Bought two gas barbeques and one pellet smoker from them. Terrific quality and service. Also check out their accessory stock. You will find lots of great stuff to make your cooking easy and enjoyful.

Wayne not only supplied our Broilking BBQ but was also instrumental in creating our outdoor kitchen. Cannot recommend him and his company highly enough. They were brilliant from start to finish. Don’t go anywhere else for all things bbq and outdoor cooking.

5 stars well earned and deserved. Wayne and his crew are prize winners when it comes to advice and service. I was guided to a brand and model that perfectly suited my requrements for durability, performance and price. The owner, Wayne, turned the camera on his phone and explained in detail all of the points that make a good bbq and what makes another one better. I am not an easy person to change his mind either. The order was dispatched unfortunately to arrive with transport damage. I had declined the shipment and taken a few photos of the damaged carton. Upon notifying Wayne via WhatsApp he dispatched a new unit THE SAME DAY and without any discussion. The next shipment arrived in a few days to Portugal without incident and I have done the assembly without any problems.

We have been shopping at the BBQ Shop ever since we have lived in Spain. Imagine our joy when they opened their new store in Javea! It is a high-class superstore for EVERYTHING out-door cooking.
The staff are friendly and knowledgable in the extreme, and they stock the best quality bbq’s, along with every accessory imaginable. I highly recommend this bbq paradise!

I am a the sort of person who likes to do some research before commiting to buying, therefore I had no worries about buying a bbq from the "Barbeque Shop". The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a large selection of bbq's in the showroom from the mobile type to built in models. The prices are very competitive and most models include assembly, testing and delivery.

What a great company to deal with. All my questions answered easily and clearly. Service is amazing. Ordered from the Alicante store over the weekend for delivery to Portugal, delivery was today, I was out but they are coming back to deliver. Plus the prices are better than the other companies selling BBQ.

We wanted a small 'summer kitchen' for our top apartment terrace but getting this built in was going to be expensive and complicated.
Wayne came up with the idea (& design) of using USA Stainless Steel cabinets & outside fridge, installed with a Spanish granite top together with a new BBQ, which I needed anyway.
He arranged everything, including the Grua to hoist it all up to our terrace and the pictures show a great result, especially as it is not covered and the floor tiles sloped for the rain.

El chico que nos atendió lo hizo con mucho cariño y dedicación pero en cuanto surgió un mínimo problema se vio el nuloo interés de la gerencia en atenderlo. Espero que quién confíe en ellos no tenga ningún problema porque entonces verá su verdadera cara. Empatía

Añado respuesta a la suya: . Ni siquiera me sorprende que incluso recurra a mentiras y medias verdades para defenderse de una crítica legítima, "intimidar a la única mujer"? "chantaje emocional"? Impresionante su indecencia. Con respecto al tipo de persona que soy cualquiera puede ver que no había puesto una reseña negativa nunca a nadie, pero tenga usted claro que tampoco me había sentido tan desatendido después de haber hecho muchos kilómetros para ir a su establecimiento movido por la, ahora comprobada falsa, imagen que muestran en internet. Por otro lado si querría agradecer a su empleado, como hice antes, su dedicación y buen hacer. De hecho me supo mal ver cómo se quedó al ver que sus superiores arruinaba una venta que tenía hecha. Con respecto a los obsequios que el chico éste amablemente ofreció a mis hijos, me parece feísimo echarlo en cara, aunque leyendo lo que usted ha escrito ya no me extraña, no obstante como no vamos a volver por allí ya que no tuvimos problema para comprar ese mismo modelo que nos gustó, ese mismo día en otro establecimiento, como digo, si usted lo desea no dude en enviarme un número de cuenta y le abono inmediatamente el coste de los obsequios, ya que en todos sus detalles se denota que el dinero es lo único importante para usted, mucho más allá que la satisfacción de sus clientes. Aclarar también que me ofrecí a comprar un modelo más caro que el que me gustó, en su precio, si tenían algún detalle de compensación adicional en la compra de los accesorios que estábamos sumando también a la compra, y su respuesta fue que no, que por qué iban a tener ningún detalle si sabían que otra persona la iba a comprar sin ello, no teniendo ningún tipo de empatía por los cientos de kilómetros que habíamos hecho con nuestra mejor intención. Para que todo el mundo lo sepa, hablamos de una compra de entre mil quinientos y mil ochocientos euros y les pedía un detalle por su parte de entre cincuenta y cien de PvP, que obviamente no suponía ese coste para ustedes. Uno, sin más, yo feliz de haber podido ver su verdadera cara y orgulloso de hacérsela saber al resto aunque esto implique soportar sus calumnias en la respuesta. Mucha suerte con el negocio porque sin duda la van a necesitar. Hasta nunca

Se puede valorar correctamente un negocio cuando te encuentras con un problema y ves la predisposición, rapidez y agilidad de encontrar una solución. Asi fue en nuestro caso. Una de las piezas no encajaba por un posible error en el soldado de la cuba. Puede pasar a cualquier fabricante incluso a uno muy bueno. Tras comprobar los datos me enviaron una barbacoa nueva. En media hora la teniamos. Excellente vendedor.

One of THE best customer services i've seen since i've been here (1996). Here is why; ordered a bbq online which arrived a couple of days later.after opening the box and trying to put it together it turned out that some parts were bent and broken, which in my opinion happened at some transport stage due to a drop, which the shop had absolutely no way of knowing because there was no visible damage to the outside of the box.called them, sent them the pictures.owner was very sorry (no need for it because it's one of those things that happens) and they delivered a new bbq the very next day and collected the broken one.would i recommend them? ! 110% yes, problems like this do happen from time to time, but the way this was resolved is outstanding.if i could give more than 5 stars i would, brilliant service

I have purchased a few things from here over the years; in fact the first thing I purchased (before any furniture!) when we got our apartment near Murcia was a weber kettle and a mountain of accessories. We later upgraded to huge Broilking gas grill which was safely delivered to us and we have travelled out of our way on several occasions to go to the shop and pick up accessories and inspiration.
I have found the staff to be great and very knowledgeable and quick to both reply and offer advice. If you are serious about cooking outdoors you really cannot go wrong with this company.

Went there today to get some advice, spare parts and ascessories for my Broil King bbq of 4 years old. Very professional and friendly. The gave me exact advice on how to deep clean my old bbq, had all the spare parts i needed on stock, did not try to sell me more than i needed and even gave me a nice discount. Very happy with them and i'm sure i will be back if i need anything else for my bbq.

I visited the barbecue store and met Wayne, he spent a lot of time understanding my needs and suggested some suitable options. When it came time to buy Wayne and his team couldn’t be more helpful, they guided me through every step advising me on the right accessories for my bbq and followed up on my order ensuring everything was as it should be. Very rarely do I come across service of this level and I couldn’t recommend the barbecue store any more highly. If your looking for a BBQ, accessories, or just great advice there is only one place you should go.

We received our Broil King bbq the day after we ordered it. We must say how impressed we were with the service we received from The Barbecue Shop Calpe. Wayne could not have been more helpful, he took time to explain both the benefits and disadvantages of each model makings much easier for us to decide on which one we wanted. The only problem is their range of accessories is so large we could have ended up spending a fortune.
