The PUB

Fui a comer y a jugar al fútbol. Bueno para el combate. Malo para las hamburguesas. La peor hamburguesa de pub que he probado en mi vida, y el precio no ayuda, ya que puedes conseguir hamburguesas increíblemente mejores en la ciudad por aproximadamente el mismo precio.

Después de ver algunas buenas críticas fuimos aquí para un almuerzo rápido. Elegimos el menú del mediodía, que costaba sólo 10€ por dos comidas. Ambos elegimos el wrap de pollo y tocino, que estaba delicioso. Una pinta de cerveza costaba 2,50 €. Sólo teníamos intención de quedarnos a almorzar, pero cuando repartieron hojas de cuestionarios decidimos unirnos y no nos fuimos hasta las 5.30.
Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar encantador, personal servicial y trabajador y excelente ambiente.

Fui allí para almorzar temprano. Probando sus 2 por 10€, eran sobre las 13: 00 horas y ya lo tenían listo. Buen y rápido servicio, comida decente y buenas raciones. Comimos pollo al curry y patatas fritas/medio arroz, era un buen curry como tikka masala.
También tuvieron un show en vivo, tienen que verlo la próxima vez.
Una cosa que nos molestó fue que la gente fumara en la mesa afuera.

Gran bar, hermosa terraza, bebidas a excelentes precios. Hice el cuestionario y tuve un buen almuerzo el jueves.

Went in here in early January for a quick drink before going to the strip it was about 9 in the evening only four other people who just seemed to be using the Wi-Fi

I would not recommend this place to eat as waited 28min for food and when it arrived it was cold

Fui aquí a principios de enero para tomar una copa antes de ir al Strip, eran alrededor de las 9 de la noche, solo otras cuatro personas parecían estar usando Wi-Fi.
También pensé que las bebidas eran demasiado caras.

La primera vez que estuve estaba vacía cuando entré con un compañero, tenía 1 y fui, así que no puedo decir mucho.

We attended The Pub to watch Amy Winehouse (Jolene). The venue was great with a large outside terrace and a nice inside space with a stage. The staff were really friendly and the drinks were great value for money with special offers on cocktails. Jolene looked incredible and was a very talented singer preforming songs from various artists. She sung a number of big hits from Amy Winehouse including Rehab, Back to Black, Valerie and Love is a loosing game. We will definitely visit The Pub again, because there was a relaxed atmosphere, the staff were welcoming, there were lots of screens to watch football for example and there was a great menu offering cooked breakfasts, snacks, meals including steak and chips, 5€ dish of the day, Sunday lunch and so on.

It's OK they have some good acts on and some bad,

you have to pay more for your drinks when an act is on.
It advertises acts on at a certain time but you can be waiting nearly half an hour before they actually arrive. I understand they have other gigs to do and that they move from one bar to another but when you see an act arrive and stands talking to the sound man for twenty minutes while you are paying extra for your drinks for the show it's definitely not worth it.
They could have a really good setup if they got there selves organised and get the acts they have to be more professional.

The review may sound harsh but I overheard you talking about the same thing.

Pint and and a burger €5, good menu selection and reasonably priced drink, oh and entertainment fantastic, Vicki Catons Northern Soul afternoons are a must.

Large bar, sun trap for those that need a tan. Plenty of room inside. Northern sole music in afternoons. Live artists in evening. Plenty of sport coverage on plenty of screens. And the best but drinks are cheap during the day (Pint John Smith and a Cana lager €3.50.must visit if in area.

Great pub with a Northern soul theme with Vikki Caton every Monday Wednesday Friday 3-7 pm great sounds

We lived for them the entire stay.

Watch the offers. Beer and a burger 5 euros for which you got Amstel. Fosters and a burger 10 euros. Actually cheaper to get the offer and the fosters extra and throw the Amstel away. Landlord and landlady then tried to justify it when they overheard us taking about it.

Brilliant afternoon with Vicky Caton northern soul dj and great company. Drinks very reasonable. Give it a try.

Entertainment every night. Northern Soul every Mon Wed & Fri afternoon. Lovely staff who looked after us well.

Great British Pub for a night out. Reasonably priced, large screens with Sky sport. All is brilliant. Recomend 100%

We went to The Pub this afternoon to have early tea. We ordered Hunters Chicken from the menu. After waiting for half hour the waitress said the cook did the wrong order and to wait for the correct order to be cooked. After another half hour the meal arrived. It was absolutely vile and nothing like Hunters Chicken. We complained that the chips were like cardboard and the waitress admitted that they always cook chips twice! We told them that the meal was terrible and the waiter admitted that it looked disgusting too ‍️ we've lived in Benidorm for 8 years and this is the worst pub meal ever. None of the Pub staff were remotely interested. Won't be going back again.ever.

Great air condition pub €2 pint of lager.last night there was 3 artists on all good great atmosphere. UPDATE I wrote this review 6 days ago and we called in most days for the rest of our holiday.loved the soul session from 3pm till 7pm and all the entertainment from 9pm till 11pm.enjoyed some good meals including a good choice menu and the €4 euro dinner time specials.all the staff are very friendly. Sadly it's our last day but we will definitely be back to The Pub when we return in May.xx

Just got back from benidorm today, we went to 'The Pub' every night, great place lovely friendly staff, great drinks especially the cocktails, great entertainment, definitely be back again next time were in Benidorm, thanks Sam

The venue has a great layout. We went hoping to get a meal and see a couple of acts whilst enjoying a drink. However, we couldn't have a meal, they didn't have a chef/cook presently working there, the acts weren't particularly good. So we were disappointed and the staff weren't friendly and didn't create a nice atmosphere. Infact they were quite miserable. It needs friendly, helpful and enthusiastic staff that are customer orientated to, be a success.

Came here when it first opened, so thought we would come again. The tables were all dirty, chairs everywhere, wine was awful. Would never go back.

Haven't eaten here but there is lots of options on the menu.

Well, I would 100% recommend visiting this bar if you are in benidorm, I have eaten in here most afternoons in the past 10 days, the food is outstanding and all cooked fresh an perfect, the 2 girls servicing on the bar were amazing and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and make you feel very welcome, will definitely be visiting again x

Was in the pub last week for a beautiful lunch very well priced food came out fast and warm 10/10 not faults even the chips were real will definitely be going back soon overall very pleased

Difficult to be specific but overall feeling was not a comfortable environment. Staff not openly friendly. General thoughts I'd not go back. Didn't have food so can't comment.
