Es un engaño. Reservé un viaje para ir al aeropuerto, no me llegó confirmación ni datos de mi reserva, el autobus nunca vino y tuve que pagar 70€ por un taxi, no tienen teléfono para fuera de horario de oficina.

Tuve un cliente de negocios que llegó a Madrid y caminó alrededor de las llegadas durante más de una hora tratando de localizar FlyBus. Intentó llamar al número que figura en el comprobante, pero no pudo comunicarse. Terminó pagando un taxi después de 75 minutos. Estoy tratando con Karin en ShuttlesDirect a quien ni siquiera le importa y me dice que los contacte directamente. ¿a pesar de que trabajan para FlyBus? Siento que esta es una empresa de estafa para ser honesto.

El traslado privado en Roma fue todo bien. El conductor muy amable. Reservamos un estándar y nos recogieron con un Mercedes.

Avoid at all costs.rude and combatative staff. During the journey the driver was abusive and stopped in the middle of the road refusing to drive us to the airport.

This is because earlier he was late and we had called the office to enquire on the eta. During the journey, he started to get delayed, frantic phone calls from his office at which point, he started shouting at us, claiming that we had lied that he was late.

I had to apologise just so he would drive us to the airport for our flight. Effectively he was holding us hostage as he knew we were desperate. The woman from the office called me and shouted, demanding an apology. Very very disgusting and a very unfortunate way to end our family holiday. This has put me off Corfu all together

Cancelaciones con coste cuando en ningún lugar de la web aparece que el cancelar una reserva lleve un cargo. En las preguntas frecuentes explica cómo cancelar pero omiten que cobran por ello. Casi nadie cobra por cancelar una reserva y menos cuando faltan más de 4 meses para la fecha, aquí sí lo hacen. Cuidado con esta gente.

Our experience was positive, I recently had the pleasure of using an airport transfer service from London Gatwick to the city centre. From start to finish, everything was seamless and efficient. Driver contacted me and confirmed pick-up place before our take off.

As we arrived early in the morning, the driver arrived promptly at the airport and was courteous and professional. He helped us with our luggage and had us on our way in no time.

The driver was also knowledgeable about the route, though he did have GPS running to see the traffic. We arrived at our hotel perfectly and without stress.

Overall, I cannot recommend this airport transfer service enough. The driver was fantastic, the vehicle was comfortable, and the service was professional and efficient. If you are looking for a hassle-free transfer from London Gatwick to the city centre, this service is definitely the way to go.

Nuestra experiencia fue positiva, recientemente tuve el placer de utilizar un servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto de Londres Gatwick al centro de la ciudad. De principio a fin, todo fue fluido y eficiente. El conductor se puso en contacto conmigo y confirmó el lugar de recogida antes de nuestro despegue.

Como llegamos temprano en la mañana, el conductor llegó puntualmente al aeropuerto y fue cortés y profesional. Nos ayudó con nuestro equipaje y nos puso en camino en poco tiempo.

El conductor también conocía la ruta, aunque tenía el GPS funcionando para ver el tráfico. Llegamos a nuestro hotel perfectamente y sin estrés.

En general, no puedo recomendar lo suficiente este servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. El conductor fue fantástico, el vehículo cómodo y el servicio profesional y eficiente. Si está buscando un traslado sin complicaciones desde Londres Gatwick al centro de la ciudad, este servicio es definitivamente el camino a seguir.

Is a scam. We have pay in advance for al large group transfer from Tenerife South aeroport to the hotel and back when the Holiday end's. The first transfer was carried out under normal conditions. Instead, for the transfer from the hotel to the airport, after we stood in front of the hotel like fools, we were told by the company representatives that we had to confirm this transfer 24 hours before. Absurd considering that such a thing was not communicated to us. We requested the return of half of the money paid in advance, but without success. Now we have to pay lawyers in Spain to be able to file a criminal complaint for fraud. Evoid this company.

I recently used this service for my trip to Alicante and was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of service. The driver arrived at my hotel in Calpe on time and was extremely courteous and helpful. The car was clean and comfy, and I felt safe the entire journey.
The booking process was very simple and hassle free.

Overall I woudl highly recommend this airport transfer service. Well done!

Evitar a toda costa. Personal grosero y combativo. Durante el viaje, el conductor fue abusivo y se detuvo en medio de la carretera negándose a llevarnos al aeropuerto.

