One week in late December / early January with the family (6 persons). Nice, spacious villa. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the villa the first two weeks of august 2022, with 2 adults and 3 children.
This was a stunning family villa in every way! We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
The villa is spacious, very clean, everything you need (and more) is available in the villa. The rooms have every comfort you need (airconditioning, a lot of closet-space etc).
Corine, the owner is a very friendly and especially kind host!
The villa made our holiday perfect, swimming and relaxing in the big pool, having barbeque meals at the big table in the shade and playing table tennis.
The location was fantastic, surrounded by nature, very close to beautiful beaches and nice restaurants.
It could not have been better!

Stayed here in July 2022. Villa is large, clean and very well equipped (ample crockery and glassware, smart TV with netflix, prime etc, apple TV) and is in a relaxing and private location with a/c in every room. Outdoor areas are very nice, the pool (cleaned twice per week during our stay and pool towels are provided) was warm and used a lot, and we also really liked the table tennis (the bats and balls were almost new and in good condition). Soap, diswasher tabs, washing detergent, salt, pepper, olive oil, ketchup, mayo, tea and coffee are all provided, as well as some basic food items for arrival. These are the little details which make a difference. As others have noted, the villa can be split into 2 units (upstairs and downstairs) each with own kitchen and living room, so great for 2 families or a larger group.
Its a 7 min walk downhill to a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants (we especially enjoyed Katmandu, New Bakery and Tasca 42), 10 mins to a small beach, 15 mins to the main beach (Platja de l'Ampolla) and about 20min walk into the centre of Moraira. Pepe la sal supermarket is about 2km away and has all the things you could possibly need.
The host (Corine) is extremely welcoming, accomodating and 100% focused on ensuring her guests have a great stay. Booking and communication was very effcicient, and on arrival Corine met us in person at the villa at 1am (due to a late flight) and was super responsive with any queries. There was a problem with one of the a/c units during our stay and Corine arranged for the unit to be replaced in less than 48h which I was impressed with.
Overall, a very good experience
