¡¡El mejor coliving en el que he estado!

Si puedo recomendar un coliving seguro será @vivarium! El edificio está ubicado en una excelente zona de Valencia, llena de gente increíble y buenas actividades para conectar a los colivers. El espacio de coworking también es muy bueno. Cada habitación tiene un escritorio, lo que en mi opinión también es bueno, ¡porque puedo elegir dónde trabajar todos los días! ¡Ve allí y disfrútalo!

No estaba realmente consciente del 'coliving' hasta que comencé a buscar espacios de coworking, y no estaba seguro de qué tan bien me integraría nuevamente para vivir con grupos más grandes. Algo que no había hecho en años.

Pero disfruté mucho esta experiencia, siempre hay alguien alrededor que está dispuesto a salir y explorar, ir a la playa, caminar por el parque o incluso simplemente compartir una cena.

El propio Vivarium organiza algunos eventos semanales que son geniales para conocer a otros, charlar y comer buena comida. El equipo también es excelente y lo mantiene actualizado sobre eventos locales y lugares para visitar, etc.

Pablo y Dome son muy cálidos, acogedores y están cultivando un lugar tan divertido y maravilloso para experimentar. ¡Disfruté tanto de mis 3 meses allí que ya reservé para regresar el 24 de marzo!

¡Qué experiencia tan increíble! Increíble lugar donde hice amigos para toda la vida.

Desde el momento que llegas te hacen sentir como en familia. Es un excelente lugar con una gran comunidad en la casa y Pablo es un excelente host. Todo se siente muy natural y organico al ir conociendo a las personas y hacer amigos. Muy recomendable.

Vivarium is simply magical. The owner seems to have a knack for bringing together just the right mix of people. The shared events and dinners are a great addition. Also everything just works. Warmly recommended.

I stayed here for a month and had the most magical time here in Valencia. Pablo works really hard to make this coliving a safe, cohesive place to come together and experience life as a group. I met so many wonderful people from all over the world and learned a lot of things.

There is a one month minimum to stay here, but I don't believe there is a maximum. You have the option to get a membership to the local co-working space, but is not mandatory. As for the accomodations themselves, everyone has your own room and bathroom. Plenty of storage within the room. Cleanings are done every week. There is a washer, and clothes are hung out to dry. The kitchen / dining room area is spacious and often a number of people will cowork or eat together at any given time.

100% recommended to stay here if you'd like to experience Valencia with a group of people.

Vivarium is a great coliving! The house is nice and has everything you need for your stay (speed internet, washing machine, full equipped kitchen even a guitare!). The place is perfect to enjoy the city. Pablo is attentive to the needs of the community and has a lot of recommandations to make the most of Valencia.

There's so many great things about this place that I don't know where to start! I spent two months at Vivarium and don't think I could have imagined of somewhere better to stay.

I was personally hesitant about living with 8 other people. Vivarium has shown me that there's a way to share a space with others while not compromising confort or tranquility. The house itself is beautiful and super well maintained with love and care. And the people that live in it are super respectful, which makes this place a really enjoyable place to live in. And bonus point, I ended up finding people I truly connected with and that I will remain friends with for a long time!

I am extremely grateful for my experience and my time at Vivarium. The only regret I have is not have booked longer in the first place. Highly recommended!

Vivarium is not just a co-living. Vivarium is HOME! I've stayed at this beautiful place for 7 months and will for sure be back! I could write a lot about the convenience of the location, great co-working space and such, but that's not what makes Vivarium special. Vivarium is a place with incredible energy and people, Vivarium is where new projects/ideas and new friendships are born. Vivarium is where you discover yourself and feel accepted, it's the house where people say "Life is damn good, I love my life! " on a daily basis.
Pablo & Alba (the hosts) are very caring and are always there to support you. Doesn't matter if it's fixing a leaking faucet or giving you a shoulder to cry on:)
If you are looking for a hotel-like service and an aircon, don't bother, this place is not for you. If you are soul-searching, looking for new experiences, connections, collaborations. If you are coming with an open mind and open heart, I can promise you will fall in love with Vivarium!

Vivarium was my first Coliving experience and what a wonderful one it was! Pablo (the host) is passionate and driven to cultivate an environment of growth, sharing and personal development. Weekly co-learning sessions and family dinners fostered intellectual conversations and camaraderie between guests. Everything was looked after, with cleaning several times a week, and the option to partner with a coworking space only 3 blocks away. I would definitely recommend vivarium to anyone who is looking for a Coliving experience in the heartbeat of the beautiful city of Valencia.

Pablo was a great host and very welcoming. But I found much more than just accomodation during the month I spent in vivarium, it was a real community and very interesting people to meet, and sharing a lot of good moments with everyone. It's an ideal environment to be able to work, discuss ideas but not only, also to share good moments and that's what I loved here.

