Takes unprofessionalism to new limits. Appalling customer service. Agreed twice for them to collect furniture in the afternoon. First day don’t turn up and eventually reply to WhatsApp 2 hours later with an excuse. Agree afternoon pick up the next day and they turn up in the morning while at work! Confirm to my neighbour that afternoon is better for them. Wait 1 hour this afternoon, eventually reply with another excuse and that someone will contact me asap. Don’t reply to calls either. Excuses may be genuine but no idea of customer service. If you have an alternative, use them and don’t waste time with this lot. 1 star rating is generous

No está mal pero podría estar mejor organizado. Estuve 15 minutos adentro y nunca recibí atención de la persona encargada.

Saw a kingsize in England on their site. I was able to message them pay for it on line, I wasn't out in Spain for 4 weeks but stored and delivered. What I saw on the photo was what I got. Would recommend The Den 100%

Tienda de muebles de segunda mano. A veces se encuentran cosas interesantes a buen precio. Por 10€ te lo llevan a casa.

Hay un montón de cosas y a muy buen precio. Los que allí trabajan apenas hablan castellano. Te hacen descuentos si te llevas varias cosas.
