Las 5 estrellas son principalmente por la atención al cliente durante la siguiente situación:
Pedido realizado y transporte realizado por GLS, que en tránsito destruyó el pedido sin dejar de garantizar que se realizaría la entrega (esta situación duró 3 días por parte de GLS).
Después de 1 día de retraso, TCM Gourmet ya había aclarado la situación y garantizado reenviar el pedido, lo cual hizo respetando mi necesidad de tener las bebidas antes de la FDS.
Por otro lado, el paquete sólo contenía cartón, sin cojines de aire ni poliestireno, lo que facilita posibles daños durante las caídas.
Como se puede ver en las botellas, no se había limpiado el polvo que tenían, pero eso es un detalle menor y estaban todas en excelentes condiciones.
Por lo tanto, 5 estrellas por la atención al cliente y la forma directa y directa en la que me apoyaron durante los contratiempos.
Me convertí en cliente y volveré a realizar el pedido.
Pero yo preferiría que el transportista fuera Nacex o DPD, que son honestos con los clientes.
Perfecto todo el proceso: compra, tiempo de envío y sin duda el inmejorable embalaje; todo ello, en el ámbito de TCM. Debo añadir que, incluso la empleada de Correos Express , ha manejado el paquete como debe ser -y no es lo habitual-, con cuidado y en la posición indicada por las flechas. Como soy algo antiguo, al margen de las estrellas, un diez para TCM y para la empleada de Correos Express.
He intentado comprar y la verdad es que no es normal que meta los productos en el carrito y me salga un precio y cuando voy a meter los datos se multiplica el precio por 4.una vergüenza la verdad, no recomiendo comprar en un sitio que engaña a sus clientes
Bueno, me detuve allí para recoger un pedido después de preguntarle a Christina si era posible. Son muy amables y receptivos, recogí mi pedido como un disco, todo estaba listo. Solo les queda encontrar un transporte internacional un poco más barato. ¡Gracias de nuevo por todo!
Compré una botella de edición limitada y me enviaron otra cosa. Me estoy poniendo en contacto con ellos ahora para ver si me envían la que es.
Edit: No me enviaron la botella que compré supuestamente porque había sido un error y no la tenían en stock. A la semana de hacer la devolución, la botella la han vuelto a poner a la venta. Eso sí, 70€ más cara.
¡Recibí un producto que no coincidía con la descripción en el sitio! La foto en el sitio mostraba un vaso Kwak con fondo plano que estaba solo y en la descripción nada mostraba que fuera necesario un soporte (después de mi correo electrónico, el sitio mostró esta mención y modificó la foto). ¡Recibí vasos de fondo redondo que no se sostienen solos! El sitio está dispuesto a reembolsarme con la condición de que devuelva las gafas por mi cuenta (¡24€!). ¡Esto es inaceptable y no recomiendo este sitio a nadie! Estoy muy furioso! Esto es publicidad engañosa.
Hice un pedido de más de 800€ a finales de mayo, tuve que volver a pedir los mismos productos, pero aumentaron drásticamente entre un 20% y un 80%, gastaría más de 1100€ pidiendo los mismos productos. Aumentó demasiado teniendo en cuenta que haré otro pedido.
I don’t like writing bad reviews but I don’t know how else to get your attention. So far I’m very disappointed with TMC gourmet en case. I ordered from you 16 days ago and have heard nothing from you since. I understand that delays might be in place but I have contacted you many times with out a response. I have emailed you several times and messaged you directly through your website. I have tried to ring your number but it just cuts out even though I’m ringing within the days and times you specify. I have contacted UPS who should be making the delivery and they say that you have only created the label and haven’t had them pick it up yet! Even though according to your site my item is shipped! This is a terrible Service! Your customer service is zero! What more can I do? You’ve taken my money and not provided the goods I have paid for and you won’t even reply to me! This is shocking customer service! PLEASE RESPOND!
Fiz uma encomenda a 16/12/2020 fiz logo o pagamento mas a encomenda nunca chegou a UPS, cancelei a 22/12/2020 e pedi o reembolso do valor pago e até hoje ainda nada. Já mandei vários emails a perguntar quando me vão fazer a devolução do dinheiro e não respondem. Senhores da TCM aqui está a referencia da minha encomenda - MEFUHTKOJ, não me peçam para mandar email porque já mandei vários e não responderam. Serviço péssimo não aconselho a ninguém esta loja. Se até dia 15/01/2021 não receber o meu dinheiro vou fazer uma queixa pelos meios legais
Great selection of spirits at bargain prices, goods arrive well packaged by courier, delivery fees are steep enough but all delivered to your door super convenient now that picking up at duty free is no longer an option at this time

Ordered a few bottles of Grey Goose Vodka, which were a great price. Great value. Boxed up very well and arrived via UPS.
I'd have given 5 stars but my shipment was delayed by 3 weeks and while one email was responded too, the following two weren't. I've no problem with delays, given the times we are living in at the moment, it's the last of update/contact that was disappointing.

