient service at Alicante airport from Sixt. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I lok forward to using them again next year when i return to Alicante.

Excellent service. Came 2-3 in the morning on several occations - with or without reservation. Always great service from this same guy - even on the morning on his birthday. Fantastic.

The cost of the upgrade was clear enough as a per day rate stated but the additional insurance to protect against the 1100 euro excess was not. I was quoted approximately 40 Euros but this turned into 300 euros on the final bill. Absolutely outrageous price. Never again. Sixt personnel should make it absolutely clear when a charge is per day.

Rented a car through doyouspain, on the arrival Yasmine told me that they card machine doesn't work and she can't rent a car for me, imagine getting stuck at the airport without a car. All I've got was "i dont know" terrible experience

La experiencia ha sido bastante insatisfactoria. Reservé un coche garantizado y cuando llegue a recogerlo no tenía dicho coche. Un coche de una 60.000€ en el mercado para hacer un viaje Largo y me dijeron que las tres alternativas que me daban en el anuncio no las había, que me ofrecían uno de gamas mas baja al mismo precio. Tuve que pagar un upgrade por un Audi A5 Descapotable que era bastante incomodo para el viaje que quería realizar.

Alquilé un coche por trabajo y la experiencia fue excepcional. Me prepararon un coche de gama alta y la atención del chico de la oficina fue la mejor. Muy contento.

Be careful when returning the car. The SIXT staff @Alicante Airport is not professional regarding checking the car properly and might give you a surprice damage claim afterwards.

Siempre que he trabajo con ellos muy bien, esta vez un desastre, el GPS no funcionaba, me perdí, y perdí mucho tiempo, aunque me quitaron los km demás, y 30e por el servicio de repostar, un disparate, y cosa de la que se me informó al devolver el vehículo, y el teléfono de incidencias sólo hablaba en Mallorquín, todo mal vamos, salvo las señoritas de atención en la caseta que fueron muy amables.

Belle location mais tout se fait pas CB obligatoirement, l'agence était facile a trouver, mais de suite quand on prend l'assurance multirisquse le prix de la location double.

Driven crazy by the smug check in guy.
Flight was 2hrs late, so i was informed the vehicle I had paid up front for was now unavailable so I had no choice but to accept a VW t-roc S. U. V.or upgrade to an 8series for an extra €1,800
Just wanting to get on I took the car.
Within the 6 minute drive to the hotel i had noticed a warning light, check oil, tyre pressure. On checking in I asked the receptionist if he could call sixt and explain The problems and would it be ok to come and swap the vehicle? He was embarrassed to tell me that it was most probably due to the way I was driving the vehicle and I should go to a garage and make it good again.
That was my last rental with sixt.

Alquilé una furgoneta, me dijeron que la fianza la devolvían en 2 o 3 días tras terminar el servicio y es MENTIRA. Han pasado 10 días y todavía no me han devuelto la retención que me hicieron de 200€.

We had a car hire through Centauro, I tried to extend for 2 days over the phone, I was told I needed to return to the airport and make a new booking, when I got there, I saw a queue of approx 150 waiting there!
I walked across to Sixt where I met Diego, who was very helpful, although the price was more than I paid with Centauro, I will definitely use Sixt again, from getting to the desk at the airport to driving out of the car park took about 15 minutes. NOW THAT IS THE SERVICE PEOPLE WANT!

We had a bad experience the evening we arrived with GoldCar which led to us cancelling the entire agreement. We were desperately looking for another hire car (at this point 1.30am) and Jose Luis could not have been more helpful. He assisted us with local knowledge, very good price (half of what we were paying at GoldCar) and a clear explanation of all fees and charges. We won’t be looking elsewhere. Jose Luis and Sixt have gained a customer for life!
