Ana is incredibly rude and unwelcoming. We stayed for 8 nights and was charged 200 euros for electric, however majority of the time we were out. The villa was incredibly dirty and ant infested. We will never stay again.

Full confort, clim, lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, frigo, piscine, terrasse. Toutes les villas sont situées dans le domaine privé de ALTEA HILLS.gardien 24/24 super bien surveillé. We booked a Villa which we had to cancel 3 Months before arrival time. Top Altea told us, we can cancel the reservation but will not receive the money back (597,00 €). No other solution, nothing, which makes us a satisfied customer.
I ask for cancelation rules and they told me, that they don`t have any cancelation rules because this happens only once a year or all two years, that someone has to cancel a reservation. (?)
After that I wrote a review here at Google and on their Social Media profile. A few Days later they told me, that they wan`t 100% satisfied Customers and will pay back the Money. What a surprise.
I received the money back now but there is still a bitter taste. Top Altea did not repay the money until I wrote a review. If a company wants 100% satisfied customers, why they don`t treat Customers well, if they have to cancel 3 Months before arrival time and take a fee maybe 10% or something like that? Especially if this only happens once in 1 to 2 years. This would be fair.
