Muy mal.no hay "lugares" para guardar el equipaje, un servicio inaceptable y no garantizado, a pesar de haber sido pagado.no vayas allí

Excelente ubicación en el centro dentro de la estación de tren, limpio, cómodo y precio razonable, la única nota negativa fue la chica italiana Sara que trabaja en recepción, me pareció susceptible, rencorosa y sobre todo MENTIROSA. Está claro que a ella no le gusta me gusta trabajar con la gente, todavía tengo mucho que aprender.

Excelente hostel! La ubicación es inmejorable! Muy bien ambientado, limpio y moderno! La atención del personal es excelente!

I stayed for 3 nights.
First night I arrived there was a party with music blaring till midnight, we were pre-warned but I wouldn’t have booked if I’d have known earlier. Not what you want after a long day of travelling.

Overall the hostel is a good location, I found the bed comfortable and the amenities just fine for a short stay. It is inconvenient to have to use your phone to open all the doors. They also slam very loud and it is hard to sleep at night (earplugs are a must!). Finally, I would expect the price to be slightly lower for what they are offering. I would consider staying again.

We didn't have a great stay at this hostel. On the first night there was a party in the bar area which was blasting out loud music until midnight, which seemed like a strange move for a place that is sold for you to sleep in. Beds are fine but no ladders to get to the top bunk. The app system to get into the rooms instead of a key is a pain and it seemed like no one wanted to use it so the doors were left open, which is less safe so defeats the point of having the app in the first place. The bathrooms were average but a couple of the showers were broken. However, the location is brilliant, being right next to a train station and a short walk to the centre of town and the old town. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

The rooms are disgustingly dirty, with evidence of previous guests left behind, making it clear that the cleaning standards are extremely low.

Good hostel, great location, great price, lovely staff. Private bedding with curtain too. Would recommend

Bom hostel bem central dentro da estação de comboios do Norte de Valência.
Cama confortável e com cortina para maior privacidade. Cozinha só com microondas.
A melhorar a questão de não efetuarem divisão do lixo e o microondas e mesas não se encontrarem limpas.
Quanto a quartos e casa de banho sempre limpas.

Worst hostel experience ever, they want so scam the guest with everything from water to lugagge. It turn out to be that for leaving your luggage after the check out you have to leave a good review since I am not going to lie about the place the manager told very disrespectful to take my suitcase out of the hostel immediately.

For a few euros more one can get a much better experience. I wouldn't recommend for stays longer than one night.

Buena experiencia, un ambiente cálido y respetuoso. La habitación muy pequeña, con sitio incomodo para guardar las pertenencias. La habitación y la cama en buen estado y muy limpias, al igual que el baño muy pequeño con poco sitio para apoyar cosas. Pero en general muy buen ambiente y limpio.
No me ha gustado tanto la ubicación dentro de la estación, pero para unos pocos días es un sitio que esta muy bien en relación calidad y precio,

They decided to rent out common space for a party. They demanded the hallway-door should remain open. Not able to sleep due to music loudly audible in room.

Me he quedado varias veces cuando he salido por Valencia y no molestar a amigos, buen precio que tiene las noches sueltas y la ubicación. Las camas son cómodas y los baños compartidos estaban limpios. Para los viajeros es un buen lugar para hospedarse ya que estás en pleno centro de Valencia.

Nothing special. A lifeless hostel that exists to make money, be cheap and do business. Stupid online self cHeckin and a horrid system that u have to use your phone to open the door everywhere. You can't go to the toilet w out your phone!

20+ people in a room. At least it's clean. Not recommendable.

Poca coherencia entre precio y calidad. Pagué 36€por una camita en una habitación compartida entre 6. Negocio insuperable!
El baño mínimo, diminuto, imposible ducharse sin mojarlo todo.
Pequeño, incómodo, y de precio abusivo.
Lo único a salvar es el personal, limpieza y recepción. Personas realmente amables y atentas. A ellas, muchísimas gracias.

Muy buen hostel. El sector de duchas un poco pequeño y descuidadas (una estaba rota). Un poco incomodo tener que ir a ducharte con el celular porque la llave de la habitacion es el celular. El resto de muy bueno todo precio -calidad y ubicación de 10.
Le daria 4 estrellas y media si pudiera.

When they canceled flight I canceled my reservation, after twoo hours I try continue with my reservation but the result was no accomodation and no possible to money back.

El trato y la atención de la chica que tiene el pelo con tono rojizo fue excelente, da gusto tratar con gente que de verdad le gusta su trabajo. El hostel está en el centro y lo tienes prácticamente todo a mano. Lo más seguro es que vuelva a hospedarme aquí

No tengo quejas de éste hotel. Me encantó 5/5 y el servicio de los empleados muy recomendado. Si vuelco a Valencia, volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Hotel de habitaciones compartidas en la misma estación del tren. Interesante opción para transeúntes, viajes cortos, etc.

Excelente hostal en la misma estación, para cualquiera que necesite moverse con frecuencia entre trenes y cercanias, cuántas estaciones no podrían transformar sus obsoletas y antiguas estancias disponibles en magníficos lugares de estancia, rentabilizando posiciones estratégicas en las ciudades.

Muy buen Hostal, me atendieron Alvaro y Pablo, dos chicos encantadores, muy amables y muy profesionales.