Esto se debe a que antes llegó tarde y habíamos llamado a la oficina para preguntar sobre la eta. Durante el viaje, comenzó a recibir llamadas telefónicas frenéticas y retrasadas desde su oficina, momento en el que comenzó a gritarnos, afirmando que habíamos mentido acerca de que llegaba tarde.

Tuve que disculparme solo para que nos llevara al aeropuerto para tomar nuestro vuelo. Efectivamente nos tenía como rehenes porque sabía que estábamos desesperados. La mujer de la oficina me llamó y gritó exigiendo una disculpa. Una manera muy, muy desagradable y muy desafortunada de terminar nuestras vacaciones familiares. Esto me ha desanimado por completo de Corfú.

Es una estafa. Tenemos que pagar por adelantado el traslado de todos los grupos grandes desde el aeropuerto de Tenerife Sur al hotel y de vuelta cuando finalicen las vacaciones. El primer traslado se realizó en condiciones normales. En cambio, para el traslado del hotel al aeropuerto, después de quedarnos como tontos frente al hotel, los representantes de la empresa nos dijeron que teníamos que confirmar este traslado 24 horas antes. Absurdo teniendo en cuenta que tal cosa no nos fue comunicada. Solicitamos la devolución de la mitad del dinero pagado por adelantado, pero sin éxito. Ahora tenemos que pagar abogados en España para poder presentar una denuncia penal por fraude. Evite esta empresa.

Debido a que no hay opciones para 0 estrellas, los reservé para Málaga, tuve un retraso en el vuelo y llamé para informarles (puede ser que cancelen), me dijeron que no se preocupe, le notificaremos a su conductor, el conductor de El curso no estaba allí (envió un mensaje de que está esperando hasta las 21, la hora de aterrizaje original de mi vuelo era a las 21: 45) nadie escogió mis calles cuando aterricé y, por supuesto, al final es mi culpa (no show cliente) y no devolución de dinero

No contrateis nada con ellos, si decides cancelar te dan mil vueltas, y aunque lo hice con un mes y medio de antelación no me querían reembolsar todo el dinero. No lo recomiendo para nada

Lousy service and reaction

I paid via their website in advance a transfer to and back from Grand Canaria Airport to a hotel in Puerto Rico. The shuttle to the hotel was fine, but two days prior our check out I received and email that they will not pick us up at the same location in stead we have to „walk” about 20 minutes down on a steep hillside with all our luggage to reach their new pick up point.
We aren’t teenagers so the trip was everything but easy and comfortable. I wrote a complaint to the company but in stead of even apologise they tried put the shame to the bus company they work with.
So it seems we’re not just screwed up but they have the pleasure the get fully paid for half service.
Sure it was the first and last time to use them.

SCAMMERS! They confirm you everything over the phone and per email a few days before the trip and then never response, never come and never return your money

Genial para comprar los traslados del aeropuerto de Alicante a Benidorm, más barato que Alsa y encima te deja en los hoteles!

Horrible! We booked two transfers - from airport to hotel and back for over 70 Euros. When we arrived at the airport at half past midnight with our kid we were told that we had to wait for at least one hour for the transfer! So we took a cab and had to pay almoust 40 Euros. Later we tried to figure out when we will be picked up at the hotel for the departure. The company was supposed to send a fax, what they didn't. So we called them but nobody answered the phone. Again, we took a taxi and paid. Never again!

First time using this company, so impressed by the professionalism and so easy to book. Would definitely use this company again

La atención telefónica es pesima, una chica te atiende de mala leche sin casi dejarte hablar, se ve que odia su trabajo y el servicio al cliente es nulo, al final te cuelga el teléfono.

Excelente servicio. Contraté un servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto de Alicante a Benidorm y vuelta y fue un servicio de primera clase.

Do not book with Viajes Alameda unless you want to be scammed. I should have read the reviews earlier and I wouldn't have booked in the first place. I booked a service from Málaga to Granada, prepaid and received a confirmation and a voucher, all confirmed, no mention at all that the booking was a tentative reservation but clearly said it was paid for and confirmed.

They write me an e-mail 10 days later saying that what I did was a booking request that was not confirmed until the transport company accepted the request. First lie, cause there was definitely no mention of that at all in the booking confirmation nor in the voucher. They said that the price had gone up to over the double of what I paid, and I could contact them to pay for the difference accepting the new price or cancel the booking.

