Es una vergüenza la atención telefónica, para ser más exactos de Ana. Llamo un sábado por una incidencia, y su respuesta es "el técnico no es Dios", además de decirme que hay 1 técnico para toda Andalucía, acto seguido rectifica y me dice Murcia, y a continuación se da cuenta y dice Alicante. Cuando le digo que necesito una solución ya que es una incidencia en fin de semana, que si ella no me puede ayudar me de otro número, su respuesta es "que tengas buena tarde" y me cuelga. Vaya "atención de incidencias" más buena. Cabe decir que en estos dos días, no he tenido respuesta ni ayuda del técnico.
Después de 3 años de buen trabajo tengo un completo desastre. Según el técnico, el sol dañó el cable de Internet (¿por qué usar un cable de tan mala calidad?) y necesitaba ser reemplazado. Ya son más de 7 días sin internet y el trabajo no está hecho. Sigo recibiendo excusas de que algunos de los vecinos no están en casa y por eso no se puede reemplazar mi cable. No recibo ninguna compensación ni información sobre cuándo se realizará el trabajo. No tengo planes de cómo solucionar este problema. Este proveedor cobra el próximo mes por el servicio electrónico que no desea brindar. De lo contrario, se les ocurrirá alguna idea. Pero no veo ningún interés por parte del centro de ayuda o del representante de la oficina. Ninguna de las personas con las que hablé o me comuniqué fue útil, ¡NINGUNA! Servicio horrible y servicio de apoyo horrible y antipático.
Buen servicio. Precio diario razonable. A veces tiene problemas con el enlace en línea para pagar. Pero puede llamar fácilmente a la tienda para pagar.
Vergonzosa atención, personaje en la centralita tremendamente borde que se suponía me tenía que pasar con el comercial para una contratación, después de varias llamadas ya ni cogen el teléfono, 24 horas después ni se han puesto en contacto conmigo para suministrar internet, está claro que no son profesionales
Respuesta lineal para problemas diferentes denotan la poca profesionalidad y la falta de intención para corregir errores, sí cogieran el teléfono o devolvieran la llamada me podría poner en contacto.
Lean bien todo lo que firma por que te engañan. Un día me llamaron para que domicilie la cuenta del banco y cuando quise darme de baja resulta que lo que había firmado era un contrato de permanecía también y el dinero que me tenían que devolver de los aparatos de cuando yo tenía el contrato temporal me dijeron que no me lo iban a devolver por qué al ser permanente los aparatos ya eran míos y para que quería yo haceme permanente y quedarme con los aparatos para tenerlos de adorno en mi casa?
Al parecer que no tienen mucho aclare a la hora de gestionar los papeleos para hacer la portabilidad y demás, pero para hacer firmar los papeles para la nueva permanencia esos no se les pasa jajaja. Que vergüenza, hacer ir a un cliente 7 veces a la misma oficina.
Chapuza de instalación, pasan los cables de fibra por fuera, en vez de pasar los cables por donde pasaba el ADSL. Los cables están a la vista y hasta en la calle, el cable está a la vista.
I have always received an excellent service from VegaFibre, but currently some of my friends are struggling to get a stable picture using their IPTV One of my friends had an engineer out and was advised their was nothing wrong with the internet being provided and the fault was with the IPTV. My friend asked if I could try the IPTV box at my home which I did and it worked perfectly, I will add I am also with you for my internet. Subsequently I have heard from other friends that they are have similar problems. May I add they all live in a similar area and are all on fibre. Hope this matter came be resolved. Thank you
Tenemos contratada la fibra temporal. Llamar y activar. Así de simple y en 5 minutos. Te atienden enseguida, son amables y eficientes. Cuando vengo de vacaciones lo primero que hago es llamarles y en unos minutos ya tenemos activada la fibra. En cuanto a la conexión de fibra depende lo que contrates, tienes 100,200 y 300Mb. Estamos muy contentos con ellos.
Llevo 3 años con ellos y cada vez mejor. La atención al cliente exelente siempre te resuelven todo y te ofrecen mejoras en el servicio. Los técnicos muy profesionales y rápidos. Recomiendo 100%
GoFibra is now Vega Fibra. Delivers stable and fast fibre at a fair price in much of Torrevieja. Use them in two separate locations, - negligible to no downtime.
Workmanship was excellent, friendly patient, clean and organized. Wifi is working great and tv we presently don't know because they are out of tv boxes. Overall we are very pleased and price is excellent. The sales person in the office was also, helpful and gracious enough to communicate in English.

Prestación de servicio de internet genial. Servicio atención al cliente, muy lento. Tener paciencia si vais a ir a la oficina. Pero deberéis de ir, porque no contestan al teléfono. En muy pocos casos tienes suerte de que te cogan el teléfono.