La habitación muy bien, la cama hace algo de ruido al moverte pero relación calidad-precio, personalmente, está bien.

Si no llevas candado para la taquilla, te venden uno por 3€ (que viene genial la verdad).

Y los baños también genial, agua caliente, baños limpios, todo perfecto.

También tiene terraza y precios buenos, por ejemplo una pizza y bebida unos 6€ creo recordar.

Ha estado muy bien bien, muchas gracias a los dos por ser tan amables.

Ahora, me parece IMPERDONABLE que la habitación no tenga ventana. Es lo mínimo. Y claro, no se puede ventilar y se nota. Por la noche el calor que hace allí (he ido en verano) es inhumano. Es un zulo. La temperatura de las habitaciones es para que te dé algo, personalmente me costó muchísimo dormir y pasé un calor espantoso.
No repito por esta razón.

El peor sitio donde me he podido alojar. Las duchas llenas de pelos, sucias y con una limpieza mediocre. Las sabanas sucias con manchas algunas amarillas y otras marrones. Debajo de la cama hay mascarillas, bastoncillos y papeles. La comida mala, grasienta y escasa y mucho frio en las habitaciones.

Linda estadía. Estuvimos 3 noches, ambiente calido, muy buena atención.

Muy recomendable. Los baños super limpios, habitaciones muy lindas, comodas, con aire.

Puedes desayunar o comer en el mismo hostel, tienes tus lockers recorda traer seguridad sino pueden asquirir candado aqui mismo.

Alojamiento en el centro de Valencia, ideal si estás de paso por la ciudad y no te importa compartir habitación con más gente. Tienes sitio para dejar tus pertenencias (recomiendo tener un candado para cerrar la taquilla bajo la litera). Todo el chekin se realiza mediante una app y es muy cómodo y el personal es muy amable. Las duchas y aseos tienen gel y champú incoporados y cane suficiente gente. Ideal para 1 o 2 noches en la ciudad si vas de paso y quieres algo céntrico.

It was very hard to sleep because of the noise. All the beds are made of metal and even the curtain rings so they make an awful noise. Ppl were slamming the doors all the time and even I have asked the reception to put a sign they did not.
There is no soap in the bathroom (only in the showers, so if they are occupied u can't wash your hands properly.), there is no space in the room (like a shelf of smth) to leave your stuff, except the under bed locker that make a terrific noise if someone has to use it during night for example.
The first day I have arrived I wanted to make an upgrade but it wasn't possible so I asked for some minutes to find a solution and they immediately charged me. They were afraid I would cancel.
There is a lot of water in the bathrooms when ppl shower and the floor can stay soaked for hours (bring flip - flops).
I have stayed in many hostel but this one needs to upgrade its furniture asap. Looks like a prison.

If there’s anywhere else you can stay you should go there. This hostel has several design flaws that make it unsanitary and not at all comfortable especially given the 60-70€ price on the weekend. The shower floods the entire bathroom because the door doesn’t reach the floor. There’s nowhere to put your things while in the bathroom. No shelves. And only one of the two bathroom showers worked so it was 12 people sharing one shower. The rooms have metal poles for the curtains so anytime someone closes one it wakes up the whole room. Also they don’t tell you bring a lock so that you have to buy one of theirs. We asked them to store two small backpacks for a few hours before our train and they said no because they were storing other people’s things and the manager responded with, “that’s not my problem. ” Not only did we have all these issues but then the staff was incredibly rude, mainly the manager. I told him about the shower and his response was that he could’ve fixed it had we told him earlier, but clearly that’s not true because so many of these reviews mention the shower and they’ve done nothing. The cleaning crew told me it’s been that was for awhile. It’s also not anywhere near the beach - the area around it is literally dead at night. These people really should not be in the business of running a hostel and if there’s anywhere else you could go you should.

Hice una reserva para una amiga y llegó la pandemia, se hicieron cambios de fecha durante la pandemia para no perder la reserva y los del hostal luego me dijeron que a la final de tantos cambios iban a mirar si devolvían el dinero porque veían muy complicado la situación sanitaria. Mi amiga nunca utilizó la reserva y yo llamo a los números telefónicos y no contestan, y no responden los WhatsApps para dar respuesta con respecto a ese dinero que se pagó. Tengo pruebas de los WhatsApps.

Dirty and stinky hostel. We didn’t feel safe there.
Pay few euros more and go to a better one!
Sorry hostel Up, but you need to do some cleaning and put up some rules.

I slept in an 8 bed room for 2 nights and ate the breakfast. Positive are the good location close to the city center (directly in the train station), the nice common room and the cleanliness of the bedlinen - the room Overall was good for sleeping with curtains on each bunk bed. Some things could be better: the 8 bed room has just 1 small window which seems can not be opened and apparently if air-conditioning exists it doesn't work well -after 2 days the room smelled quite a bit when entering. In the shower the floor is sunken in - very strange and should definitely be renewed! At breakfast they give you just disposable cutlery which is environmental horrible and should definitely be changed! Breakfast itself was ok for 3 euros. The staff needed to be reminded of some things and seemed ab bit distracted sometimes, but they were and helped you out. So overall the UP! Is totally fine for a weekend trip
