Excellent service provided. Collection from house to train station, train tickets, collection in Barcelona to ship and the reverse a week later. Everything went to time and the organisation and attention to detail provided by Door2Door was without fault. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Extremely poor customer service and very rude staff. I have been in a few times to collect courier parcels and the man behind the front desk has not just been very unhelpful but rude and abrupt and has cost me the packages by sending them back and telling me that they never arrived despite me having proof of delivery. Very unsatisfactory service all around
