Intenté llamarlos un par de veces pero nunca me devolvieron la llamada. Cuando finalmente logré comunicarme con ellos, me pidieron que les enviara un mensaje. Ninguna respuesta. Con un servicio al cliente así, es difícil creer que su calificación sea real.

Raymond & co hicieron un excelente trabajo ordenando e instalando dos toldos, una cubierta para automóvil (vela) y revisando todas nuestras persianas y mosquiteros en una casa que compramos recientemente. No dudaría en recomendarlo para futuros trabajos.

Fitted two awnings for us over our terrace a few years ago and recently the remote controller broke. We live in the UK and rent our apartment to holidaymakers so it was really important to us that we got hold of a new remote as quickly as possible. They responded quickly and efficiently and programmed the new remote into our awnings. Excellent follow up service and excellent and timely communication. Would recommend this company without any doubt.

Ray and his colleague efficiently removed old mosquito blinds and fitted 5 new mosquito door curtains with the minimum of fuss. Ray also came to our rescue to fix our security shutter which had jammed open, when he knew we were leaving next day. We couldn’t recommend Toldos Alchemy more highly.

Extremely pleased with our awning. Prior to ordering Ray was able to advise us of our options and gave us really good recommendations for our needs. He arrived on time with a colleague and fitted the awning with electrics within a couple of hours. They were very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Happy to recommend.

Ray has installed several awnings in our apartment last month and I have to say I could not be happier with the result. Everything was measured to perfection and delivery and installation were done exactly as promised. After installation everything was cleaned and all packaging materials were removed.
Ray and his colleague were both working hard to get everything finished on time and they are both extremely professional and very nice guys.
If you need shade or anything else Toldos Alchemy can deliver I can’t give any higher recommendation.
