L’appartamento è in uno stato peggiore rispetto alle foto pubblicate dal proprietario. Vecchio, sporco e maleodorante. Avrebbe bisogno di una bella pulizia e ristrutturazione, specialmente per il prezzo richiesto (250 € per 2 notti, nient’altro). Lo sconsiglio vivamente. DELUDENTE.

Horrible service, we rented the place and we had to also had to pay for the utilities of the neighbours (costs were split in half, but they were a family of 4 and we were with 2 of us). They also wanted to charge €40 (!) for the internet, we found out that this was also shared with the neigbours. Besides that it was really hard to communicate with them. They want to earn money and aren't interested in further communication with renters/tentants/tourists. Be warned.

El piso está bien, mucho ruido de madrugada por la calle pero eso es por estar tan céntrico, y las chicas que nos atendieron muy amables.

Fatal, no lo recomiendo para nada. Sucio, viejo, sin ventilación. La chica que tenía que ir a hacerme el checking no cogía el teléfono, una hora esperando y me timo 20 €, a pesar de que tenía todo pagado me dijo que era por la limpieza, en metálico y sin recibo. Para denunciar.
