Muy mal estado. Todo viejo y en mal estado. Las fotos son variadas y se refieren a varios apartamentos. Bisbe 10 es un pequeño apartamento de dos habitaciones en el segundo piso y amueblado con cosas antiguas. El sofá cama es duro e imposible de volver a hacer, peor que dormir en un tren de los 80. Sin limpieza en 4 días. Propiedad no disponible. AC de los 80 solo en la habitación, no hay calefacción. La ventana francesa no cierra. Manijas rotas del baño y del dormitorio, la televisión no funciona. Positivo: wifi, en el centro cerca del metro Colón.

Precioso apartamento, muy céntrico y muy limpio. Gran espacio también.el personal fue excelente,

Utensilios de cocina en mal estado o inexistentes: Una sartén que no correspondía con el tipo de vitrocerámica que había, una sandwichera rota, batidora rota, cafetera con trozos negros. El fregadero del cuarto de baño no tragaba bien. No hay detergente para lavar la ropa y la puerta del mueble de la lavadora tiene las bisagras rotas. Además creo que en el sofá del salón había manchas de líquido, pero siendo tapicería quizás se limpió pero no salió bien la mancha, ya que no eran visibles a primera vista.
El apartamento es grande, tiene aire acondicionado y buena posición, pero por el precio que pagué mejor irse a un hotel pues las comodidades de un apartamento no las encontré. Soy clemente con las 3 estrellas porque todo esto lo descubrí el viernes por la noche y la atención al público está cerrada en fin de semana, sólo hay un número de emergencias al que no llamé. Entonces dejo el beneficio de la duda que quizás si hubiese llamado me lo arreglaban, por lo que añado una estrella más a la puntuación. Algo que no descubriré porque no pienso volver.

Viajábamos con amigos y teníamos un apartamento para 4 personas. Súper agradable para pasar unos días en Valencia. Metro, tiendas, casco antiguo, todo a poca distancia. ¡Muchas gracias nuevamente a Alex por poder quedarnos más tiempo durante 2 días debido a una huelga en el aeropuerto en Alemania!

Macro location is good but micro location is terrible - dark, smelly back street.
Entrance like in horror movies, apartment dirty, smelly full of moist - literally basement. Facilities broken, no toilet doors, worst place I’ve visited in my life.

Positive:
The apartment location is fabulous. Close to subway, city center and the turia park.
It is a spacious apartment with dishwasher and washing machine.
Negative:
The owners are not very hospitable if you ask questions about a possible earlier check in or luggage storage it is either ignored or the answer is no, without solutions.
There are a lot of rules you have to adhere to as guests for instance taking out your trash ans doing all your dishes. If you don't the hefty deposit will be charged.
Nobody checked us in at the apartment we got a text message the day before saying we needed to go to a hotel 20 minutes walking away (with suitcases) to pick up the keys. We had to figure everything out ourselves in the apartment.
Dirty dishes from the precious guests were left in the dishwasher, not very hygienic.
The bathroom smelt like sewage the whole time so we had to keep the door closed the whole time in order not to spread the smell through the rest of the apartment.
The apartment is quite dark even during the day and the interior is dated and in need of upgrading. The beds are so hard that we slept on top of the covers to avoid more pain in our hips and back.
The apartments above are quite noisy. You hear people walking and using the toilet etc.
All in all this meant that we won't come back.

Je suis ravi de mon séjour à Valence, et j ai eu la chance de passer deux nuits dans cet appartement bien situé. Vous êtes bien placé pour les visites des 2 marchés. Pas très loin du métro, des commerces. Bref idéalement situé. Il vous suffira de télécharger moovit et vous pourrez circuler en bus, en métro dans cette très belle ville qu est Valence. L année prochaine j y retourne.
