Hemos alquilado coches varias veces con Victoria Cars y han cambiado por completo nuestra experiencia de alquiler de coches. Solíamos temer la preocupación que conlleva el alquiler de coches: los coches Victoria han cambiado todo esto. No hay presión en ningún momento para mejorar, etc. Hemos tratado principalmente con la oficina de Calpe, pero este año tuvimos tratos con las oficinas de Alicante y Valencia.tiempo y ambos ofrecieron los mismos niveles muy altos de servicio (después de recoger un automóvil en Alicante, nos dimos cuenta de que una de las ventanas no cerraba correctamente. Llamamos a la oficina de Alicante, quienes rápidamente organizaron un automóvil de reemplazo para que lo recogiéramos en Valencia, que es hacia dónde nos dirigíamos. ¡El personal de Valencia estaba esperando por nosotros cuando llegamos! Adrián, como siempre ha sido excepcional.

Muy buena empresa de alquiler de coches. Llevan su coche de alquiler a su casa de vacaciones.

El nivel de servicio fue excelente. El personal fue excelente durante todo el servicio de reserva, recogida y recogida. El coche era lo esperado y a un precio asequible. Ampliar el alquiler fue fácil y Victoria Cars es una empresa muy bien organizada que recomiendo encarecidamente.

Entrega del coche en tu domicilio, a tiempo. Tuve que cambiar la dirección de entrega el día anterior y no hubo problema. Tuve que ampliar el alquiler un día y tampoco hubo problema. El precio puede ser más elevado que el de otras empresas de alquiler pero aquí no hay sorpresas. El precio incluye el número de kilómetros y el seguro a todo riesgo. Tenía un auto nuevo y cómodo. No hay GPS pero no lo pedí y usé el GPS GSM. El coche se entrega con el depósito lleno de gasolina y se requiere un depósito para cubrir el coste del repostaje si no lo has hecho tú mismo antes de devolver el coche. Si se puede llenar el combustible, se reembolsa el depósito.
Servicio verdaderamente de primer nivel. Como nunca lo había visto en 60 años. Les doy el premio a la excelencia.

Rent a car for more than 3 month. Vehicle top, service and communication excellent. Adrian's personal service deserves special mention, very, very friendly and absolutely customeroriented. Price was top, fully recommended.

We had originally booked car hire with a rival company but switched to Victoria Cars after reading so many excellent reviews. We are very glad we did. The car that we were originally given was a little too large for our very small garage space and Adrian could not have been more willing and helpful in arranging another car for us to collect the following day. We also decided to extend our rental from 2 to 4 weeks and we were very pleased with the price quoted. We are returning to Costa Blanca next April and will 100% book with Victoria Cars again. Adrian, thank you again for having made our car rental a very pleasant experience!

Vergonzoso el trato que nos han dado después de tener un accidente contra uno de sus coches. Aprovechándose de una chica de 18 al hacer el parte amistoso y poniéndolo todo a su favor cuando era todo lo contrario. Una vergüenza de personal, chulos, prepotentes y pasotas.
Mil ojos con esta empresa de ladrones.

Because I did not take out their insurance I had to leave a 1200 euros deposit on my UK credit card

In the past with other car hire companies the amount is blocked on the card but not physically charged.

VICTORIA charged my card then refunded 10 days later. Due to the way card companies charge I received back GBP 55 less than I was charged. Exchange rate may also have moved as well

Look no Further! Amazing and genuine company! No hidden charges and they gave my fuel deposit straight away. They even collected and picked up the car from my hotel. Will definitely repeat it!

Debido a una averia en mi coche tuve que alquilar uno, mientras reparaban el mio y me lo llevaron a donde se lo pedi y vinieron a recogerlo y todo correcto.
Ademas me deje un paraguas en el coche de alquiler y me lo devolvieron

Una muy agradable experiencia, sin engaños, nos llevaron el coche al hotel Diamante sin coste y sin cheking. Dejamos las llaves en recepción y no tuvimos que esperar.

Booked a car (license plate 9628 KVS) from group F in the period 30-06-19 up to 07-07-19.

I rarely write a review. But in this case I just had to do it just to share my experience with Victoria Cars.

Every year before the vacation starts a lot of headache for finding a reliable car rental company. And really it took me a couple of week to find a suitable and reliable company, because no one wants to be cheated afterwards!

Also everyone has some wishes with a car. So I sent a mail to multiple companies (e.g. Rental companies at Alicante Airport) just for information. Some I really didn't hear anything and some after a week! What would happened if a booked the car online and there was some issues with it and I sent a mail?

But Victoria Cars replied within a view minutes. I was really flabbergasted). Also because I sent the mail in the evening.
All the questions I had (during multiple mails), Adrian answered them fast, correctly and most of all politely. You would prefer to expect as a vacationer also some service (s) (I don't going to tell what kind of service (s) ;-) but also that were no issues for Victoria Cars.

Really there was a moment I couldn’t believe it anymore. But the day I received the car everything was correct!
The car was clean from inside/outside, barely 5000 km’s, great sound system, airco worked perfect and so on. You immediately felt that you didn't have to check anything such as scratches and dents. The car was just perfect (the wooww feeling!)

Was there really nothing went wrong? Yes off course! Wherever people work, mistakes can be made. Sent a quick mail to Adrian and few days later issue was solved.
Unfortunately, some reviewers don’t understand this…
