Only been to the hairdresser but the staff are friendly and helpful and my hair always looks good

Very disappointed, phoned up and made a booking for a facial and manicure, as they were very busy I had to just do with a manicure and the only appointment they could give me before I returned home was on Wednesday at 10 am. I had made it clear I was going home on the Thursday and Wednesday was the only day that was good for both them and me. I arrived there for 10 am only to find that the staff knew nothing of my booking and the boss as they called her was not there and she had the diary but that she was on her way in. Another client was also having to wait for said diary and boss to arrive. When she came she said I was booked for Thursday and I reminded her that I told her Thursday was not good for me as I was leaving that day. They then offered to fit me in later that morning for a quick manicure. I left a very unhappy customer, if she takes the diary home she should make sure she was in on time. The only thing the staff could talk about was if she was going to bring her new puppy with her and this was the first thing they said to her when she did arrive. Very unprofessional place.