Absolutely recommend staying here. I stayed at Vivarium for 6 weeks and enjoyed every single moment. Since it is a co-living, it is designed for people who have serious jobs but at the same time like to have fun. This mix was reflected in the culture of the house perfectly. I made great friendships who I will cherish for a long time. Also, the host of the house is a true local of Valencia and very helpful when it comes to providing advice/tips on anything! Overall, I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Valencia.

I stayed at Vivarium for 3 months, in early 2022. I had a fantastic time! By the time I left I really felt like I had a little family there, and it was hard to leave. If I didn't have to leave due to my visa ending, I don't think I would have! Pablo, Barbara, and Mar really make you feel welcome and heard. The co-livers were all lovely, kind people who became real friends. They even had a going away party for me, pic attached! We did stuff together pretty frequently. It was nice to basically walk into a built-in community.

The rooms are nice, and a housekeeper (Dina, super sweet woman) comes twice a week to clean the house so no worries about changing sheets or sweeping or anything. The rooms next to the street can be a little loud because of the street noise but it didn't really bother me after the first couple nights.

Valencia is a great, fun city that's still small enough that you can walk or bike just about everywhere you want to go. Vivarium is located close to both Ruzafa and the Old City, which are the two most happening districts. And there's two grocery stores and two gyms on the same block as the co-living, so you could basically never leave the block if you didn't want to. The Wayco co-working is close by too, and it's a nice spot. I prefer to work from an office, so it was nice that the co-working was right there.

This has become a pretty long review, so I'll just wrap it up by saying Vivarium is awesome, Valencia is awesome, I had a wonderful 3 months there, and if you're looking for somewhere to live in Valencia, I think you'll have a great time at Vivarium too.

Vivarium means laughter, friendship, and spontaneous trips, walks, and coffee dates. While there, I met people from all walks of life who were open to sharing their past as well as their upcoming plans and goals. In community, we discussed ideas, solutions, next steps, and hopes + dreams. I’ll forever be thankful for my experience

Pablo and Mar are extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic hosts. Vivarium is the perfect place to spend you digital nomad journey in Valencia. The house is centric (close to bars and restaurants) and newly renovated. You'll meet very interesting and fantastic people along the way!

Pasar por Vivarium supuso un antes y un después en mi vida. El lugar es maravilloso. Pura belleza y tranquilidad. Un lugar para reconectar con una misma. Las aportaciones de Mar y Pablo, magnificos hosts, me sirvieron un montón para aprovechar esas semanas al máximo. Estoy deseando volver <3 Gracias chicos!

Tuve la suerte de ser uno de los primeros participantes de la experiencia Vivarium, y no puedo más que recomendarlo. Si tengo que resumirlo en una frase es que desde el primer día me sentí con en mi propia casa. El espacio es realmente acogedor y muy espacioso, con una decoración preciosa, y ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de Valencia. También puedes ir a trabajar a WayCo, seguramente el mejor coworking de Valencia, dando un agradable paseito por el centro. Y equipo que impulsa el proyecto maravilloso, siempre preocupados porque tu experiencia sea lo más satisfactoria posible, hicimos grandes planes y compartimos muchas conversaciones interesantes y risas. Con el resto de colivers que coincidí también la experiencia fantástica. En definitiva, recomendable al 100%, dudo mucho que haya una mejor opción de coliving en Valencia.

I found in vivarium a really cool and inspiring place. I spent amazing weeks there as a coliver, i met incredible people from different countries, different areas and i had the chance to live the most local life in one of the best cities in the world to live. The apartment is incredible (the floor, the ceiling are mesmerizing) with the right amount of people to live with (10 people max) where you get connected to them easily, enjoy cool activities organized by the host and at the same time you feel at home.in the coworking place (wayco) all the requirements of a remote worker are met with private rooms for calls, big quiet rooms and a coffee restaurant. There is one right in the corner and other 25 min by walk from the coliving. Definitely recommend it. The best experience for sure <3

Experiencia magnífica y concentrada en el coliving. Durante mi estancia tuve la oportunidad de conocer a bastante gente interesante que también dormía allí y gracias a eventos organizados por los hosts, que han brindado siempre un trato de 10. Lo recomiendo al 100%

The first impression I had when I entered Vivarium was of total curiosity.
The atmosphere feels calm & peaceful. The entire place has been refurbished and you can sense the cleanliness.
I felt like spending some time in the different areas to connect with the space. It’s a place to find inspiration which will motivate you to work and live with like minded people.
The location is insane by the way. Totally recommend it

Fue genial descubrir el coliving de la mano de Vivarium. Cada momento del día se convierte en una oportunidad en la que conectar con gente muy interesante. Tanto los hosts como sus invitados e invitadas hacen que una simple cena sea toda una experiencia. Me voy muy inspirado y con ganas de más!

Un coliving super bonito (me encanta sus suelos!). Importante que tienen baño para cada habitación (no como el típico hostel). Y el equipo de Vivarium super majo, siempre atentos a todo!
