Posizione fantastica. Valencia è una città bellissima e se avete poco tempo girarla in bici è fantastico. Con soli 7€ al giorno sono riuscito a vedere valencia molto bene anche grazie ai consigli dello stuff del negozio

Chose this place after getting the Valencia Tourist Card as they offer 20% discount, however later saw many rental shops offering bicycles cheeper even after the discount.

Sono stata a Valencia per una settimana e ho affittato 4 biciclette da solutionbike. Le bici erano molto comode ed è stato molto facile visitare la città. Consigliatissimo!

The person who rents out the bikes is a really helpful person and he rents out high quality bikes.

My bike got stolen I had to pay 150€ after explaining for 30 mins it wasn't my fault. This business is not insured for this case and charges their customers. I explained them I locked it correctly in the frame, they tell me it's impossible, I must have locked it under the sattle - like I am an idiot sure. 2 instead of 1 star because they lowered the fee from 200 to 150€. Also to the business owner: Read some books about Marketing, this negative review will cost you a lot more than 150€. Their is something called Customer Service and good will. Bike itself was okay.

Not a great experience…the bikes were old, heavy and had worn tires. Really difficult to ride! Other bike renters were gliding past us with their shiny, new slim bikes. In the mean time we were peddling extra hard and panting. It put a huge damper on our beach day. We didn’t even get to swim because it took us too long to get there and then we needed lunch and we were dying from heat exhaustion with no shaded beach beds left.

What makes me most upset is that I asked the gentleman to give me the most comfortable and easy-to-ride bike. I would have paid extra. It may have been a language barrier, but I should have just listened to my gut and took the bikes back the moment we turned the corner. I give 3 stars because the owner did seem nice and the 10 euro price was very affordable for a full day.

Ottimo per visitare valencia, dei negozi che fanno queste lavoro a valencia, queste e uno di quelli che ha il orario piu amplio da 9 a 20, quindi se noleggi per una giornata ti da anche per andare e tornare dal mare.
Loro hanno delle biciclette per tutta classe di ragazzi, anche sedie per bimbi, il prezzo e più o meno l'esteso che tutta la competenza.
Puo fare la riserva dalla Italia tramite mail, cosi sei sicuro che ahi le bici che vuole.
La cauzione e comoda, per famiglia per che e una complessiva da 100€ o, volendo solo lasciando la carta d' Identità, (attento a di essere la estesa che ahi usato per la riserva).
Loro hanno un guia italiano, quindi volendo si può contrattare il tour per la cita, e se, e molto lungo per te, anche loro hanno delle biciclette elettriche.

Good bike rental. Bikes aren 't very modern, but durable. They only have ladies models I guess, but they are okay. Paid 10 euro for a day. Gentle staff.

Very good place with a very good and correct guy.
The only problems is that he doesn't any other language apart spanish.

The bikes are good. Good brakes and functioning gears. All good except for the saddles. We are long time bikers and we found the saddles to be uncomfortable quickly. Also the shop closes between 2 and 5 making it impossible to return your big at those hours.

Bon accueil par contre attention au velo que vous empruntez. Certains datent et vous risquez des mauvaises surprises lors de votre journée: freins mal réglé et derrailleur capricieux. Étant parti loin pour la journée je n'ai pas testé l'assistance téléphonique. Attention aux prix qui bondissent de 10 à 15 euros le week-end.

Got a bike, chain came off. Got at shop at 13: 20 o'clock. Supposed to be open until 14 o'clock. Nobody there. Called. Apparently closed it earlier for some reason. Had to wait until 17 o'clock, 3,5 hours later. That spoiled the plans of my few days of (holi) day: (

Probably the best bike rental in town. We have been successfully working together for many years now.
