El personal estaba muy bien informado, era amable y ofrecía buenos consejos. Fue fácil conseguir los formularios y recibimos un fantástico coche para viajar por el sur de España. ¡Gran experiencia!

Absolutamente sencillo y cómodo para disponer y disfrutar de un vehículo de calidad a un precio asequible. En las instalaciones de SIXT en el puerto de Alicante, la atención fue excelente y en pocos minutos se hizo el trámite.

Recogida del coche muy rápida. Ven aquí si necesitas fácilmente un coche. Posibilidad de regreso al aeropuerto de Alicante.

It was my first time renting a car so I decided to go with a well-known brand with reputation like Sixt. And they did not prove me wrong - the booking process was fast and easy, the staff very friendly both during check-in and check-out. Everything was expalined and the car was very new and in excellent condition which contributed to my driving experience. I was really carefull with the car because I read many scary reviews about rental companies and not returned deposits.but everything was really smooth, since the car was not damaged and the tank was full, I got the deposit back the next day. Really great experience, now Sixt has one more loyal customer

Entro en la web, y alquilo el coche de precio me parecía muy bien, lo reservo y todo muy bien, pero en la web no informan que hay que dejar una fianza, te lo informan cuando estás recogiendo el coche, que eso noe pareció bien.por el resto muy bien la señora o señorita muy amable.

We will certainly use them on our next visit.

The service at Melia was very kind and professional. It didn't take much time to fill in the form. We received a nice car right at the door. Everything was explained clearly and in detail. I got answers to all my questions, and I was informed about everything that was important.
It was also very easy to deliver the car at the airport. Road signs show the way very precisely. Polite service took the keys and checked the car quite quickly, so we didn't spend much time there either.
I will definitely use your service again!

Beware of the prices that you were quoted on the phone. Ask how much it will be for insurance. Ask if you’re getting special rates that will be changed if you bring the car back early. Hidden costs they love them. Never again will I be a Sixt customer.

se vogliamo parlare di cortesia, devo dire che gli operatori sono stati abbastanza cortesi e disponibili,
se vogliamo parlare di prezzi, beh, devo dire che per un solo giorno prendere € 117,15 è decisamente caro.
Io sono di Nola, nella provincia napoletana e mi servo spesso di auto a noleggio spendendo dai 35 ai 50 euro,
a seconda del tipo di auto.
Il pieno alla consegna dell’auto deve essere sempre “al tappo” così come mi viene consegnata.
La cauzione, mi trovo sui 300,00 euro che, però, mi vengono restituiti nel giro di due/tre giorni, essendo un conducente molto accorto e rispettoso del codice della strada.
Per ora dal lunedì 1 novembre, giorno del noleggio, ad oggi non ho visto nessun importo (€ 300,00) in restituzione.
Rimango in attesa di un vostro cortese riscontro.

Die Sixt-Agentur ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Preis ist jedoch sehr hoch und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ein solch hoher Preis gerechtfertig ist. Ich habe in Spanien definitiv schon weniger bezahlt als hier.

Everything went well. Kindly, helpfull staff. I got almost a new car, and I got the deposit back quickly (2 days).

The car I got was not full with gas but one bar less than full. Unfortunately I only noticed that after I drove 500 meters away from the pick up place. Returning the car was a challenge as the lady did not explain properly how to do that late evening. As the result I spent 30 minutes, first looking for a place in an incredibly full underground parking and then looking for a person to whom I can give a key. The car I ordered was not available and I got "a similar class" with worse navigation. Hotel Melina staff at the reception cannot help with any question related to Sixt, so when I asked how to find key return box or a person they just answered that Sixt is now theirs and they cannot help and don't know.

UPD 20.08.21:
Unfortunately have to change my rate to 0. After about 10 days my rent was finished, I got a damage claim from Sixt as they accused me for damaging a car. The damage I did not do. The car I got was full of scratches (9 damages listed in the agreement). Once picking up the car, I took photos of the car exterior and provided a photo with the damage as a proof, the damage is clearly visible on the photo and was already there once I received the car. Sixt acknowledged the photo but still would like me to pay for the damage as it was my responsibility to carefully check the car full of scratches, registered or not. I had a damage loss waiver purchased, but Sixt claims and customer service simply not replying to my questions why they are not taking this into consideration.
The case is went to European Car Rental Conciliation Service now for review.

I can only advise to stay away from Sixt, unless you have 3rd party insurance or ready to spend countless hours filling forms and replying back in forth with sixt and authorities. Or then pay extra hundreds EUR for some damages which you didn't do.check trustpilot reviews where Sixt got 1 out 5 also, before considering to rent here.

Reserve un coche de alquiler para 2 dias en la estación Sixt Puerta del mar, alicante. La persona que me atendió era muy amable y hizo lo mejor para dar un servicio optimo, Por lo tanto el servicio pre-alquiler es de 5/5
Después de haber devuelto el coche en perfectas condiciones, sin embargo empezaron los problemas. Tardaron 6 dias en mandarme la factura que la primera estaba erina echo a mi nombre en vez de mi empresa aunque lo habíamos claramente dicho desde el principio. Pero lo pero es que me cargaron el importe relacionado en mi cuenta de crédito pero no me devolvieron mi fianza/garantía de 300. -€. A la tarjeta. Todavía sigo luchando para que me la devuelven. Me parece un autentico fraude lo que estan haciendo y les denunciaré en consumidores si no me devolverán la fianza hasta mañana.
Nunca jamas volvere alquilar un coche con Sixt!

Desde luego yo no vuelvo a utilizar esta compañía más, en primer lugar reservo un Audi A4 en Madrid para devolver en Alicante el mismo día. El lugar de recogida es Madrid estación de Atocha y el lugar de devolución es Alicante estación. Nada que ver la descripción, Atocha estación no es tal la dirección de recogida esta bastante lejos de Atocha estación donde están todas las demás empresas de alquiler, y lo mismo pasa en Alicante, donde estaba cerrada la oficina de devolución y tuve que desplazarme a una en el puerto.
Cargan en mi tarjeta de crédito un depósito de 500 euros que dicen me devuelven en cuanto entregue el coche, pero no es así, ahora me driven que la devolución tarda entre 5 y 7 días….

ESTAFA, INCOMPETENCIA Y MALA FE. Cuidado con Sixt Hotel Meliá Alicante y con Sixt en general. Intentan cobrar unos daños no producidos al vehículo. Su servicio de atención al cliente es inexistente e incompetente. Su teléfono no funciona aún habiëndose normalizado la situación. Actuan de mala fe. Son unos claros estafadores.

Everything was fine except the lady who took back the car when we returned it. She seemed annoyed by her job in general and was not exactly nice when I asked for the invoice (although there was nobody else waiting and it is actually my right to receive the invoice for the service I paid for). Fortunately, the other lady (the same for booking and then giving us the car) was very very nice and helpful!:) The friendly lady is called Cintia.
