Whilst on holiday in Benidorm my husband became really poorly and it was obvious he needed some medical intervention.
Dr Serrano was recommended to us by my brother and secured us an appointment for the same day. We were greeted by the doctor himself in a lovely friendly reassuring manner.
After a thorough examination he diagnosed the problem and prescribed the medication which we were able to get at the pharmacy across the road. He asked us to return in 3 days and said if there was no improvement he would need to go to hospital and would not be able to fly home.
Fortunately the medication worked quickly and my husband was much better within days. We returned to the doctor and he was delighted with the improvement and reassured us we would be able to fly home at the end of the week.
We were able to enjoy the last few days of our holiday and on returning home saw our own GP who was extremely satisfied with the service we received in Spain.
I would recommend Dr Serrano to anyone with a medical problem in Benidorm his bedside manner knowledge and skills were excellent. The fee was minimal and his surgery was immaculate and modern. My husband's health continues to improve thanks to Dr Serrano's ministrations and thank him for being so kind and caring.

Médecin qui met à l'aise par sa gentillesse.très compétent.dans ses décisions médicales. RECTIFICATION S.qqs jours après suite à Un examen radiologique.j'ai téléphoné plusieurs fois pour avoir le compte rendu de la radio pour Me permettre de monter un dossier pour Un remboursement par la S. SOCIALE.j'ai laissé plusieurs messages sur son répondeur. Sans retour.et le comble il s'est permis de Me répondre. EN FRANÇAIS.que j'avais fait une erreur de numéro.comme si à BENIDORM il y avait plusieurs médecins français. LAMENTABLE.et je reste poli. Envers ce triste personnage.indigne de sa profession.vous tirerez vos propres. CONCLUSIONS

Très bon Médecin qui vous mets très a l'aise et n'est pas avare de commentaires pour vous expliquer la situation et en Francais évidemment ce qui est appréciable

Medecin français. Très bien reçu, à l écoute, compétent. Pharmacie et clinique juste en face. Parking sous terrain payant à proximité. Moins de 50euro la consultation, ne prend pas le carte bancaire.

Ur verdadero profesional, superamable te escucha, te aconseja, y te atiende como médico fenomenal, todas las palabras buenas para este profesional son pocas, lo recomiendo al 100%
