BEWARE THEY LIE AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
What a terrible company, I spent E1,416 and all I can say is the service is terrible. I have waited since February for my pillow, which was not delivered previously with the rest of my order, I thankfully checked the invoice and pointed it out to the delivery people and was assured after they called the shop that they will have one for me soon. So the story began about they have to order the pillow from Netherlands but it will come soon. I went to the shop 2 days ago and the young man told me some story about its very difficult wiping his brow with his hand. They offered me a showroom pillow which is very dirty and has probably been in the shop forever.
There is a previous post regarding not returning pillows for hygiene reasons yet its perfectly ok to give one at the full price to a very dissatisfied customer.
We have just bought an apartment and we will definitely not be darkening their doorstep again nor can I recommend them.

Went into the showroom in Altea and was greeted by Alex who assisted us in buying the correct bed and bedroom furniture etc. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
Everything delivered when they said and delivery guys were excellent. Highly recommend this store and a big thank you to Alex!

Magda was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through which mattresses and bases would benefit us.
Our bed arrived direct from the manufacturer and was delivered by very professional and polite and professional installers.
We are very happy with our new bed.

Muy mal el servicio de post venta. Cuando necesitas comprar, todo es simpatía y facilidad (te buscan los datos en un momento) cuando te surge un problema, no hay manera de encontrar tus datos en su sistema si no guardas el pedido y la culpa sólo es tuya sin pensar que se haya podido montar mal, pues no he tenido la oportunidad de que lo valoren, solución: compra otro.

We have used this company when it was in Calpe for all of our mattresses purchases over many years. We ventured to the main store in Altea and were delighted to find that Dagmar, the sales woman with whom we have always dealt was still working for them. Dagmar has a huge understanding of specific needs, particularly when there are requirements for such things as pressure sensitive or support mattresses and once again, she has served us well. Our original mattress, sold by her nearly 10 years ago has been wonderful and we are looking forward to many comfortable nights on our new mattresses. Thank you Dagmar, you are always so helpful and we really appreciate the care you give us selecting the right bed.

At first we were kindly helped and I indicated that I liked a certain pillow on the intended mattress. But we still wanted to think about the mattress. She already sold us the pillow, I wasn't sure if the size would match my pillow covers because I have Dutch sizes, said she did. No sooner said than done. When we got home it turned out not to fit, 10 cm too wide. Went back next day to exchange, and told her we were still thinking about buying the mattress. It is an important purchase and I will not make it overnight. The friendly woman was no longer friendly. She told me that the pillow could not be exchanged or returned because of the hygiene law and there I was. It was immediately clear to me that I will never buy anything here again. We have now bought the same mattress elsewhere where the service is good. I'll say make up your mind before you start with this firm. Glad I didn't make any major purchases from them. Pretty stupid of them, if they had just exchanged the pillow (which was not used), they would also have sold us the mattress. Law of hygiene they are waving around, I don't hear about that from other companies.