Said they covered La Mata at my address in Calle Mayor when I called them but installer would not run cable or junction box on apartment block without written permission. Was not told this so wasted a whole morning. Company needs to get their act together.
Installer refused to run cable up building saying permission was needed. As most installs in La Mata are apartment blocks there is no point having fibre here
Muy buena calidad y buena conexión, el internet va muy bien y hasta ahora nunca hemos tenido problemas. Desde el primer día estamos muy contentos, instalación muy rápida y los instaladores muy amables.

I can't comment on the quality of their internet service as I never managed to get that far! This review is based entirely on my experience of dealing with them as a company. Specifically whoever I was dealing with on Facebook & the lady I spoke to on the phone.
I started the process of having my broadband installed back in May. I got in touch & found that it was going to be a few more weeks/months before the cables were actually going to be installed in my area of La Siesta.
A few months later I can see they had installed cables all around my street. I got in touch with them to remind them I was still waiting. I was told they were very busy and that it would be a few weeks before they could come to me.
On the day the technicians were on time, very polite & ran the cable into my house. Then they found that there was no signal, and upon checking the boxes down the street discovered that a house was being renovated and that the cable had been broken.
In the coming weeks I received a few phone calls asking me if they could complete the installation to which I replied that I didn't know - how would I know? For all I knew they could have come and re-attached the cable already. I told them that they would need to come & check it themselves to see if was possible, I don't think that was unreasonable. The lady I spoke to seemed put out by the fact I wouldn't stop what I was doing (Working!) and go down the road to speak to the home owner to ask if they could re-attach the cable. That was the last I heard from her for a while - nobody came to check if the cable could be fixed.
The renovated house suddenly was almost finished along the side where the cable used to be. I took a photo of it and politely messaged Go Fibra on Facebook to say I thought that it might be possible to fix the cable now. I simply asked if they could confirm whether this was the case. I mentioned that I had seen Telecable re-attaching their own cable which presumably had also been broken. They replied to say that they would send a technician out to check it. 30 mins later another message arrived this time telling me there was 'no point' in sending anyone out because they don't have service in my area.
This angered me. The lack of interest in trying to resolve this issue made me decide I'd rather take my business elsewhere. I told them I'd had enough & they should come and collect their router. Then I got a phone call saying that someone would come out & see if the cable could be reconnected. This time the lady was very apologetic so I agreed to continue with them for now.
So that brings us to today. Someone was going to come & see if the cable could be repaired. I got a call from a technician in the morning, he was very polite & told me he'd be here between 1pm & 2pm. "Great" I thought, even if they couldn't fix the cable perhaps I could be given some estimate on when it might happen (this was all I had been asking for all along!). Then the lady called again. She told me an engineer had been out & that I couldn't get internet from them because it wasn't available in this area. They still needed to dig up all the roads & didn't even have the permits to do it so I should just "get my internet with someone else". When I tried explaining they already had cables here & that it was just 1 that had been broken she shouted over me.
Not long after an engineer arrived, the one who had called me in the morning. He was surprised to hear about what had just happened & was very apologetic. He explained the permit issue was actually to do with them not having the permit to re-attach their cable box to the renovated house & that they were going to have to find a way around it. This is very reasonable. I don't know why the lady on the phone couldn't get her facts straight before calling me. She addressed me by the wrong name every time she called, I don't think attention to detail is a strong point of hers. Neither is customer service.
This would be a 1 star review if the technicians & engineers I dealt with hadn't been so professional.
I have Gofibra as my Internet provider. But only on Wi-fi. Today I called and told customer services my internet was not working. Within 20 minutes a technician was here and we are now connected again. I would love to get fiber with GoFibra but my area has some kind of permission problem. I live in Urb. Torrealmendros Fase-1. Fase-2 has GoFibra and we are in the same area. So how can I get fibre from you?
Gentilezza, cortesia e informazioni precise della signora al bancone, nonostante non parlassi lo spagnolo è riuscita a spiegare tutte le varie opzioni di contratto, tra un paio di settimane avrò finalmente la fibra ottica a casa, dove abito (Torretta 3) è un bel problema. Grazie
El ruter lo podrian tiran a la basura. Solo conecta un dispositivo via wifi. Como seais 4 o 5 en casa nunca conectara via wifi los dispositivos. Por cable bien.
Muy buena conexión de fibra óptica. Es verdad que al principio daba algunos fallos puntuales (sin conexión o imposible conectar a Netflix debido a que usan Proxy para las conexiones) pero últimamente ya no pasa y va bastante bien. En una zona donde sólo llegan 20 megas de las grandes compañías, Sat TV Plus consigue traer 100 megas.
Ayer me instalaron en casa la fibra óptica y estoy muy contento. Ya he realizado alguna descarga y va muy rápido. Destacar el buen trato recibido por parte de los empleados y la organización, profesionalidad y eficacia del servicio técnico. De momento recomendado 100%