This company offered by far the best price for the product (Ron Zacapa 23) I was looking for. Even accounting for paying for higher delivery charge, it was 25% less than using Amazon. I ordered 3 but they only had 2 so there were a few emails to sort this out. But still 5* given that the price was excellent and delivery was prompt after resolving this problem.
Can't tell much except that it took them 3.5 days just to process the order. Bottles arrived covered in dust, as if they had been kept without boxes in a warehouse. Packing was great though, arrived safe and sound.
Excellent service, I have placed 5 orders now from the UK and all have been delievered within 4-5 working days by UPS, all really well packaged. There is a wide selection, some of which I have been unable to get in the UK for a while and their prices are excellent, even with the shipping it works out cheaper than the UK. I really have nothing bad to say, very happy, I hope to continue ordering aqnd just hope brexit will not change things too much when it kicks in.
Since I prefer a negative marking system and nothing went wrong with my purchase, I can't complain with anything! This was the first time I ordered through this website / company but their web interface was no-nonsense and straight-forward; just the way I like it! I placed my order, they gave me an estimated delivery date (which, given the current global rigmarole that's going on and from where the goods were being dispatched) that wasn't unreasonable; but they still arrived before the estimated delivery date. So I refer back to said negative marking system!
Easy to find what you want and to order, there is a delay between the ordering and the courier receiving the item when there is no information, that could be improved with a n e-mail to let you know what's happening. Great service and well packed goods, carriage price a little high but decreases with quantity of order. Would highly recommend this company, well done.
Commande passée le 06/07/20, reçu le 09/07/20, j'ai pris 6 bouteilles car c'est le carton basique de bouteilles, emballage très bien fait et aucunes bouteilles abîmées, excellent site que je recommande vivement, les prix sont très intéressants et j'ai pas trouvé mieux, pourtant j'ai longtemps cherché. Je continuerai de passer commande c'est certain.

Would definitely recommend to everyone cheaper drinks and very good delivery service with tracking and updates throughout the order. The bottles come that well packed they can’t even move in the box. Will definitely be coming back to order more in the near future.
Hace ocho días que hice mi pedido. Hice una consulta por chat virtual el pasado lunes y me dijeron que tendría el pedido el jueves, que se había retrasado por no tener en stock uno de los productos (primera noticia.). Al ver que no llagaba volví a hacer una consulta enviado un mensaje por el mismo sistema.aún estoy esperando respuesta. HOY viernes a medio día he hablado por tlf y me han dicho que se pondrían en contacto con el almacén para ver qué pasaba con mi pedido, que no entendían el motivo de no haber llegado aún y que me llamaban enseguida. Ahora llamo y está cerrado. Me parece muy poco profesional este trato al cliente, no cuesta nada saber si hay o no en stock un producto y avisar del retraso del envío. Que encima me digan que el camión les llegaba el miércoles (festivo) y que el jueves lo recibiría yo. Pensaba que por lo menos lo tendría para este fin de semana pero ni eso.
Lunes 29: Respecto a enviar la información sobre mi pedido por mail ya lo hice el pasado viernes, incluso a través del formulario online y tampoco he recibido respuesta. He llamado finalmente a medio día y me comentan que ahora lo que falta es el Lepanto, que debido a un error en el stock no han podido servirlo (la semana pasada era la ginebra.) y que llegaría mañana mismo por lo que el pedido saldría en el día. Mañana veremos pues.
Por cierto, el Lepanto sigue saliendo en stock.
Viernes 03: Mi pedido finalmente ha sido reembolsado por completo, la última versión es que el pedido había sido enviado y perdido. La chica que me atendió fue amable pero no volveré a pedir nunca mas, no quiero generalizar pero a mi desde luego no me ha podido ir peor.

