ES UNA ESTAFA NO VAYAN ALI ME ROBARON MI DEPOSITO DE 50EUROS, Q ASCO DE HABITACIONES, 40 GRADOS DE TEMPERATURA Y NI UN VENTILADOR, HABITACIONES COCHINAS Y ASQUEROSO TODO LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE MI VIDA Y DE PASO ME ROBARON ESTAFADORES.

Nos hicieron pagar 50€ más por no poder llegar a hacer el check in antes de las 20:00, a pesar de que les explicamos que veníamos del aeropuerto y que no pudimos llegar antes de las 21:00, algo que no he visto en ningún tipo de alojamiento en mi vida. Además, cobran 50€ de fianza que tardan en devolver. Teniendo en cuenta todo esto, es carísimo para lo que es. Además, en la casa se oye absolutamente todo así que es difícil dormir.

Son unos estafadores te aseguran que te van a devolver la fianza y no lo hacen, al igual que si vas mas tarde de las 20:30 te cobran 50€ por hacer el checking lo nunca visto. Un hostal con baño compartido y que el checking valga casi mas que la propia habitación. Una vergüenza el servicio y sin aire acondicionado… lamentable

Es un lugar terrible. Nos estafaron con el alquiler. Nos prometieron un reembolso, pero al final el propietario dejó de responder a nuestras preguntas.

Somos de Ucrania, para nosotros 400€ es una cantidad muy tangible. Pasamos la noche en la calle.

The worst place in my life, a real nightmare, I couldn't sleep because of the cold, January 23, dirt and rust everywhere without hot water. I didn't think I would find something like this in Spain. €50 guarantee and 3 weeks passed and they didn't give me the money back.so this nightmare cost me €90.

Excelente el trato y servicio. Habitaciones cuidadas y en un emplazamiento fantástico frente al mar.

Localización inmejorable a primera línea de playa y a 5 min andando del centro de alicante.
Relación/calidad precio top y servicio muy atento.
Volveremos!

Me pareció fatal, las camas súper incomodas, sobre todo la supletoria era mejor dormir en el suelo, mala impresión en la habitación. Pero muy buena ubicación

Me pareció fatal una fianza de 100 euros q tuvimos q dar… al ver la habitación muy vieja todo deteriorado y si hablamos de las camas de lo peor sobre todo la supletoria en el suelo se dormía mejor! Súper decepcionada no lo recomiendo para nada

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE. The bathroom door was broken and caused me to get locked in at 1130 at night for 3 hours! I called the office and the girl Samantha said to me she is sleeping and I should not be calling her and she could not send anyone to help me and I needed to get out on my own! Unbelievable! Then she just hung up and wouldn't answer again. My husband and I worked for hours trying to get the door open to get me out of the bathroom! We will NOT be paying for our stay! The place is very old, ran down and disgusting! Mold everywhere. Broken fixtures, floors, lights, you name it! Very irresponsible staff! Again, unbelievable that this could ever happen! AVOID 100%

En mi experiencia me encanta! Es la segunda a vez que me hospedo y cumple mi expectativa en calidad y precio, y la plata a un paso! Sensacional!

Cosy little apartments owners were quite nice and welcoming both spoke good English!

We stayed in the biggest room in the back with its own shower. Do note that this room is quite far away from the WiFi router so the internet is really poor (only about 1mb download)

It's not dirty but I won't call it super clean either (found an old candy lid under the bed) also are room lacked a trash bin for some reason?

It's quite a big shared hall so there's alot of echo at night with people unlocking doors and coming home so if you are a light sleeper you will be woken up alot.

The bed was not exactly comfortable but it wasn't bad either you may want to bring your own pillows.

The location was fantastic super close to the main city about a 5-9 Min walk and to the beach only about a 3 Min walk away!

But overall for the price, location and staff if you are only looking for a place to rest at night while you explore the city at day this hotel is perfect! 3.5/5 Stars

Excellent location, service, cleanliness and pricing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to help or answer any questions. As for the rooms, we stayed for two weeks, and every time the rooms were perfectly clean and welcoming. Location is on point, right in front of the playa postiguet (3-4 min walk) and just right next to centro Alicante and the castle, the location can absolutely not be better!

Llegamos el viernes y nos dicen que tenemos suerte que en todo el finde semana no hay reservas.
Al día siguiente hay otra habitación de chicos jóvenes, les pregunto qué de donde son y me dicen que son de allí.
A partir de las 10pm empieza a llegar gente y más gente.
Se montaron un fiestón de narices unas 10-15 personas todas sin mascarillas con música a todo volumen.
Se lo decimos a los del hostal y nos dicen que no pueden hacer nada. Les pedimos la devolución del dinero ya que no respetan nada de los protocolos de Covid, y por qué no pudimos dormir en toda la noche.
VERGONZOSO PREFIEREN GANAR 20 EUROS CON UNOS NIÑATOS que la gente normal vaya a pasar unos días
NO VAYAIS ALLÍ TODO SUCIO Y ENCIMA TE VAS A ENCONTRAR FIESTAS TODOS LOS FINES DE SEMANA.

Fatal trato, no hay un dueño al que poder llamar. El teléfono es de un chico que no es capaz de decirte ni indicarte nada. Patético trato

Ótima localização, cozinha bem equipada, muito limpo e organizado. A equipe é super atenciosa e simpática.

Very bad management.
My flight got cancelled and due to corona virus I couldn't flight to Spain.these people didn't accept any change of the date or refund, being very rude over the phone.at least I do know now that if I will go to Alicante I will not stay at this place.
At the end everyone knows that Spain is not very welcome to turists from UK.
