ZERO WARRANTY, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, FALSE CE MARKINGS
Vicente Vila shipped several bay windows and windows with CE Markings
that showed technical characteristics far inferior to those advertised,
offered ZERO proof that the windows conform to the advertised
standards, offered ZERO Warranty, and offered ZERO Customer service.
We have filed a complaint with the CE Marking issuing authorities.
All of the bay windows have a ridiculous amount of play between the panes -12mm. That is over 6x the maximum allowed play of 2mm.
All of the windows are shipped without protective foil.
The profiles have drill marks and scratches.
Several window profiles are curbed,
