Villas Imagen

Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht und mussten leider wegen Corona 1.5 Woche zuvor absagen, man weigert sich nun die Anzahlung zurückzuzahlen, stattdessen wird man genötigt ein Haus für nächstes bzw übernächstes Jahr zu buchen, seltsamerweise ist das was man will immer irgendwie nicht frei zu dem Zeitpunkt. Auf diese Art kann man sein Geld auch verdienen. Unseriös, nie wieder! Sich an Corona bereichern, das Letzte!

Second year with villas imagen, any problems are sorted quickly. Currently sat in villa xenofilia in peaceful surroundings, will be booking again for next year.

In summer 2017 we were researching options for villas in the Moraria area and we found the Villas Imagen website where Villa Bon Repos was advertised as a luxury villa with facilities which met our requirements perfectly. We were over the moon when we contacted Villas Imagen and they confirmed that the villa was available for the 2 weeks we wanted to go in summer 2018 so we promptly paid our deposit. We were all extremely excited and began to plan our summer 2018 holiday, confirming flights and airport transfers. We were 2 families of 5 travelling and our party included 6 children all under the age of 8. The kids were all extremely excited that the villa had not only a private pool but also mini golf course - we should have realised at this point that the villa was too good to be true.
In February 2018 we contacted Villas Imagen as we understood that the second payment was due for our villa booking, we were surprised that Villas Imagen has not contacted us to chase payment. We transferred the next instalment to Villas Imagen, and at this point they requested that the final balance be paid in cash upon our arrival in August 2018.
In July 2018 we contacted Villas Imagen to confirm final details for arrival in late August, we received no response so we contacted them again every week and received no response, until 1 week prior to our arrival we received an email from Villas Imagen who confirmed that the owner of Villa Bon Repos had double booked the villa for the first week of our stay, and Villas Imagen had taken action in early 2018 not to market Villas Bon Repos as they had received complaints regarding a cockroach infestation at the property which the owner was not willing deal with (yet if you look at the Villas Imagen website, they are still advertising Villa Bon Repos today). To say that we were disappointed is an understatement, how do you explain to 6 kids that the holiday they had been looking forward to for a year wasn’t going to happen?
Villas Imagen did offer us alternative accommodation, a villa in the mountains which slept 8 (there were 10 of us!) and the use of their 5 seater car (again there were 10 of us). We explained to Villas Imagen that the alternative accommodation did not meet our requirements and therefore we wanted a full refund - which they promised us they had done and the money would be in our account within 2-4 days, that didn’t happen. We contacted Villas Imagen again to request an update on our refund, they promised us that the money had been returned to us and we should wait a few more days, the money still didn’t arrive. At this point we contacted our bank who were able to reclaim all the money that we had previously transferred to Villas Imagen, we were very lucky!
We also managed to find an alternative villa via Owners Direct website which met some of our requirements and was also reasonably priced. We had a great holiday despite all the stress just one week before we were due to travel.
The lesson we learned was ‘if it seems to good to be true it usually is. ’

We think there is something strange, because the owner didn't want to rent the house anymore. We think they want just the money and don't want that the people goes in the house.

Villas Imagen is a serious company that annually provides hundreds of people with a pleasant holiday. Villa Enzo isn´t a villa of Villas Imagen but from an other company. We were forced to offer to a dozens of people alternative houses as the owner of villa Bon Sol suddenly decide not to rent anymore to nobody. We are very sorry to hear that villa Enzo didn´t suits your requirements but you were the one who chosen for this villa! As we offer you alternative villas or send you the refund of your money. The correct text should be: a bad experience with villa Enzo! Hopefully we are able to proof to you the opposite, so call or write us and we give the best holiday ever! But in OUR VILLAS

We hired a fantastic house (Villa Vista Montgo) with Villas Imagen this spring. The service was perfect. The villa was even better then the site showed. We wil absolutely get back to Villas Imagen.

Edit: I just now see three reviews from the same group who seem to want to use the internet to disgrace a hardworking entrepeneur. Shame on you! If you have a complaint, one is enough.