They cancelled my confirmed and prepaid booking and refunded me. They clearly tried to fool me because they published the wrong price and then made up that argument about the "booking request".

I contacted customer service by phone, they told me someone would contact me next Monday. Obviously no one did. I wrote them an email, they answered and asked me to explained the situation and after that, never heard back from them.

It's not an awful customer service, it's just non-existing.

We booked a VAN transfer for 4 guest and a mini taxi (looked like a seat ibiza) showed up.instead of helping us he left the parking without us.no assistance thru the hotline.

I booked a two transfer with these charlatans only to be told once the booking was made that the price would go up by 70 euro! I cancelled and insisted on a full refund. Once all was said and done i was 20 euro short because of bank fees which they refused to reimburse. Don't touch this company ever.

He contratado el servicio de transporte del aeropuerto al hostal, y del hostal al aeropuerto. En ambos casos apenas he tenido que esperar por el conductor, los coches están muy limpios, son muy cómodos y los conductores son muy educados, amables y encantadores. Encima me ha salido mejor de precio que en taxi. Un servicio de 10. Muy recomendable

DONT book this tranfer! Never books such a bad transfer. Enployes cant read, organisation is the worst. Qe waited 1hour for the transfer from the airport to the hotel. And now are fighting with them that they dont take us 5! Hours before the flight back to the airport.

No dieron un precio superior en un transporte compartido que un taxi, y encima me hacían esperar mas de una hora. Ademas les pedimos que nos dieran una hoja de reclamaciones, que tienen obligación legal, y se negaron a dárnoslo, argumentado que no era una incidencia importante. Esto es un claro incumplimiento por su parte de las obligaciones que tenían con nosotros

Ladrones es el mejor adjetivo para definir a esta banda, reservamos un transfer para recogernos a las 23: 00 horas en el aeropuerto de Viena y ni acudieron después de esperar una hora las llamadas telefónicas ni las cogieron. Awful service that told me 'Read Terms of Conditions' when they told me they couldn't give a refund that cost me over 100 EUR in Taxi fees.

Absolutely worst customer service I have received. They left me stranded at the airport after I called to notify them the flight had been delayed and they refused to give me back my money. There are so many options for arranging transfers in Barcelona, please stay away from them.

This company trades as shuttledirect, BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY, They take your money, confirm pick up time and won't show up, won't refund! Thieves! They will basically claim that the contract is between you and the bus company, as they are only brokers, therefore, will need to investigate the matter, then will ignore you for weeks, you will need to keep following up, then they will claim that the bus driver was at the pick up point on time WHICH IS A LIE, and therefore won't refund lol it is a SCAM.

Unethical business! Booked via Travelocity and my shuttle never appeared. When attempting to call their offices, you get hung up on. Their website to confirm your shuttle was down each time. Terrible service.

I booked this company for airport transfer for eight of us from Barcelona airport to our hotel. Flight landed on time but custom lines were very long and slow. We finally get to there representative and we were told there were no more shuttles available. I couldn’t believe, we were very tired from overnight flight. She was very rude and turned away. I finally got her attention again and told her we had prepaid. She said you have to take that up with the office and turned away again. We finally ended up getting taxis. I have been trying to get my refund for three months. They denied refund to Expedia. I then contacted American Express and just found out they denied it again. The reason, I didn’t ancestors in time. WHAT, are they kidding me.
Horrible service and company. I wish I checked them out but since I booked through Expedia I thought they would be fine. Expedia didn’t care either

Very poor service don’t check flights for delays then blames you for them not checking after flight numbers given never use again advise you to do same

We booked shuttle service for three different dates while traveling in Barcelona. The first two were fine, although the driver for the second was late. The third booking was to be picked up from the dock of the cruise terminal and taken to the airport. When I booked it, it asked for the arrival time of the cruise ship NOT what time to be picked up. When we disembarked the ship the driver had already left. This we only found out because we spent 25 minutes calling the numbers supplied as emergency contact before someone answered. We complained and requested a refund by the company only to be told it was our own fault. Clearly not the case. Impossible to communicate with. Be careful what you book!

