I cannot express dissatisfaction enough with this store. I saw a pair of shoes that were for sale at 64,95 and went back the next day to buy them. The sale tag was still in the shoe the cashier took it out and charged me with 74,95. I told the personnel that the shoe was on sale and that they were charging me the initial price. They told me it was impossible for that shoe to have the sale tag even though the tag was next to the cashier on the counter. I showed them the tag and they continued saying that it is impossible. Now I am not the type to make a big deal out of things like this, but it seemed to me like they were trying to cover up a mistake right in front of me therefore, I this store left me with an unpleasant experience and for situations like this I believe the customer should be compensated.

Quiero señalar la atención especial, que no solo conmigo sino con todo el cliente que se acercaba, su rapidez eficacia y buen trato me referiero a Eduardo que a pesar de su edad avía sido capas de atender a varios clientes al mismo tiempo cumpliendo con cada una de sus espectativas, gracias esperemos tener a más servidores como ust!

La verdad muy desagradable mi experiencia con la tienda la encargada súper borde y mal educada, me encantaría hablar con un responsable por encima de la encargada me siento engañada. No han mandado unas zapatillas rotas ala empresa skechers y me engañan diciendo q si las enviaron y no se hacen responsables son unos mentirosos, que se den cuenta ya de la gente q tienen ahí para atención al público q triste con tanta gente q quiere trabaran,

Nos han echo esperar 20 minutos para un pedido, nos han dicho que iban a tardar un rato más, hemos dado una vuelta y otros 20 minutos esperando y no estaba el pedido. Con 4 dependientes yo creo que hubiera sobrado para el pedido de unas zapatillas. Y no dan explicaciones, muy mala tienda, no recomendable, veros a otra tienda