Very satisfied with Gourmet en Casa. Good updates from ordering till speedy and careful delivery. Good value for money even including the shipping cost from Spain. Best to buy a bottle or two more as the average shipping cost depends on number of bottles per box.
Ordered 9 bottles of vodka and only received 8. Have emailed at least 3 or 4 times to advise of the discrepancy. No reply! I would never normally leave a bad review but this is ridiculous. It’s been around 3 weeks!

Ordered a grey goose and a belvedere for Christmas. They stated that UPS would deliver and this would take 4-6 days. Well UPS managed to break the Belvedere in transit and could not give me a date for another as they had sent note to the seller. In the seller's case (Gourmet en Casa) they state that if any item is broken another one is despatched IMMEDIATELY. No it is not. In fact when I queried about its delivery they could not give me an answer. As it was, the Belvedere would not be arriving for Christmas. I asked for a refund and after waiting for a few days eventually received a reply stating that they thought they were doing a fine job but they would contact accounts and let them know as they are a 'reputable' company. Still waiting for that refund. As for the Grey Goose. I was lead to believe that it was a smooth vodka and that it was a premium drink. If Grey Goose tastes like that one did then it's misleading the general public. Harsh and made me cough bitterly because of its close resemblance to a cheap vodka. In fact I'd go so far as to question whether this drink is actually an original item. The whole experience has taught me that UPS are rubbish couriers and Gourmet en Casa are very very unreliable. Take heed of this warning. Do not buy from this company and don't be fooled by the prices. As the old adage goes- 'if you buy cheap you get cheap'. I only wish that the Belvedere had arrived and I could state categorically that their vodka is fake as I've tried genuine Belvedere before
Very bad experience. Ordered 2 bottles of Blantons just before Christmas. Delivery 4-6 days. Order confirmed. Did not arrive. Emails ignored. Then told bottles damaged in transit. According to UPS never received.
Excellent service throughout. This was the only place I could find Dooley's. Attractively priced and shipping costs do not alter this. Package arrived promptly as stated which from Spain the week before Christmas is impressive. Highly recommended.
Will not order again. … I ordered on the 15th December had an e mail to say the goods were in transit and would be delivered by UPS in 4 to 6 days so by the 21st. I should have had my goods! …. No I did not and they were for Christmas I called UPS they said I would have them by the 23rd! No! Still not arrived I had to go out then to buy Christmas presents. … I cancelled the order! No was not cancelled and the goods have just arrived today 2nd January! Rubbish service by all concerned.
Emballage très bien protégé, livraison rapide, service après vente réactif avec bonne communication qui a bien géré une erreur sur 2 bouteilles (renvoi sans frais et remboursement puisqu'ils n'avaient plus la référence commandée), je vous les recommande sans hésitation
Produit reçu dans un emballage soigné avec de quoi bien protégé la bouteille. Par contre si vous avez une question, vous pouvez toujours attendre une réponse qui ne viendra jamais!
Very poor service, nearly 3 weeks after placing an order I have had nothing. Customer service is non existent, no reply to any emails or calls.if you want your wine, spirits etc pay a bit more and get them in the UK rather than from this company which have taken my money and given me no assurance as to whether I am even going to receive an order. Very bad. Gave me an invalid tracking number so I presume my money and order is still in Spain. Avoid. Shouldn't even have one star. UPDATE! Still not here! Ordered 12/12/19 not here 6/6/2020. Now in transit but package damaged! Customer service still not responding!
Parfait je cherchais un alcool spécifique pour les fêtes, non seulement ils l'avaient mais en plus livré dans les temps, j'ai passé ma commande le samedi après midi, le mercredi suivant j'avais mes bouteilles, je ne manquerai pas de re commander chez eux
I made an order on the 18/12/19 its now the 8/1/20 and still not received my order so that £85 down the drain. Wouldn't mind but had no response from any of the companies that I've sent emails to
I didnt received the correct bottle ordered. Unfortunately they sent me a very similar liqueur with a just litlle word in the label that could differ one from anothe and the taste so i didnt noticed till i opened and tried. When I double check the label I realized the mistake. I was honest and I contact the company explaining that I opened and right after i noticed the mistake. The only replied I received it was so "sorry but we can't change and give your money back". Nothing was done to repair it and the replied was very unsatisfactory. I lost my money because i didn't received what I ordered. I made i mistake to open it I didnt realized as much as they didnt as the sent me the wrong drink.