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.their customer service is the worst. I arranged a shuttle pickup to take us to the naples airport at 4 am. They finally called me at 4: 45 to come at which point i was already in a cab. They said they were coming. And now to dispute the claim, they are providing awful customer service saying that the taxi was there (which it wasn´t). I am going to provide my phone bill but this is absolutely ridiculous. I wish that i had known this prior to booking.

DO NOT use this service! Awful experience - organized a shuttle at 4 am in the middle of Italian coast. They never came and finally called 45 minutes later saying they were coming - i was already in a taxi that ended up ripping me off. They haven´t refunded anything and claim they need a month to investigate. It´s ridiculous. There customer service is also awful adn they just hang up on you. They have awful Spanish accents and can barely speak spanish.

Staff blag you off until you give up - but trust me, I'm not giving up! I will go to the offices in Benidorm and collect the money for the taxi fare after leaving me stranded. I am a single woman travelling on my own. The stress this company causes without a care in the world is unbelievable.

Booked a transfer in Cyprus. I paid my card through their website. At the declared price on the site 87 euro the card was withdrawn from 100. To admit that it was rejected even when unloading my account. With cancellation of booking, another 10 euros were charged!

Barcelona: Driver never showed up, but they did charge the money. Company said they waited for 1 hour but we came out of customs on time. Rude people. Never again!

Don't use. I booked in Mallorca and have spent 3 days trying to find my pick up time. They eventually told me, and it's 3.5 hours before departure for a 30 minutes journey. I could leave 1 hour later on a public service bus and still get to the airport 2 hours before departure.

I was scammed by this company. I booked through their Shuttle Direct website. Not only did the driver not show up. Not only did they fail to answer their 24 hour phone. But then they refused to return my money. I cannot warn people strongly enough not to use this company.

Lisbon – On the day prior to departure at 2: 38 PM: I phoned the shuttle agency on number provided to confirm the pre-paid, scheduled pick-up verifying: 1) my personal name, 2) hotel name, 3) hotel address, and confirmed that the driver would come into the hotel lobby to locate me. I was given a pick-up time of 8: 45 AM. On the day of departure at 8: 30 AM, I was waiting in the hotel lobby and had checked out of the hotel. At 10: 00 AM the hotel clerk phoned the shuttle agency on a speaker phone in my presence, the call was not answered; the clerk repeated the phone call, again no answer. I requested that the hotel clerk phone the emergency number provided; the call was answered by a recorded voice greeting, he held the line for five minutes with no person answering the call. At 10: 15 AM, the hotel clerk advised me to take a taxi to the airport as I was at risk of missing my flight. I walked about three blocks with luggage, and it required about an additional fifteen minutes to secure an available taxi. No message was received from the shuttle agency (call, text, nor email) with an explanation of the no-show.

AVOID! Paid in advance to be picked up by them at Malaga airport, dropped off and returned to airport from drop off point.

Driver had not much idea where to drop us all off and let us out at H10 casino entrance at Estepona.

We were there in good time for our 03.30 am pick up which never arrived.

Called driver - he said he had left as we were at the wrong side of H10 and hung up on us!

Panic! Taxi cost 90 euros, but contacted Karin and Martin Hyland at their customer services who took their sub contractor drivers story and refused to return us our payment for their 'service'!

Driver said he 'did us a favour' as we had asked to be let off closer to our hired apartment - but we didn't know where that was, so that was an un-truth!

Gave them 2 weeks to sort it out and heard nothing.

Later Karin said sorry for being 'out of the office' (for 2 weeks during peak season?) but we received no 'customer support' at all.

Don't want stress, fobbed off or a 3.30 am panic abroad?

Simples - avoid this company!

As soon as we got into the car the driver took the voucher and queried our destination, he fumbled about with his mobile phone and sat nav going up the motorway (which really unnerved us as passengers) to ascertain the price differential with his boss. Eventually I was given the mobile to speak to some one in the office who informed me there would be a charge of 30 euros extra per journey i.e. 60 euros extra in total for a combined journey of 15 miles from Perpignan to Canet return (in comparison the return bus journey from Canet to Perpignan is 2.10 euros). Despite the fact that my destination was the hotel (which is in Canet) and not Perpignan in general did not matter because Perpignan, in their estimation was the destination not the hotel. Consequently they have my 60 euros which they categorically refuse to refund. I will never use this company again and would urge others not to unless there is no other alternative. In short disappointed and disgusted with service (and 60 euros poorer for the experience). 1 star awarded for the car!
