Alquiler de vivienda muy sucia. Coste de la limpieza ¡100 EUROS! Andando descalzo por el salón acababan los pies negros. Hormigas y cucarachas por la planta baja. Ventanas en mal estado con ruido a causa del viento: imposible dormir. Te cobran la luz si usas el aire acondicionado. Alquilé para 5 días y sólo estuvimos 2 noches. Se le dice al gestor y le dió exactamente igual. Muy mal.

Habiendo usado recientemente Top Alacant para la compra de nuestra casa en España, no puedo recomendarlos lo suficiente. Tratamos principalmente con Helen, que era un ángel absoluto. Hizo todo el proceso mucho más fácil de lo que esperaba. Explicando todo, y poniéndonos en contacto con todas las personas adecuadas. We came across Top Alacant (and Cramer Law) when we purchased our apartment in Santa Pola. Everything went smoothly, and despite the fact that we were in Norway and did not see the apartment until months after we transferred the money, we felt safe all the way. We still use the services of Top Alacant to handle issues related to the apartment (e.g. Keys and maintenance).

We highly recommend Top Alacant. First class service in all steps when we bought our house in G. A. We made contact with them before we arrived and they had selection of property for us to see when we arrived. That was efficient for us. They helped us with all the paperwork, made contact with a layer for making a will and annual taxes, they also recommended craftsman when we needed to do some small changes. For us it was nice they spoke English and Scandinavian language during the process.

We recetly bought a house i Gran Alacant. Top Alacant was given us fantastic service throughout the hole bying process! We highly recommend Top Alacant, they have fantastic service in all steps. It´s easy to communicate with them. During the pandemic we have had to have close contact by email and they respond quickly to all our questions They speak several languages (English, Danish, Swedish, Spanish and German) They also helped us with all the paperwork, contact with the bank, and with a layer for making a will and annual taxes. After we bought the house they also recommended very good craftsman for renovations and other things we needed help with. They are a serious brokerage firm and they are very easy to deal with.
You will get all the help you need.

El gran error confiar en ellos para comprar un bungalow/apartamento. Recomiendo NO firmar el contrato de reserva y exigir que sea de arras. Además, llevar el contrato a un abogado antes de firmarlo. Estuve a punto de perder el dinero de la reserva y no era por mí culpa. Buscar otra agencia. Yo recomiendo GA Homefinders

We were at a trip with work - one week with the leaders. We rented two apartments, one for the women and one for the men. The womens apartment nice, the mens older not so good kept - but same price. Also not so well cleaned. It was only some linnen at the beds. We have been there before and asked the danish woman at Top Alacant if we could get some real linnen for the duvets, but no (even we know they had - at least the week before). To pay we had to get cash for both cleaning and so - and for deposit. We told that it was very old-fashion to have deposit as cash - specialy for us with firm-card that dont want to have with cash to do.
But we were told that many liked it - having some cash when they got back to Spain.
So my conclution - not very serviceminded - not listening to the customers will and wishes.
Hope they will be better, but will mabye not take my leaders with me back there.
